My visit tonight at Olive Garden was the best experience I have ever had at any Olive Garden I have visited. My server, Johnny, was incredible to say the least. He was very polite and attentive and made the whole interaction feel so fun. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and he helped make it special. Please recognize my server Johnny for his attentive and courteous service that he provided tonight. I wish all servers were like him!!He was very on top of everything and we barely had to ask for what we needed, he just brought it. The food was so good and came so fast! Thank you Johnny for your great customer service and for helping making my friend's birthday special. We appreciate you!!So excited for my next visit at Olive Garden!

Pretty on par for Olive Garden expectations! We came for the never-ending pasta bowl. And left by crane lift. I'm kidding, but we might as well have lol We were so full afterwards!!!! That never ending pasta bowl is no joke lol My husband managed to do 4 plates of pasta. That is pretty dang good. He did more than last year lol We keep track and do the annual Olive Garden never ending pasta bowl trip. It's a good deal if you can eat a could plates worth. You have a list and can pick you pasta, sauce and meat. We had to go home and take a nap afterwards lolI had to order my favorite appetizer, the stuffed ziti! It's so cheesy and creamy. I love it! And I also ordered the chicken tortellini pasta with no chicken. I substituted shrimp instead. It was delicious. I did have to add extra alfredo sauce on top, since they barely put any sauce. It was much better with the extra sauce.Service was great! The restaurant was clean and not to crowded. This seems like a decent location.

Sunday, 9/8/2024 five of us had dinner at the Olive Garden on North Tustin in Orange to celebrate my Wife's birthday. We are sad to say that we have determined the "dining experience" we have enjoyed and learned to expect from restaurants all our lives is dead. We will of course continue to go to restaurants for our convenience but know that the restaurant is a business to make a profit on markup of food items. Neither the customer's experience nor the service provided is any longer in the equation. We have always been exceptional tippers, in part because our daughters worked their way through college as servers and relied on tips. Tips are now required, shared and no longer related whatsoever to the quality of service provided. For the past couple of years we have heard the lame excuse that it's a 'generational thing' and 'the employee is probably in training'. Well, that dog don't hunt anymore. To digress briefly, the tips are now digitally suggested on the digital pad at the table and typically START at 18%.Now allow me to describe our dining experience, the one that has completely changed my opinion and future expectations. It was 5:00pm on Sunday. Server #1 was quite professional and took our order. He then introduced Server#2 who would be taking over while he was on break. As I always have at this restaurant I asked if it was possible to get the dressing on the side. Server#1 replied, "of course, would you like it on the side?" The food was served in a very reasonable time but apparently the dressing was forgotten. When I asked, the response from Server#2 was that the dressing was on the salad. This was not a big deal. When the drinks were served my son-in-law's lemonade had no ice and looked very odd. We called another server over and asked if it looked okay. The reply was that it didn't look right at all so we asked to change it to a Coke. We never saw Server#1 or Server#2 again. Our drinks were never refilled the entire meal. My daughter chuckled and said there must be a camera on us. We'll probably be on TV tonight. We tracked down another server and asked if she could find our server, who we named, and she said she'd look for her. We asked still another server and she asked the young lady working the table next to us if she could help us.My daughter said she was hoping to get a refill on her drink but asked if she could just get it to go and added we'd like our bill. My son-in-law went to the kitchen and asked if we could get a couple to-go boxes.Believe it or not the manager then stopped by and asked how everything was. He was completely unaware that anything was wrong. We let him know that we were honestly concerned that no one could find our server (Server#2) and asked if someone could check the restroom to be sure she was alright. He responded, "Oh, she's gone." We didn't ask if that meant she had gone home or had died. We asked again if we could get our bill. He reached across the table, grabbed the digital pad, typed something into it and handed it to my son-in-law. He said, "there you go. Is there anything else I can get you?" We said no, so he smiled and walked away.At no time did anyone, including the "manager" say they were sorry. At no time did anyone, including the "manager" appear to be concerned whatsoever. Just to add insult to injury, we didn't even get the mints we always look forward to after the meal. The message has become crystal clear. This was not another unfortunate incident. This is now the NORM. It has taken us a while, but we get it now. We won't bother expecting any more from this industry. No one cares. As I mentioned at the start, this is not a service industry, so I need to stop being bothered by something that is no longer expected or part of the equation. I can't even say that no one is accountable because you can only be held accountable for something that is a requirement. In closing, we have related this experience to three other couples now and the response has been the same from every one of them. Their reply was, "yeah, that's why don't tip at all anymore."

Their breadsticks and soup are bomb. Their past is also pretty good, and their mints they give you also taste good. Vibe was pretty calm and service was a bit slow tho

For this company to be well known and popular its very disapointing that i'm even writing a review like this. I got the Tour of Italy as my order and my chicken was burnt and mainly had breading and hardly any chicken. I proceeded to ask a employee to please redo my dish but all i got was attitude. I then asked for a manager only for the manager to be even more rude and it was completely unacceptable! they then bring just the chicken out as we finished paying. The service here was just horrible. They never offered me anything but attitude. I expected more from this company as I go here with my friends and family. Never again will I be a customer to this horrible company. Do better, or at least fix your face and attitude Olive Garden!

My cousin and I were craving zuppa toscana all weekend and decided to stop by Olive Garden on a Sunday night. Mandy was our waitress and she informed us about their never ending pasta deal and were quickly sold! She was very kind, attentive, and gave quick service. Good old Olive Garden never disappoints, cravings satisfied!

I ordered the All You Can Eat salad and soup with a $10.00 "take home" pasta dish. The servers were kind and helpful, but the first round of soup was missing the main ingredient: Chicken & Gnocchi. The gnocchi was missing. So, I requested for a serving that had the gnocchi in it. The waitress brought the soup to me and my friend after fifteen minutes of waiting. They were kind about the time it took, but that was way too long to wait for a soup that they "make the day before". This soup is as the menu states a creamy soup made with roasted chicken, traditional Italian dumplings and spinach. I would try this restaurant again. For some reason my stomach was upset right after eating. I do not normally eat bread, so I am hoping that the bread was the item that upset my stomach. I really liked the salad, but would like less croutons. The environment is noisy because it seems to cater to large groups of people. The restaurant's temperature was too cold for me, so I suggest that you bring a jacket or sweatshirt.

I went in with my wife and 3 kids, we all had the Toscana soup and my soup had a hair in it. I let the server know and was told the manager would come to talk to me but after waiting 40min the manager never came. We'll pass on going to that Olive Garden in the future.
