Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was leaving a review on the little machine but it went away so fast so I came on here instead. Thank you Cesar & the amazing manager Leah. I ordered something I usually never ordered (felt spontaneous) the chicken on the dish I ordered was too salty for my liking. I let our server Cesar know and he right away grabbed the manager Leah, she was so gracious on switching the chicken, or replacing my dish for something different. It truly made my wife's and I's evening. Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant, but when things like these happen, I appreciate the business and employees that make the experience so much more special. Thank you. Not worth the calories and absolute punishment to your organs & intestines but if you have no way out of it make sure you go baked out of your mind.When you're here you're familia.

We all know about Olive Garden. I have made fun of "corporate" Italian Food" for decades. But when your grandson will only eat pasta, and has issues with almost everything, and he is 8 years old, you stomach your pride and bring the gang to Olive Garden!Our lunch was fun, delicious, cost effective, and, most importantly free of any drama! My soup salad and breadsticks was yummy, the chicken parm was very tasty, Teddy loved his pasta, and they have vegan options for Mamma!The service was terrific, friendly, accurate, and relaxed! The ambiance was homey, clean and fresh.I think you can't go wrong with the Olive Garden!

Service was excellent!!! 10/10Seriously, the service was really good! I wish we got our servers name. He was super tentative and came over to refill drinks and refill the Alfredo sauce whenever it got low. Amazing service! He asked how everything was and was quick with bringing more bread sticks. I can't rave enough about our server. Food was great! Olive Garden is so delicious. My tortellini pasta with shrimp was so good! The shrimps were cooked perfectly and the Alfredo sauce was thick and creamy! Perfect combination! 10/10The Stuffed Ziti Fritta 10/10This is my favorite appetizer! My husband loves this one too! The cheese inside the ziti pillows is so creamy! And the ziti has a nice texture to it. Dip that in the Alfredo sauce or marinara and you've got a winning recipe! My husband got the tour of Italy and loved it! 10/10Funny thing about this tour of Italy is that Italy doesn't have some of the items included in this meal lol Italy doesn't have fettuccine Alfredo or chicken parmigiana. There's lots of lasagna in Italy. This meal made us laugh, since most of it doesn't exist in Italy, but it's called "the tour of Italy." My husband enjoyed it though and ate all of it. Ambiance was typical for the Olive Garden. They try to be up-scale but it's just Olive Garden. You can wear jeans, flip flops and a T-shirt here.

The waitress was a cutie and super nice was so happy we got her ,,,, BUT whoever is cooking in that kitchen need to quit ASAP or b fired !! There is absolutely no Italian whatsoever in the Italian food here, ! it tastes like shlt just the worst tasting rubber chicken over cooked pasta , and tasteless soggy shrimp , everything was so over salted ...only the salad was good

In Anaheim for 2 nights to go to Disneyland and wanted comfort food so as a group we chose Olive Garden, GPS said this was the closest so we went here on both Friday and Saturday night for dinner (This past weekend) My friend Silvia ordered the all you can eat salad and Minestrone soup and had like 5 bowls and then the next night she ordered the exact same thing, Their soup is always delicious whether it's Las Vegas/Henderson or Santa Ana it would seem.And the breadsticks.... They are Vegan so that is a huge plus!I ordered make your own Pasta and again being Vegan, I went for angel hair pomodoro w/marinara, breadsticks and minestrone soup.My friend Don ordered the all you can eat pasta--with sausage the first night and chicken the second :/ It was good he said. And another friend ordered Cheese Ravioli and the next night Chicken Parm--and loved it.I am the only ethica....er I mean the only Vegan in the bunch :) The first night we sat inside and it was great service and ambience, super busy but we were able to make reservations on the way there and the wait was something like 10-15 mins and the second night we did the same thing but sat on the patio which was super cool (like weather wise I mean)The service was top notch both nights. We will be back next Year to do the Christmas Disney experience and I am sure this is the restaurant we will pick!Thanks so much~

We have been here many many times and this was actually the first time where the service was beyond amazing! If you want great service ask for Dominick! He was our server this past weekend and he was just amazing so attentive, kind, helpful and respectful! We will definitely be coming and asking for him! He gives you the true feeling of what great hospitality should be at a restaurant. We are outside which is fine for us the only down fall was the veggie soup one for the all you can eat soup and salad tastes soup this particular night ‍ but we just ordered different ones. The salad always great Dominick was so quick with our refills and kept checking in on us . Can't wait to come back again! We honestly didn't even care that the soup was nasty lol Dominick kept up with all our orders that it did not even fase us.

The wait was long but once we got sat, it was quick. Service was good. Only thing was they never refilled our water. Everything else was good. Food was awesome, came out quick and they gave a good amount. They also comped my wife's cake for her birthday.

Terrible customer service at this location! Signed in to waiting list only to get skipped and removed from the waiting list. Waited patiently then brought it up to staff's attention along with the manager. The manager did not acknowledge a single thing and just walked away with nothing to say. Mind you we were not rude just hoping for a resolution. He walked away showing no accountability , flat out did not care and walked away. We waited a few more minutes and they continued to pass on same size and bigger groups. Will not be going back.

Would not give any star to this specific place actually.We've been customers at Olive Garden at the other location. 1. When we walked in, the lady host told us the booth at the front opened so we could sit there. We just sat and another host told us that we need to move and waited for 20 minutes like every body else. It was not even our fault that we sat there and the host didn't even bother to apologize or fixed the issue.2. When the soup came, they didn't offer the cheese as usual.3. The waiters kept coming back and said that the food would come soon but took awhile and the food cold and disgusting.Definitely won't come back to this Olive Garden.
