I stopped by Panda Express in Tustin around 9 PM and I have to say this location sets the bar high!From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was top-notch. One of the staff members, Luis, truly stood out. He wasn't just friendly, he was incredibly considerate, especially when it came to food portions. It's a small gesture but it speaks volumes about the care and attention they put into their service.It's experiences like this that make me want to keep coming back! Every location should follow this example of excellent customer service...

Portions are very small. Atmosphere is OK friendliness it's OK. Food wasn't bad but when I think panda express I'm talking big plate full of delicious food never lets down but this location I will not go back to for sure.

When we got there at 6pm, it's not busy and we got served fast. The staff was ok but quite forgetful bc I asked for soy sauce and hot sauce in the bag and they totally forgot it and had to reminded them again.Remember to download their app and collecting rewards for discounts or special promotions.

Came here the other day to grab a quick meal. We were excited to try an actual brick-n-mortar Panda instead of our usual that is inside a market. We came around 4:30pm and there was a long line. I thought this was a good sign and that the food must be better than our usual spot. I realized quickly that the long line was not because a lot of people were there but because they were out of almost all of the items.When we finally got to the front of the line, about 20mins later, again food shortage. I saw only one guy in the back cooking the food. Another guy was handling the chow mein and fried rice but could have helped the one cooking the sides since there was plenty of chow mein and fried rice available. The other girls were just standing around like the customers waiting for food. Of course they put food in the container waiting for the other items you want to be cooked all the while the container food is getting cold. Finally my items came out and I told the girl I wanted the container food to be replaced. She gave me a little tude.The manager lady was very nice but really the only thing good about this place. The food tastes the same and I would have thought there would be more options at a bigger place. I was wrong. Never coming here again.

Every now and again, do you have to do some fast food even that you try to stay healthy so then can you stop by and try to get my favorite black Angus and combo chicken but unfortunately the black Angus was very dry very chewy who did not taste the same like it used to. I think they have a new chef.Usually the young Hispanic of young and lady that is the manager I think does a better job when she's running everything out front but I see that you might've changed the cook. It was just not good at all today.

they give u less food and cost more. orange Chicken not even crispy like the real crispy Orange chicken at main place mall. Orange chicken ken supposed to be crispy. and people their just want to move you out the line quick as possible that not even want to help u

Please don't waste your time with this place no atmosphere the food is disgusting as is the people that work here. I would never go here if you want to get ripped off for dinner for two for 50 bucks do it I highly doubt you will have any good food, so terrible

The last time I went to Panda Express, it was mediocre.This time, it was the best. The orange chicken had the right amount of spice and the chow mein is good, but dry. The fried rice didn't look very good at the store so I got 2 servings of the fried rice instead. The people there were very nice and the seats and booths were clean. When I usually go to sit down places, the chairs are dirty so I was delighted when I figured out the chairs here were clean.

The worst branch 2318 N Tustin St Suite C, Orange, CA 92865of Panda! The service is extremely bad, and the girls preparing the orders are incredibly rude and arrogant. Their reception is the worst, especially the girl who wears glasses--her attitude towards customers is very arrogant, rude, and extremely discriminatory.She treats female customers with even more hostility, as I've experienced multiple times, along with other women. Her behavior is aggressive, discriminatory, and unprofessional. She doesn't care about orders, waves her hands dismissively, and acts in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude is terrible, and I don't think she takes her job seriously.I do not recommend anyone to visit this branch. The service is zero, and the reception and customer treatment are also zero. Very bad service and very bad management Even the manager she so bad attitude
