Originally, my husband picked Pho Lab. When I saw pho luscious right next door with the nice spacious interior, we went on yelp like ninjas to compare the two. We saw tons of fake reviews for Lab (ppl who only reviewed once) but once I saw the bashing review of a non asian customer on Luscious, I knew we had to give Luscious a try. It sounded like a competitor .Luscious did not disappoint. The portion is great. Pho was piping hot with the stone bowl. Noodles perfectly cooked and not sticky. Flavor was savory but not overwhelming with pho cardamon smell, and didn't make me dry or sleepy after. Price was amazing. $14 or $16 for combination. Beef brisket was tender with perfect amount of fat, tendons were plump soft. Vegetables had good amount. My first visit was near closing time so that time only had 1-2 ngo gai. Otherwise, vegetables on my second time was plentiful. The shaken beef was quality beef. Very tender like from costco . My only negative is that it was a bit oily and the pasta wasn't cháy cạnh but that's a personal preference. Overall we ate everything and even bought to go's. I'm now spoiled and can't eat Pho without that stone bowl. It made all the difference with this cold weather and crazy kids. We'll definitely come back.

After going to pho labs and seeing this place nearby I finally decided to give this place a try. We ordered a Rare beef and tendon Pho, Rib bone Pho, and Lomo saltado. First the rare beef and tendon pho was pretty good. It's kept hot in the stone pot, though I don't really think it makes a difference since when eating pho in a regular bowl I don't feel like my pho ever gets cold. The tendon was super tender and good and they give a lot of toppings (bean sprouts, basil, lime etc). I like how they gave multiple lime slices and they weren't dried up. The rib bone however is not comparable to Pho Labs next door. The meat on the bone had the connecting tissue or skin on it which made it a hassle to eat. They gave scissors but that didn't really help much. The meat would have been otherwise super tender but with the other stuff attached made it not very enjoyable to eat. The lomo saltado was average. The fries come covered in sauce and are kinda wet. The potato inside doesn't really feel cooked all the way. The smaller pieces of meat were tender but the slightly bigger pieces were tough. The flavor was good though and the onion and bell peppers were done well. The service is okay. The servers were quiet and couldn't really hear what they were trying to say. The atmosphere is greater for larger parties and feels nice. Overall if i was coming here to eat pho, i rather just go next door to pho labs. The portions over there feel bigger as well. Not sure about the other foods, but was disappointed.

If you want a great place to eat pho and want to get food late at night cause everything closes earlier, this place is the place! Coming in, is a place with an open concept. They have booths for you to sit in or tables if you have a big party. You are always greeted by people, especially Nancy. She's always there to greet you. The menu has a bunch of different items but this place is known for their pho.Pho- The broth here is so clean compared to other places. I love how it's not MSG tasting and it taste like beef. I appreciate how they have the option to make your own pho too. I like the pho rib bone and build your own! Fall off the bone lickin good!Pad Thai- for a place that has Viet food, they have Thai food too. Their Pad Thai is pretty good and the meat just soak in those flavors. Can't go wrong with this too.Overall, I really enjoy the vibes of this place. The music is enjoyable also the service too. Nancy really gets everything right and always makes the experience there so enjoyable. Did I tell you they give a coconut jello at the end too? I love it!

How did we not discover this place sooner! Pholuscious is a GEM! Everything we had was absolutely delicious! Our server MADISON was wonderful in every way! She took the time to talk about the menu and even told us the chef's secret for the crunch in the Combination Fried Rice! It's the best fried rice we've ever had. The Garlic Butter Wings were perfection as were the Chicken & Egg Roll Noodle Salad and the Tofu Spring Rolls. The portions were very generous for the price. Pholuscious is going to be in our regular eating out rotation. In fact we're coming back again next weekend!

A little Christmas Eve surprise - the yummiest pho served in a hot stone bowl! I have a couple pho spots I am loyal to because I'm picky with my broth. I was hesitant to try this new spot but so happy I did. Broth was TASTTTTYYYYY. So clean and no hoisin required to "flavor" it up. Spring rolls were delicious too! Ordered the thit Nuong rolls and their peanut sauce was enjoyable as well! Service was great and they had great music/TVs playing football!

Despite being spoiled for choices regarding Pho in this area (Westminster is literally down the street), it is surprisingly more difficult to find a proper vegan pho option listed on menus. Many Vietnamese restaurants will list a "Veggie Pho" but will still use beef or chicken broth. I was with a large group, so we weren't looking for a 100% Vegetarian/vegan restaurant either.Pholuscious is speaking to its people when it has a clearly labeled "Vegan Pho" option on the menu. So my group of 13 drove here for lunch. The restaurant looks to be pretty new - it's spacious, modern, and clean. They have all the typical pho offerings, plus a few rice dishes and even a few Thai/Asian-fusion dishes. They accommodated our large group with ease.Everyone in my group enjoyed their pho, served in large piping clay bowls. I enjoyed my vegan pho - the broth is flavorful and they provided plenty of veggies & tofu.Service is attentive and friendly and prices were fair. Great lunch spot!

Was craving pho and haven't really had memorable pho for a while. That is until I was introduced to some "pholicious" pho. Everything we had was amazing. The beef from the shaken beef was soo tender and juicy. The pho broth was delicious, loved that it was served in a hot stone bowl. The egg rolls were the perfect crunch and the spring rolls were packed with fresh ingredients. The service was amazing and ambiance is super cute. I can't wait to go back.

Saw a bunch of buzz on Instagram for this spot and I had to check them out for lunch and I was not disappointed! Pholuscious serves hot stone pho which is a new, recent trend of serving up pho and I am all for it. The hot stone bowl keeps your pho nice and hot and it doesn't get cooler like with a regular bowl. My pho tai chin that I got was delicious and there was plenty of meat inside and the toppings they give you are generous. The broth was flavorful and rich and the noodles had a great chew. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get and they also serve other Vietnamese dishes and starters if you aren't in the mood for pho.Service was friendly and quick and they were helpful with any questions I had. Parking is also easy to find right in front of the restaurant and another plus is they are open to midnight!

We visited Pholuscious for the first time on Sunday's morning around 10:00am. There were 2 other parties beside us. The restaurant was clean and have lots of tables available. We were greeted and got seated right away. We ordered the special bowl and pick your 3 items bowl. The soups came out in the hot stone bowl. We love that the hot stone bowls help keeping the soup hot until we finished. We both enjoyed the soup. Service was great, they checked on us, brought free desserts and the bill to the table. Parking is plenty. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu. The only thing is I wish they open at 9:00am instead of 10:00am.
