Best pho around, clean broth not oily. Always comes hotA ton of flavor! I've been coming here for years and their Cornish hen, lemongrass chicken, and garlic steak are all a must try.

Came back recently during happy hour and we were very satisfied.Positives:-taste, the galbi with butter rice was very tasty with just the right amount of fat. My wife got a large bowl of pho and it tasted better this time.-value, with the 20% happy hour discount our pocket book felt better and it in turn made the food more satisfying. Overall 5/5, we will definitely come back again during happy hour and order the exact dishes haha

We must have come on an off day. On the day we came, the service was off, and the food was just okay. The waiter couldn't get our order correct. We ordered eggrolls, chicken stir fry with butter rice, and short rib with noodles. He had to repeat the order multiple times but in the end he still messed up the orders because both entrees came with plain white rice. He quickly fixed the dishes without much of a sorry. The food was just okay. The egg roll filling was not memorable and on the blander side. The chicken tasted old. The short rib meat also tasted old. We weren't huge fans of the quality of food. Lastly the credit card machine didn't work so they asked for cash or venmo. I'm not sure if that was true, but regardless is highly inconvenient for patrons. We came here for convenience, but I don't intend to come back anytime soon as there are many other places for similar cuisine in the vicinity.

Great pho spot with a spacious seating area and excellent service. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, with well-balanced seasoning and fresh ingredients. A solid choice for a satisfying meal!

I'm not sure if we came on an off day or what, but the food was not great today. Let's check the boxes first. The place looks clean, open, has some simple decorations, it's fine for what it is. The service people were nice and friendly. We ordered pho tai and rice dishes this time around, I'll give a quick general review of the pho then the individual items.Pho Tai - I personally think the pho was fine. It was a standard pho, what you would expect out of a pho place, though my wife wasn't a huge fan. The price is fair for pho in the area, though if you want to pay a bit more, there's better pho in the city. Price to value, this is ok.Egg Loaf - Their egg loaf is on the softer side, but tastes like a standard egg loaf. I have no problems with this. I wouldn't come here specifically for this, but as far as I'm concerned, this was one of the more enjoyable parts of this meal.Charbroiled Pork / Beef - The marinade on these was simple. I want to say mainly just soy sauce and sugar? I didn't taste the lemongrass that I think would've taken it up a notch and overall I thought it was just ok. The problem with this dish was the meat was just a bit off. It's hard to describe... the pork wasn't dry, it was soft, but there was this ashy texture at the end that was a bit offputting. My wife's thought was that it reminded her of Astronaut food, you know the freeze dried stuff? I think maybe it's just the blood wasn't washed out completely so you had a bit of that powdery texture. The beef felt like it wanted to be crisped similar to the texture of crumbly Chinese jerky, but had the same issue. I still ate this, but it just threw me off.Rice - Their rice... again maybe an off day. The white rice is ok, it serves as a vehicle for the other flavors. I've written about rice I'd want to eat just by itself in other places, this wasn't that today; it reminded me of fast food rice. The yellow rice though confused me. So it looked like it should be flavorful, but it wasn't. The texture was mushy, the flavor was off, and the strangest thing happened in that I poured the fish sauce on it and it was still bland. I'm not even sure how that happens, it was like to took the flavor and transported it to Narnia. I actually ate more than I would have just because I was still trying to figure out how that happened.Fish Sauce - It's a strange thing to say but the fish sauce smelled fishier than I would have liked. The term in mandarin would be xing, but it's the type of fishiness that I think typically don't want in a dish. That said fish sauce is very, very much a personal preference (and my rice sent all my fish sauce to a different dimension).Fried Egg Roll(?) - This is the egg roll that came with the rice dish, not sure if they have a different one as a side. So the skin was crisped and honestly reminded me of chinese fried bean curd skin. I enjoy that, so I'm fine with that. The texture of the meat is what threw me for a loop. I don't know if this was intentional, but it was dense, without bounce to the chew. Normally you either have something softer, or something with more chew. In the words of my wife, this seemed more like the texture of one of those pink erasers, which I could kind of see actually even though it was an exaggeration. It may be a style that I'm unfamiliar with or personal preference if intentional.So, I know that grubhub has pretty decent reviews of this place and people like this place so maybe it was an off day or just not to our taste preferences. Unfortunately, there are a lot of good vietnamese places in the area so we're probably not going to check to see if it was an off day or not. If you want to try this place, I think it's ok for the pho. If the yellow rice is consistently made that way, I wouldn't recommend that one, but maybe this place suits your tastes better than it did ours.

Another one of our regular work lunch locations. Clean establishment, with good service, and tasty Vietnamese cuisine. Parking is in a private lot of the small strip mall, but can sometimes be busy because of the East West Bank.FOOD: For starters, we always share an order of the Crispy Vietnamese Eggrolls ($14.50), and then I usually get their House Special Combination Phở ($15.50) which includes rice noodles, round steak, flank, brisket, tripe, tendon, and meatball. Their broth is one of the better ones around, and the meat is fresh and tasty. I've also had the No. 54 Charbroiled Meat & Shrimp (choice of pork, beef, chicken, or pork chop +$2), as well as your choice of base: Vermicelli, Butter Rice, or Steamed Rice. I, and all my coworkers, have enjoyed everything we've ordered here.If you're looking for very good Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend you give this place a try.

The pho soup base was ok, but the rare beef was thick cut and became really dry and tough as it came overcooked, while the pho noodles were somewhat starchy. The exterior of the spring rolls were thick and the stuffing was flavorless.

Solid 4 stars. Service is fast and efficient. Good portion sizes, fresh ingredients.Ordered pho takeout from this place one cold evening, and the food was ready within 10 minutes. The broth was very authentic, not too salty at all. The meat was fresh. Felt very good eating the food from here.Service was nice and friendly, parking was very easy.
