Panda Express

Liz needs additional training with her skills. She doesn't pay attention to the costumers. The person behind me even told her that she wasn't taking the order right.... Liz either can't hear or just ignores the costumer. I will never come back to this Panda Express where the costumer is never right!!! She refused to cancel my order and refund my money! Don't come here

I visited this Panda Express yesterday and I ordered a plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and chow mein and it was BUSSINNN!!! Despite having to wait about 5 minutes for fresh orange chicken they had the rest of our food just sitting on the counter waiting. David was the cashier and was patient and helpful!

Pretty good Americanized Chinese food.Sometimes the line gets a little long, but still worth the wait.I love eating it right in the restaurant, as it looses flavor as it gets cold.

This location has improved the service, food quality and taste of the food. Panda can be either hit, or miss depending on the location that you visit. Nice to see some changes.

First of all this panda never disappoints! Every time we go in for lunch, there is no line, and even if there is, its very quick. I do appreciate the girls service a lil extra in our plates, as you guys all know Panda can be a little light on the serving. I got the walnut shrimp, beef and broccoli, chow mein and fried rice. Its just a great comb. Oh I also got the cream cheese won tons, its so crispy and delicious. If I can tell you what to try, it would be my entire plate! Shout out to the staff for being very friendly when we always come in! Until next time, we shall be back!!!

Duuuuude, this place is the shit!!! I'm eating here right now and one of the employees, Sebastian helped me grab my beverages. Wanna just leave a good review and hope he goes up the retail ladder. Take care Sebastian and thanks Yelp for masking this recognition happen.

I've ordered from this location multiple times. And they have gotten my order wrong. I don't understand how. I order black pepper CHICKEN. And they give me steak (which is an up charge). If they were out, I'd understand. But they weren't.

The staff is friendly and the food is great! But what disappointed me was when they took down a painting that they had inside the restaurant of a mother panda and her cub. Why? It was so cute! But let's just say that when it comes to orange chicken and mushroom chicken, which is what I usually order, nothing will ever beat Panda Express!

I like this location more than the one on Bristol. It's clean inside, the staff are all working really hard and they're on top of things at this location. Parking is out front but the spaces are a little small. It's in the same shopping center as Target and across from Santa Ana College. Also there's less transients at this location versus the Bristol one. Crowd is mostly family's and local workers in the area.

If I could give them no stars I would. This location has given me undercooked rice more than 3 times. I went one last time today give another try and same thing. Makes me wonder how many other people have dealt with the same thing I don't understand how they can serve it without checking or just being aware that they are not meeting the basic cooked food standard . I will Not returning to this location
