Panda Express

This is my favorite Panda location, though it does get busy because of its prime spot. I always order ahead using the app, and their estimated pickup times are spot-on, as are the orders. The staff is friendly, and due to the high volume of customers, the food is always freshly prepared. It's the perfect spot to grab a reasonably priced and generous meal before a concert, baseball, or hockey game!

No matter if you order online for pick up or in-store, this location skimps on the protein so much. They gave me just two small scoops on my bowl even though I ordered the premium proteins: honey walnut. shrimp, and black pepper sirloin.Of course they give you tons of the base carb items such as rice or noodles. Total was around $11 per bowl, which is not worth it for a few measly shrimp and sirloin pieces.

I want to express the horrible service and lack of responsibility the store manager took during my visit. So for lunch I decided to stop into the Panda Express #0459. It was in the middle of lunch rush so everything was going to be a wait. I have worked food service before and i know how a lunch rush works. With online orders being processed and customers at the door it can be a lot for a quick service staff. I patiently ordered my food and waiting to go through the line. After waiting for a few minutes i finally get to the register to pay, when a Gentleman jumps in from of me and starts interacting with the Cashier Katherine, they start talking in spanish so i had no idea what was being said. Maybe it was important that it could be an emergency or issue with the food. It turns out she was completing an additional purchase he made on the fly. She continued to bypass everyone who was in line waiting so he can make a purchase out of line. Let's talk about Service and Fairness. When has line cutting been acceptable at Panda Express? Was it not worth it to cash me out after waiting so long? So all i have to do now is cut in line for faster service? I approached ANA the store manager about what happened and got a "Im sorry that happened to you" spiel. Not wanting to cause a scene and make more customers wait i ate my food and waited to speak to the manager again. When i asked Ana about what happened and my experience she stated, "the customer asked for an additional portion and he was served already so it was ok because it was 1 item" So your telling me now, i can get served a meal wait a few minutes and skip the line, purchase another meal without waiting in line? This is an acceptable practice now. Because if it really is, I want this in writing so i can get special treatment too. The whole transaction with Katherine and Ana is unacceptable. Time is something i can't not get back, but this type of special treatment is unacceptable. I did the right thing and customers waited. Do yourself a favor and walk next door to the Chipotle,

Those cream cheese wontons are the show stopper! I love the cream cheese wontons. They don't have imitation crab inside of them. Just the good stuff. And it comes with sweet and sour sauce packets. 10/10 The honey walnut shrimp is really good. This might be my favorite entree at Panda Express. The shrimp is cooked well, it's crispy and sweet. Great combination! 10/10Chore mein is dry and very sad. It's not even satisfying to eat. The thin noodles are so dry and lack any type of flavor. I normally love chow mein but this chow mein is terrible. 1/0Fried rice is alright. Also a bit dry. And lacking flavor. Not a fan of the rice. 1/10The side needs improvement. They are terrible. Come on Panda! Step up your side dish game. It sucks.

This is the best Panda Express I've ever been to, and that says a lot because I'm not a fan of Panda Express.The spot was spacious and the food was FRESH we came in at about 7pm on a Thursday, and it was the perfect time because they just had put out fresh food. The wait was a little bit as the line was quite long, but the girl that took our order was very kind and apologized for the wait.I got a half and half bowl with fried rice, chow mein, and king pow chicken. The chow mein was perfect, usually there are massive chunks of celery and cabbage in it, which I don't like, but you could tell this was made better. The cabbage and celery were sliced to a good size for favorable eating. And since everything was fresh it was nice and hot. My boyfriend got a half and half plate with orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Again, everything was just cooked, so it was very fresh. He really enjoyed it. We also got the cheese Rangoon they were amazing as well. Overall best experience at a Panda Express ever.

Incredible. A delicacy where I come from. The staff was friendly and the vibes were off the charts. I've never seen a local Chinese restaurant this busy on a Sunday night. Food was better than most places I've eaten recently like Jack in the box :(. Prices were good too, I'll certainly be revisiting.

The food here was very good, I shared a plate and we were full after so good portion sizes. The service was pretty good would definitely recommend. It was a pretty calm and relaxed place to eat with a super good location.

First off, this isn't gourmet food so don't get your expectations up and give it low stars because you expected high quality. That's not what we're here for. Second, I've never interacted with the staff besides picking up a mobile order. So far so good. And the place is super clean. I love so close, I'd rather enter the food coma on my home court. But for not being gourmet, it sure is good. Maybe it's the white in me that's been groomed to believe that Panda Express was the only place to get Chinese food until I moved out and had to forage for my own food. Any way. Orange chicken, fire. Beef and broccoli, mostly fire. I get skimped out on the beef sometimes and that makes me a sad panda. Sesame chicken, fire. Chicken egg roll, fire. Sweet and sour sauce goes with anything. Except sometimes they forget to put some in and I'm a sad panda again. Order in the app. Give them time to prep. Get rewards points -- get discounts -- get free food. Free food makes me a happy panda. See you again soon, unknown workers who I barely engage with!*** it should be known I'm bad at remembering to take pictures because I'm too hungry and impatient to wait. I'll work on that about myself.

Panda Express is a fast food chain that focuses on American Chinese cuisine. This location is at East Katella Avenue in Anaheim California. It's next to a few other businesses such as Carl's Jr and Chipotle. There is spacious amount of parking available.My daughter and I were staying at the Marriot TownePlace Suites. One of the evenings, after our visit at Disneyland, we decided to pick up Panda Express for dinner.Our experience at this Panda Express was awesome! There was a minimal wait time at 4:00 P.M during the weekday. My daughter had ordered a bowl, which consisted of fried rice and orange chicken. I had ordered the Plate, with Chicken/String Beans, Peppered Steak, Chow Mein, and Fried Rice.The Chicken and String Beans was delicious. The chicken was cooked well and seasoned perfectly. The String Beans was a great addition to the meal. It's one of the healthier alternatives at Panda Express. The Peppered Steak was good. It wasn't spicy. The dish was loaded with vegetables. My daughter enjoyed her bowl, but the orange chicken was a little bit tangy than it normally is. All of the food tasted fresh and the team members were helpful! I'd stop by this Panda Express location again!
