boyfriend and i came here on a wednesday night and there was no wait but a decent amount of people already eating there and more came as we ate too! so it was pretty busy for a weekday night and rightfully so! the restaurant is located in a random plaza on the south side of fountain valley so it's a little far from bolsa and the typical area for viet restaurants, but there is plenty of parking herethe service here is great, the guys who work here are all super nice, attentive, and speak both vietnamese and english. they even gave us a free small bowl of some meat and soup which was a pleasant surprise! the meat itself was very tender and tasty, the soup was very flavorful and filled with spices. it kind of tasted cinnamony strangely enough, which my boyfriend wasn't a fan of, but it was a nice gesture!he got a bowl of pho with tai gau bo vien and i got their bun thit nuong cha gio. their pho was pretty good, i thought the broth was flavorful and better than other places. they also gave a lot of fresh veggies on the side for you to add into your pho. they also gave a 15% discount on pho which was great! my bun thit nuong cha gio was not bad either. the thit nuong was a little on the dry side but their cha gio was really good! definitely one of the better ones in bolsa, i especially liked the eggroll wrapper they used because it was soo crispy, thin, and flakey! def will try the com tam and suon nuong next time we come here, as i believe this place has the same owner as the xe com tam (food truck). another wonderful thing about this place is that they gave us free nuoc mat, which is my favorite!

It's been getting chillier and nothing comforts like some hot and delicious pho. This place is simply my go to for takeouts! Service is always A plus for me. Super nice and efficient. They've helped carry out the food to the car before as well. Everything is always packaged neatly with extra care. Pho is always tasty and fresh. Generous protein and veggies.

Probably the best beef pho in OC for my taste, a small hole in the wall with a small door in a strip mall in Huntington Beach.They nail the beef broth just right, rich, tasty, full of beefy aromas without excess sugar, MSG and spices like star anise, cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, cloves ect. like other pho shops. I flunk other shops for using excess spices to mask malodors of their rotten meats and bones.They serve only 1 size, $13.50 large bowl, with current 15% discount, down to $12, also a free drink and stamped frequent diner card, buy 10 get 1 free.Their beef broth is tasty without excess sugar or MSG which cause a bitter after taste. There is plenty of meats in the bowl. You can select rare filet or well done brisket, chuck, flank, beef balls ect. They serve either fresh or dried and recooked rice noodles. I always go for fresh noodle, squishy al dente in my mouth, additional sensation. I also order rendered fat with green onion to make the soup even creamier. Plenty of herbs were served. I am a big eater. By the time I finished half a bowl, I wished the bowl was larger. There seemed more meats than noodles in the bowl, but by the end, this big bowl filled my pho appetite for lunch. Talked to owner and chef, suggested they use even less sugar and provide a tub at table for clients to adjust sweetness to taste, which would further improve diners' satisfaction.Parking was easy. As usual, diners in Viet and Chinese restaurants tend to have loud conversation, which can be very annoying in this small place. We had to move away from a large party who was talking noisily after their meal.

Delicious pho with no msg broth. High quality meat, vegetable and noodle. Great 5 stars service any day!!
