Papa Dads

Attention all gourmet food truck chasers n lovers!!!If you're a burger/bratwurst/sausage lover, you owe it to yourself to follow Papa Dads! I had the pleasure of having one of the most delicious burgers ever! It's a great, big tasty burger!The fries are uniquely flavorful as well. This meal was bigger n better than any you can get in any steakhouse! I promise, just one bite is all it takes to fall in love with this tasty burger. I won't eat a burger anywhere else, ever! I've been spoiled now, by the best quality burger ever and any other burger fails in comparison. If you're a big burger lover, give Papa Dads a try. You won't be disappointed and you'll want it again and again!

I recently made the acquaintance with Papa Dad's, food truck specializing in grass-fed beef burgers and gourmet hotdogs and brats. The default burger is the namesake and it comes loaded with grilled onions and a tremendous sharp cheddar cheese beautifully melted. Outstanding guys!It was hard to choose initially because the bacon wrapped hotdog sounded fantastic, the all beef build your own dog was equally intriguing, especially since the options were so plentiful! A German-style Brat was another possibility and it was loaded with sauerkraut and other goodies. Another huge factor, besides the burger's taste and execution, in awarding five stars was the small but well selected mustard choices. Most places leave you hanging with standard 'ol yella, but not these guys!I didn't try fries, wings or anything else but all look like sound choices.

The burger & Fries are perfectly cooked, expertly seasoned, and just downright DELICIOUS! The burger to bun ratio is important. The bun , aka delivery device, does not overwhelm the burger. So you can really enjoy THE BUSINESS PART OF THE BURGER. The special sauce is spicy and tasty too. Like a cayenne aioli. The shoestring fries are plentiful and seasoned beautifully. The ONE suggestion would be to have ketchup that is free of HFCS. But that's me looking out for me. (I should carry my own supply of French's, Simply Heinz, Best Foods, or Red Rose) Thanks for a delicious lunch, fellas!

We got ...- The Salad- Italian Dog (speciality of the day)- Wing fries- Buffalo Chicken DogAll were Delicious! They were big potions, especially The Salad. We had left overs. It was a reasonable price for what you got. The wings on the salad were good amount of spicy and it didn't mess with the flavors at all. The guys running the truck were friendly and patient with us as we talked through their menu. Definitely will eat at their truck again!

You're better off walking to Costco.Why spend $9 on a burnt, tiny, disappointing hot dog from a food truck when you can go to Costco and spend $1.50 on one that is similar size, tastes better, and comes with a drink?"Well this one comes wrapped in bacon!" You might say. The bacon was thin, burnt, and tasted more like charcoal than bacon. The toppings selection was fairly wide but they were very skimpy portions.The hot dog was barely filling, so how about you order a side of fries with it? That's 5 more dollars. Have fun.

There was a mustache in my burger. I think that alone, even if the burgers were total crap, automatically earns this place a minimum of four stars. But wait, their burgers actually tasted good! Juicy, well seasoned patties, melted cheese, brioche bun, what is not to like?!Their fries, seasoned well, herbs, spices, you don't even need ketchup.Then there's the refillable soda fountain. And they aren't cash only! And they have well-updated social media presence!What's not to like about this place? Keep in mind, it is a food truck, so, their presence near you is a YMMV situation. But if you find them at your doorstep, GET THEIR FOOD, ASAP.

Good food for lunch truck. Very carb heavy so you feel it after eating but good flavor. Winged fries have a bit too much cheese so necome overwhelming if bite has a lot of it but decent flavor with a bit high prices but comparable with other food trucks. Fountain drinks are amazing...very carbinated.

We got the beef hot dog, the Hawaiian dog, and the wing fries. Totally worth it! Everything tasted as amazing as they looked! Loved the little mustache stamp on my hotdog bun. Definitely a cute little surprise!

I hate to do this, but these guys get one star. I love a good german bratwurst with mustard and kraut, but the offering from this truck was a disappointment. Bland flavored sausage, soggy, dense bun and I couldn't tell if the sausage had been grilled or boiled. No bueno. I ordered the house fries also, which had a nice seasoning but couldn't overcome the nastiness of the bratwurst. One of the wurst (see what I did there) food truck experiences I've had.

Just found this awesome red truck with a pig on it I'm having their chicken sausage with buffalo sauce and gorgonzola cheese it is out of this world you guys have to look for them they got some great choices of food wow
