Pho Alley

Today I took my sister to my go to local pho spot to try out the pho here since it was a cold and cloudy day... perfect pho weather. I ordered the Brisket pho and she ordered the beef belly pho, both came out hot and fresh! My bowl of pho was amazing, flavorful, meat was tender, and broth was delicious! I tried my sister's pho and it was just as delicious as mine. The beef belly was very tender and very tasty. She loved it, said it tasted really good and gives this place a solid 8 out of 10. Service is always great, the waiter is always efficient, helpful, tentative, and friendly! Place is always clean, decor is bright and cheery. Condiments are always stocked and organized.

We ordered Pho Alley for our office lunch today (12.13.2024).. It's messy when we open the packages: soup boxes weren't closed properly, leaked everywhere. . 01 noodle bowl was missing.. They didn't pack hoisi sauce nor chili for pho.. They packed vegetables in 02 plastic bags (look so gross). They packed ribs in a horrible way. Besides, sweet potato fries are horrible. . Pho has a lot MSG (we are so thirsty after eating pho, some of my co-workers feel tired because of MSG allergic)Tried to call the store more than 10 times (from 1PM to 4PM) to complain but no ones picked up the phone. Can't even leave a message because voice mail is full.Will never come back nor recommend to anyone.Bad food, bad customer service ever.

I am a big fan of bone marrow. So I went to this place after browsing this place thru Yelp after a long day in a salon nearby. I was so hungry that I would expect everything would taste good for me. This dish is okay not as I expected from the reviews. The rice was toooo fried and hard to chew on. But I would give 4 stars for the service as they're on top of it since the server was attentive and prompt on my needs. Peaceful ambiance since it was not a busy day. I was able to comfortably eat myself on a couch hahaWill update my review when I get to try their pho since it's a pho place!

Pho Alley is serving up some delicious pho bowls in the Cypress area! This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner around 7pm and we were seated right away!Inside, they have a nice aesthetic decor with plants and lanterns along with about 8-10 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a great selection of different appetizers, rice dishes, phos, and drinks. Wifey and I got a spread of the Lemongrass Beef Spring Rolls, Pho Bo Kho (Beef Stew), House Special Combination Pho, and a Watermelon Wink Tea. Everything we had was so flavorful, hearty, and delicious! Overall, this spot is definitely valid. You really cannot go wrong with anything you order here! All of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Pho Alley is Viet gang approved!

Legit! Great Vietnamese food and service. We tried a few things. Loved the lemongrass spring rolls!!Reasonable portions and pricing. Will definitely return!

Food was great - Shaken Beef and garlic noodles were fantastic. We came around opening time on the weekend and seating was easy. Service was also good. Improvement from the first few times we came when the orders came out at random times. Tables and bathrooms are clean too.

Tried for the first time. Although the flavors were good I wouldn't return here. First of all it cost 25$ for a oxtail and bone marrow soup. 25$ for a bowl of soup is a little pricey but that's not the issue. The issue was i ordered the rib eye beef dish and for 18$ I think they could have given a little more beef. There wasn't very much of it and to make things worse the side dish that comes with it they gave me green tomatoes that weren't even ripe yet. Wasn't tasty. The beef was good but just few pieces. After eating the dish I was still hungry and I'm not a big eater. There are much better vietnamese restaurants around that I will go to so I will not be returning here.

Tried this cute modern Vietnamese Restuarant. Inside decor was really clean and it had a great vibeI had the oxtail fried rice with bone marrow 10/10. It came in a clay pot sizzling very similar to a bebimbop (Korean) hot stone and with a soft sunny side up egg that was perfectly cooked. Flavor town!!

Have always loved this place but ordered through a delivery service and the pho serving was so small compared to dining-in ): super disappointing

The food was goodBut the customer service was bad, He was rude and talk trash but we overheard him. I hope you guys should have talk with him.
