Open 24/7 Great shrimp pho.. have ordered to go and ate there the other night. They were really busy at 2:30 am But still had quick service. Food came out pretty fast. Egg rolls are delicious CASH ONLY so be prepared to use the atm and pay the fee if not

We came in for a late dinner, and the place has plenty of seating. Service was fine. Pretty good prices and portion sizes.- Combo pho (4.5/5): Very flavorful, huge bowl. All the meats were delicious. Definitely hit the spot.- Steak (4/5): Tender, juicy, cooked well.

Good spot when you need that late night meal that's not fast food. Service is quick and efficient and the food isn't S tier but still enjoyable. Can seat large and small groups easily as it is spacey.

The service was quick. We were seated quickly. Music was nostalgic. Best thing we got was the spring rolls. It was adequately sized. The Kobe beef pho on the other hand had noodles that were overdone. It was clumped together. It still tasted alright. My in-laws' pho had overcooked rare beef and the noodles were overdone. Thus, it clumped together.

Came here after a holiday party and this was the perfect for the weather. The service is good here and fast. The pho had great flavor and the egg rolls on point. They are open 24hrs. When you want great pho anytime this is the place

Cash onlyPho Thanh is open 24/7 which makes for a great place to go late at night when most other pho shops (and restaurants in general) are closed. We were seated right away and ordered the #14 pho dac biet ($14 for large). The food came out blazing fast, the broth was good, and there was a lot of meat in it. It definitely hit the spot on a late cold night and we were hungry. Once we finished we paid at the front before leaving.I wouldn't say it's the best pho in Little Saigon but for a place that's open 24/7 when there are very few options, this place is pretty good.

There are plenty of restaurants in Little Saigon/Bolsa street/Westminster. Pho Thanh was our choice because the restaurant is open after midnight. We had just come home from Hollywood and were ready for some late dining. Finding parking at this late hour for this place was easy. We were greeted and sat at table 21. The lovely missus came for good company and conversation. Our son orders Pho Dac Biet #14 and I followed his lead. Regular bowls were good for us. We also ordered a bright presentation of sautéed vegetables placed on fried rice noodles that were on the perimeter of the plate. I've seen this before on menus as birds nest (vegetables). The sauce for this nested warm vegetables plate was what made this a stellar choice. My taste buds were happy as I took turns with my chopsticks picking vegetables and the crispy noodles. The pho was pleasant as well. The broth was clear and beefy flavors from the thin steak as well as tendons wafted up for a satisfying fragrance and taste. The side dish of Thai basil and bean sprouts and sliced jalapenos were fresh and bountiful. Patrons at adjacent tables were pretty loud as the Pho Thanh restaurant had Staff busily tending and serving at this late hour. We completed our meals, and asked for a to-go container for the delicious vegetables. One other minor issue at Pho Thanh was the "cash only" policy. I prefer paying my bills with a CC.

I specifically go there for the #7 pho white noodles w/short rib - broth is piping hot and 2 beef bone is so filling. Service is quick and efficient. Plenty of dining tables. Cash only!

I've been going here for a few years now and service has never been good, but the pho is good which is why we keep coming back. Last night, we decided to order the egg rolls as well and one of them had a hair in it. We called one of the ladies that's always there, and she decided to take the order from the table without saying anything. I assumed she would bring another order back, but no egg rolls ever made it back to our table. When we got up to pay, I noticed that she still charged us for the egg rolls that she took from our table. When I asked her about it she stated that she had to charge us because we had taken a bite out of one of the egg rolls (the one that had a hair in it) and it wasn't her fault that one had a hair.
