Pho Bo for $7.99 The dish was not excellent but a rich and flavorful broth that perfectly complemented the tender meats and fresh herbs. Although the serving size is a bit smaller compared other

CASH ONLY! $7.99 for Pho Bo (small) as you can see in the menu. No credit card and they have a sign for CASH ONLY at the register. To-go will be charge $1 more. Wait at the door for a table. Staff will let you know when a table is available. No sign-in/waitlist. Staff will come to take your order and bring you food. Get up and Pay at the register. If you want a Pho bowl for under $10, this is the place to visit. Pho broth was definitely not the same quality as Phoholic. Generous meat and noodles for small bowl. Meats were okay - some pieces were not tender. No Ngo Gai and only Thai Basil and No green lime but yellow lemon - two essential pieces to Pho missing for my personal taste.Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio (to-go) - fish sauce mix was not as good as other places and they do not include shredded pickled raddish/carrots. Grilled pork was well marinated but were a bit hard compare to other places. Lots of bean sprouts and green lettuce but only a few pieces of thai basil and no mints. The shrimps are small and hard not worth ordering them as extra. Cha Gio was okay. However, I support our older folks (moms and pops age) working here. They were very nice group of people and constantly cleaning table and serving on their feet. Parking - it is PACKED on the weekend. However, you can park in the old Office Depot size and walk over. Don't go in the restroom - I'll leave it there. : )

We came here because of the banner that had $7.99 Pho, so I got one. I also got an iced coffee with condensed milk. Food was good, but we were expecting fabulous since we were in a Vietnamese area. The pho broth wasn't as flavorful as the pho near home.

This place has pho at a great value. I'm unsure if it's daily, but my regular pho only costs $7.99. I was full!! The small does not come with a lot of meat but it works for me. Bring cash.

The vibe of the restaurant is very nostalgic; it's very simple and you can tell this place has been here for a long time. Nothing too fancy, but that's what makes it so great. You are simply here to eat something, pay, and go. Service and food is very fast, and all the people that work here are so nice and friendly even if you do not speak Vietnamese. This has become one of the top pho places for me because I love how the noodles are chewy and not overdone/mushy. The lemons/limes are very big so you never have to ask for more, and the place is also very clean. Prices are pretty cheap for pho compared to all the new places opening up nowadays. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a quick meal.

Everything...get rid of everyone there except for 1 older nice lady server...again they didn't seasoned the broth...poor white lady several tables down ask for soy sauce because she obviously doesn't know only fish sauce is suitable...and the workers started screaming and calling each other out cursing in front of customers. I ordered 4 bowls and the idiotic waiter man stops giving ice water at 3 when he has like 10 cups in his tray...he ask do we really need 4 because my son had already bought another drink like wtf does he really have to ask that stupid question...he's been alive for a century on earth and still DAF.... they even ask us if we wanted soft rice noodles or chewy rice noodle like wtf ask that when eating pho. The kitchen chef musta get pays 45 cents an hour because the place sells pho for 7.99....take your chance here hit or miss...the owner own like several stores around and he's too busy trying to make rent to care about the more important things like where is the rent $$ coming from? Bunch of m*rons everywhere u go...

Considering it's the only pho place open late at night, it's pretty darn good! Like if you get off work or you're jetlagged/arrive at 4am, you're willing to eat a lot worse - and yet...it's pretty good!I rolled in at like 530am, tired as hell, and got a meatball pho and bo luc lac. Both were decent and hit the spot. Would they still be a 4-star place compared to all the options during the regular day? Not really...but compared to the greasy crap available at 530am...it's fantastic!Cash only, service is minimal, and it smells a little funky close to the bathroom. Keep those in mind, and you'll be satisfied!

MUST TRY place. This is probably the only restaurant that did not jack up the price after pandemic. The place is kept tidy. Great pho under $10 and love their egg rolls. Their pork dishes are great, too. Service is phonemenal, when I bring my elderly mom, the owner lady sits her by the door so mom does not have to walk far. Just LOVE this place!

I have go to every pho store in Houston. And let me tell you this place is the best soup I have never eat. It doesn't give me thirst after I drink all the soup. They only take cash though, if you want some real pho at a real cheap price this is the place to go.
