Panera Bread

Sandwich bread was not fresh. Hard bread. I picked off the crust. The veggies tasted fresh enough. It was mostly the bread that wasn't good this time. I also ordered a Caesar salad and a kitchen sink cookie. The salad was pretty basic. I don't think I'll be ordering that one again. I usually do other salads. The Caesar is boring here. The cookie was great! My husband had never had a kitchen sink cookie from Panera and he was pleasantly surprised. Service was fine. They included utensils and napkins.

Then she threw the chips down on the counter like I did something wrong. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable behavior! I won't be returning to this location.

Decided to try this location today while I was in Anaheim visiting a customer. I must say, I was disappointed with this location, which really bums me out being I am in my Panera Era right now, eating at various locations most days of the week.I would think being this location is right across from Disney they would be on point, but there is work to do here.First, the parking is terrible, not many spots and a strict 1 hour limit, don't make the mistake of thinking the next entrance would have parking, it is an exit only from the hotel and you will have to go all the e way around to get back in. Second, you are across from Disney, but you don't allow strollers inside? Why? Plenty of room. My kids are older, but a miss on their part here.Next, inside looks very nice, spacious and modern. But there is a smell of old vomit or something around the restaurant, I moved two times to find a seat without the smell, probably should have went to the location on State College, much nicer, but wanted to give this location a shot.Another thing, not to big of a deal, but one I use when available, there are very few plugs in the restaurant if you want to charge a laptop and do some work, they pointed one out to me, but I could not find it.Last, their unsweetened tea tasted very off, not sure what was going on, but undrinkable and looked very thick, not refreshingly transparent. Time to clean your containers I think. Also, they use paper straws here, pet peeve of mine, paper straws dissolve in your drink and may as well not have them. Use plastic and recycle them.The positive here is that it is a Panera and I really enjoy Panera's and their food, the Sip Club, etc. my salad was very good, no issue there, just the rest of what I have above was a let down. I hate leaving a 2 here as far as rating, the Company overall and the food quality, I enjoy very much. Ordered via the app, so very little interaction with the staff to determine service levels.Enjoy!?

Mark the cashier is awesome. Very hospitable, and kind. I ordered the Pick 2 meal, which is a 1/2 salad (I chose Greek with chicken), and soup, I chose French onion.Sheez! I think these portions are very generous. Delicious Greek salad and yummy French onion (minus the melty oh-so-oozing cheese!). Where's the cheese?? I know, this is Panera....but I love Panera! I don't know what's up with the stingy stars. I love it here.Cmon guys, get your groove on and put a smile on your face. Get yourself a delicious meal here. Service is quick, and desserts are phenom. Life's good!

I only ever end up here because of coupons. And then by the time I get here they've expired. I'm not one to get avocado toast but it was the cheapest thing to eat that wasn't a cookie. Dumbest trend ever. It tasted bland as expected. Sorry. My fault for ordering it. Since it's by Disneyland stock runs low early. This place like all CA fast food suffers from too much to do and too few employees due to the wage increase. And employees seem over it probably from the high foot traffic of non locals. Overall for the flavor and amount the food is kinda a rip off. Even with a coupon. One day I'll learn.Parking is confusing but it's the hotel lot.

Located off Harbor Bl in Anaheim. We grabbed a bite here before heading into Disneyland. They have kiosks to place order, also you can mobile order or just go to the counter and order. I got my usual you pick two my fav broccoli cheddar soup and tried the turkey bacon sandwich unfortunately they ran out of turkey so I had to substitute it with chicken what the heck you run out of turkey and you have a few sandwiches that have turkey ok that has never happened to me so I was in ahh. The restaurant area is not bad. The restrooms are locked and you do need a code to use them. Overall not a bad experience was still bummed about them running out of turkey, but the food was good as Panera is.

This Panera was so dirty and disgusting. The entrance looked nice we placed our order on the kiosk and when we went into the dining area I was so shocked. The floor looked horrendous. Food everywhere, every table dirty and it even smelled weird. That's because just about every trash can was overflowing. It was slow, only me and a few other parties in the building.No more than 10 people total. We get our food really fast and it was so weird tasting. The soup was watery and the Mac and cheese was old. To top it off my boyfriend found a piece of plastic/glue??? In his sandwich. Even the baguette tasted odd. I'm a Panera stan so this was incredibly off putting. Idk maybe it was a rough day??but honestly I would never stop here again and I don't think I even want Panera again in my life time.

We stopped by this location to grab breakfast before heading into the park. I understand that food near Disney is expensive but man this place is a total ripoff! (Check out the pictures with the prices) other than that the restaurant was clean and a nice location. The food took longer than expected to come out.

Service phenomenal. Ambiance, fast food sandwich joint that makes you spend too much money to eat decent food. I hope this helps. I mean it's Panera bread it'll be okay.
