Had an early Monday dinner at 5ish so no wait, even gave us a table by the window. Both of our dinners were superb. We had Short Rib pappardelle and ChickenSchnitzel with spätzle.,Short rib is melt in your mouth tender with the right amount of fat(not all lean meat), pasta cooked al dente w/a slight chew--the butter, cheese and rib sauce were all incorporated well and absorbed into the pasta! My chicken breast was pounded out to the right 'thickness' to be still moist after frying and the Meyer lemon butter sauce is quite fragrant. The spätzle pasta is not mushy even after stir frying with a medley of fresh vegetables. Tasty dish.Staff from hostess to waitstaff to bus staff are all efficient and displayed great teamwork. Tables are not crowded together, elegant, chic vibe.Kudos to the Chef for his attention to detail and putting love into his cooking.Highly recommend...wish we lived in Cali.

The Olea American Wagyu Burger needs to be entered into a contest! This thing is absolutely delicious. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in years! I liked it so much I brought my girlfriend and daughter back to try it even though my daughter ordered the salmon and was not let down there either. The manager was very welcoming, greeted us twice, once upon entrance and then a checkup mid-way through our meal. Our waitress Caroline was attentive and friendly. The ambiance is modern, relaxing and impressive all at the same time. I really like the pictures / paintings they have on the walls. This American Wagyu burger comes with herb seasoned fries and is a filling meal. The bun was soft and fresh. The Wagyu burger was juicy and cooked perfectly medium as I asked for. I had it with bacon the first time and the second time without. It's great both ways. Fantastic cheese and veggies to round out the rest of the burger. I particularly like the butter lettuce they use, it adds a perfect amount of crunch and freshness. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the American Wagyu Burger from our family.

Great ambience, service par excellence, and an epicurean delight for our 35th anniversary celebration.Wifey and I were spoiled with incredible service and couple treats from ownership, including champagne and an appetizer and even a wonderful dessert...Not knowing us as this was our first time at Olea, we didn't expect any of that, but it shows how committed they are to the customer experience and celebrating the community dining at their restaurant and that's just absolutely rare these days..Also did a 5-Star review on OpenTable where I made the reservation.

Unexpectedly fantastic meal!!! Only because I've never been here before. The drinks and food were on point. The service was prompt, professional and super friendly. The ambience inside was sexy and grown up. Probably a great place for date night or hanging with friends (I went with coworkers). I would for sure go back. It was great!

The burger is A1 I got it take out and did not eat in the restaurant but after eating the burger I certainly would give this locations try. Really good grade beef; nice sear on burger and they have really fresh veggies! I ordered the green beans and they did not disappoint . I ate it so fast I couldn't take a picture and that's because they did a great job. Also my to go order wasn't packed unwisely!

This restaurant is yummy. The crab cake was literally ALL crab meat! The filet was cooked perfectly and the short rib pasta scrumptious.

Had dinner for the first time with a couple of friends on a Friday night The place was pretty packed. We had reservations for 7pm and were seated promptly. We ordered 4 different cocktails $16 and they all tasted good. We ordered crab cakes, tomatoes burrata salad and the soup of the day for appetizers. Carb cakes were awesome, just not sure if it was worth the price. I liked the fired green tomato burrata salad which I found very unique and tasty. For dinner I had the short rib pasta $37. It was great and well cooked. I just wished the meat was a bit saltier and the pasta wasn't over cooked but otherwise great. Our waitress was courteous and friendly.

We went for Restaurant Week, they had amazing choices on the menu. Service was outstanding, considering that they were very busy. The vibe in the restaurant was nice, lighting was just right. The salad I ordered was nice and fresh. Lamb shank was beautifully made, it comes right off the bone. The desert was lovely, I loved the peanut butter gelato with dark chocolate cookie. Parking can be challenging on Friday and Saturday nights but manageable. We loved the dining experience, although I saw most tables around us received a bread basket and we didn't get one.

My first time here was also my last. We had really high hopes for this place because of the great reviews, but the food was disappointing. The food was either bland or the flavors did not blend well with the dish. What we ordered: Fried Green Tomato Burrata Salad40-Day Aged RibeyeSeabassI've had seabass at many places and it's usually always good. The one here was a bit dry and bland. The 40-Day Aged Steak should be very tender and tasty since it's aged but the steak did not taste like what we expected and we didn't like the sauce over it. Usually a good quality steak doesn't need any overwhelming sauce on it. It should taste good on its own. My friend sent back his steak and just asked for a refund. He didn't even want a new dish. I love burrata so I tend to like burrata salads, but the Fried Green Tomato Burrata Salad was just ehhh and I didn't like the taste of it. We love the look and ambience of this place. It's really pretty and upscale looking at night with the pretty dim lights and head lamps. Our server was very nice. It is a disappointment that the food wasn't as good as it looks. Presentation was great but the quality and taste was just not there.

Food: The food here was terribly unsatisfying. Party of 6 for OCRW2025 at $60pp. The tomato soup was tart and did not have flavors of other herbs besides tomato. The lamb shank was moist and good. The short rib was a bit dry and I wished there was more blue cheese crust. Apple cobbler was terrible - apples were firm and tart. Oatmeal raisin cookie and ice cream dessert was underwhelming - wish there was more cookie in it. A trip to Salt & Straw next door fixed our dessert craving. Some members of our party had stomach/bathroom issues shorty after dining here. Service: We arrived for a reservation at 5pm and were promptly seated. Service was ok at first and busboys were on top of it. First 2 courses came at a good speed. The problem was that we waited for dessert for 30-45 minutes. During this time, we asked 2 people about it and they said it was coming out shortly. After about 30 minutes, we were told that they had just put in our dessert and It would be another 10-12 minutes. This, in addition to the underwhelming food, did not make for a pleasant experience. Ambience: Strange in that it was a rustic, classy atmosphere but there were tvs playing all sporting games. Children welcome.
