Pho Vinh Ky has 4 other branches in Little Saigon, nice, clean, quiet, all have pho sale, regular $8, big bowl $10. Sale has been going on for years. They do a lot of take outs, same prices.This pho is good. The broth is tasty, not sugary sweet, with bone depth, clean, clear. I ordered a large steaming hot bowl with extra rendered fat and scallion to crank up the creamy taste. Service was quick and pleasant.This big pho bowl has the thin noodle like hu tiu. I prefer the Northern pho with thicker noodles with springy texture. It has lots of meats, rare round eye, flank, chuck, fatty brisket, tripe, tendon. You can specify any cuts you want. The brisket is chewy. I prefer more tender. I am a big eater but could only finish half, packed the rest to go. I also ordered 2 big bowls with rare eye round to go so I can eat them at home and not having to drive down.This pho quality and value is much better than average, where other shops charge $15 or more for the same bowl. A few other pho places also have $8-10 pho. Open 8 Am to 3 AM. This is a honest business that offers tasty, healthy food with very good value, recommended.

Small Vietnamese Family Own business, very nice service and price is UNBEATABLE after all this inflation! They also DO NOT skimp out on the protein either, felt like there was more meat than noodles. Would Highly recommend supporting small businesses like these. P.S. they only take cash, so make sure to bring some! And they open late night to until 3AM!

It was late- We were at the Queen Mary for Dark Harbor Nights and starving! I was in the mood for some authentic and comforting pho! I looked at yelp to see what was significantly close and still open! We came across this place with ok reviews on taste and pricing and decided to give it a shot! BEST DECISION EVER!!! The place "outside" is super sketch! It's not in the best area of town, but somehow inside you feel extra safe!!! I'm assuming this is family owned because everyone was there! Grandma included! Friendly atmosphere and the food was AMAZING!!! Service was good! Pricing was good! We got the filet mignon pho and the ox tail pho!

This is the spot for authentic, late night pho! Came past midnight and the workers were so friendly and accommodating to my large group of friends. They are cash only so be prepared for that. The dishes here are so affordable at about $10 per bowl of pho and are so comforting to the soul. I got the chicken pho and they were so kind to give an extra bowl of soup. Wouldn't say it's the best pho I've had but it makes a great spot if you're looking for some late night, affordable, hearty soup.

This was my family place to go every time we take someone (in the family) to the airport, which is 8-9X per year back in the hay days. My 1st time came back in 5-6yrs and got to say, the broth tasted the same, clean, and flavorful as before. And the prices are similar to before (they have special price $7.99 for small and $9.99 for big bowl - for 4-5 types of noodles). They did eliminated rice and fried noodle dishes and just focus on pho noodle and some appetizers. The services are nice, pleasant and quick. Glad I stopped by and will stop by more often, especially when it cold and/or rain in SoCal. Yes, because the prices.

I likes Pho and the food tastes good, good services, and good price. I go to eat this place almost every weekend and never gets tired.

A little run down and dingy, but service is fast and the staff are sweet. For value ($10) can't really be beat. Decent amount of meat given at the price. Noodles are a bit too hard.

8 bucks for a small bow of pho and 10 bucks for a large bowl. What is not to love? The price is super affordable and the food is good too. What about the customer service here? Like other Vietnamese restaurants, dont expect much from this place. A lot of homeless hanging outside the store. Be careful if you come here at night to eat.

7.99 for a bowl of bomb Pho. I love this place forreal.The service is quick. The ambience is legit.
