Orange Bar

Got together with a few cousins at this bar. We wanted to watch the NFL playoffs near Whittier and Buena Park; hub between inland empire and Long Beach area. My Yelp search had this bar rated high, 4.2.... So we tried it.At first, we were drawn back at the style of bar/restaurant it was. Initially I thought it was a restaurant. Everything was ordered on table software, including the drinks. So here's my review:Food: 4/5. From the garlic Parmesan fries, to the honey crispy fries chicken wings, all was tasteful and fresh. Some of the items were 'out' and not available, but not updated in the system. Drinks: 3/5. I was expecting a full bar with various spirits, but the liquor was only white asian spirits; soju,etc. They did have various foreign beer on tap (like 10-12 handles).Price: 3/5. The drinks were a bit pricey, but consistent with the area and type of drinks they offered. It could be due to the import selection they had. Service: 5/5. By far my favorite part of the experience. The waitresses were attentive, polite, and quick to respond to orders. I wouldn't mind trying this bar again. I enjoy Korean spirits. I give it a 4.2 as well.

Big variety of Korean pub style foods. Party of four and we polished off the army stew (budae jjigae) and four servings of rice (a la carte). We started with the tuna mayo kimbap (very light with good mouth feel from the crisp veg) and also ordered 20 pieces of marinated wings. Corn cheese was also nice too (not too sweet). Wings came out with a side of pickled cubed radish, perfect to cut the grease. The sauce was a good balance of sweet and slightly spicy. All wings were flats we noticed, no drums. We enjoyed ordering via QR code and the service was on point! Ask for kimchi if you'd like as part of the banchan set. I noticed it didn't automatically come out.

A fun and spacious Korean pub/sports bar with lots of bar food options. We came in as a party of 20+ people and service was exceptional - all our food came out in timely manner and huge portions for sharing.Food - recommend the budae jjigae, OYSTER BOSSAM, garlic soy wings, and rose tteokboki! Kimbap was a party favorite too. The Sapporo draft beer is perfect to enjoy with the dishes.

I come here often for to enjoy a drink and late night eats. Our favorite thing to order here is bossam. We even get it to-go to enjoy at home. This is a solid spot to consistently get good Korean food and unwind. I appreciate that it's not too loud and you can enjoy your company.

The lady that runs this place is great. I know she manage this location and another restaurant for few years. Always a good time. I love the ordering system. All restaurants should have the QRC system that is epic. Food and drink are amazing and the service is by far top notch.

My favorite place to go for drinks and food in the OC. Always a great time here. The Korean food here is always great. They also play a lot of k pop here which gives it a great vibe. Service has always been excellent!

My bf and I went here for his birthday dinner with some friends and we had gotten the omelet egg fried rice, 20 pc soy garlic wings, garlic fries, and donkatsu. The total came out to 187 with alcohol and portions are very huge. The service for food is rlly good and it comes out very fast

If you're looking for a variety of delicious Korean foods, from bar food to enjoy while drinking with your friends to a comfort food with family, Orange Bar has it all! The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful as well. Also, it gets pretty crowded during nights and weekends! And they have a ton of TVs so you can watch your favorite sports and teams!

It was a rainy day and a great place for late night reunion with girl friends. Ample parking spaces that is well lit. Menu selections were overwhelming and a bit confusing but once we figured out they share a kitchen with the Chinese restaurant next door, it all made sense. You can order bar food or from the Chinese restaurant- how convenient. Plenty of selections and all sounded delicious. Menu also has pictures so you'll know what you're ordering if you're not familiar with Korean bar food. There's also TV to watch sporting events. We ordered spicy kimchi tofu that was served with thinly pork slices- it was delicious. Also had chicken wings - tasty and the batter was very thick. Didn't take pictures but they have great selections of beer, cocktail and Korean adult drinks like soju & maekgulee. Service staffs are friendly & well attentive to each table and filled up our banchan. Ambience was fun and vibrant customers enjoying their time at the Orange. Hope you get to dine at this joint. Good vibes from the ambiance of this restaurant/soju bar. I've ordered a handful of food menu items here and I'll give them a 4/5 stars. My favorite here is oddly the Dongchimi Guksu in translation radish kimchi water noodles. It was shockingly good considering I was at a typical non LA korean restaurant/bar. So for those who like dishes like my fave that I mentioned, give it a try! PLUS, they also have Hallasan soju!!
