Went here for the first time, as it was recommended by a buddy. We made reservations for a group of 8. Unfortunately, our group ran into some things that prevented us from all arriving on time. Oishi was very kind to seat those who were on time and they were able to chill, drink some beers, while the rest of us hauled ass to get there. I would completely understand if the establishment had chosen to wait to seat parties until everyone was present, but I am very grateful they allowed seating for my friends who were on time. Shame on me. The place was really clean and bright. I was hoping to sit in the cute birdcage area, but we had too many people We were seated at a long tabletop for 8. It was spacious enough for all the plates and the meats kept on coming. I like that there were individualized soup pots. You had the option to do what you want with your shabu experience. Not a fan of communal soup pots unless I'm with family, even with family, I'd choose to have my own if given an option. There was a large selection of meats that you choose from. It is delivered to your table via a human or a cat-bot! That was fun. The veggie/noods/seafood/other protein station had a ton of options and they all seemed fresh. Overall, our group had a great experience. Some people were newbies to shabu and others have tried it before, but everyone's experience was positive.

I am no shabu shau authority, but I know good food when I taste it.A friend treated me to shabu-shabu and likes Oishi because they have a wagyu beef option. I needed a tutorial about what to get to add to my hot pot. I could have easily just used the wide range of fish and veggies to add to my hot pot and not had any meat at all and still been happy. Of course, the wagyu beef and pork were delightful and I'm glad I got to experience it. The premium option is $57.99, and it includes some wagyu, and that's for all you can eat, and that's the price all day, every day. There's a cheaper option with no wagyu that is $25.99 for lunch, and $33.99 for dinner and all day on holidays. I think I would have been just as happy with the$33.99 option. The service was great and it's a little noisy in a very good way...it's the sound of people enjoying their food and having a nice conversation. The parking lot in front was full, but the parking structure had tons of parking. I would suggest driving around the parking structure until you see the door that is marked Oishi and park close to it. Also, it's easy to get mixed up when leaving because there are no exit directions, so pay close attention to where the exit is when you enter the parking structure. I don't know why they don't put a sign there.

I wanted to update my review since it has been awhile.I recently came back on a weekend for lunch (about $30 pp). They have two different menu options. Meat quality here is pretty decent for the price. My favorite meats include the chuck eye and brisket. The beef belly was horrible and was the worst one. I like that they have many seafood options out at their self service bar. My favorite is their salmon. The bar also includes some hot items, such as fried rice and fried gyoza. They also had lots of veggies and a spot to make your dipping sauce. Service was awful the weekend we went. It seemed like there was only one person working and she would rush us. Also not very friendly or helpful. We only saw her in the beginning and she took forever to give us our check. They also gave us lamb even though we did not order it. We sadly only did one round of orders because we were over it. Sad to say their service isn't what it use to be.

The service was fantastic--super friendly staff, and the little robot that delivers your meat is a fun touch. We went for the all-you-can-eat lunch special for $26.99, which was a great deal. We made our own dipping sauces, picked seafood from the seafood bar, and chose veggies, which was a fun touch. We also couldn't resist the takoyaki, which was delicious! The meat quality was pretty good--there was a bit of browning here and there, but overall it was fresh. I got the sukiyaki broth, and my boyfriend had the tonkatsu broth, both of which were tasty. The only downside was the appetizer bar--it would've been nice if the gyoza and takoyaki were served warm instead of cold.

My friend and I wanted to meet up for dinner and have a comforting meal so I checked on yelp and noticed that this place had promising reviews. Unfortunately, it was very mediocre, and the meat quality was below average. We are talking about the texture, being very rubbery and smelling beefy. The self-serve bar was clean and well stocked. The broth itself was full of MSG and lacked any depth of flavor. Everything just tasted very cheap and premade. Not the best experience and I will not be back.

I was hungry and didn't want to wait over an hour at All That Shabu Shabu. I decided to come here instead. It was 100% worth it. There was no wait and a great selection of meat and vegetables. I love the individual pots. They even had taro. I don't see this at many shabu shabu places. They had robots delivering the food.

first time here and food was great! service could have been better. It was just one employee but she could have seated us properly instead of us wondering is this the table we go to(?) she was rushing to do her work. Ordered the tom yum broth and it was good! Not overly spicy. we came right at opening so it wasn't busy but recommend parking underneath the plaza. There was no parking up in front and people drove wrong way and stole my friends parking. Lunch special for $25.99 from 1130-330! would definitely come back again

Yummy!! Make sure to join their Yelp waitlist before you arrive so you don't need to wait as long at the restaurant! Oishi Shabu was so good! They had a good variety of meats to choose from. Our favorites were #1 and the ribeye. They definitely have quality meats here. The vegetables were fresh but they just gave such large nappa pieces. I used their ponzu sauce, which is more to the side of the other sauces. I got their spicy tonkotsu broth and it's a little spicier than most place's spicy broths. We were so surprised to open the menu and see that the price was $58 a person!! However, it actually was ~35 a person which is more standard for an AYCE Shabu place. The $58 is for the premium menu- just an FYI. Definitely recommend!!

Shabu shabu means swish swish in Japanese, it's Japanese hot pot that you cook all your food by swishing in the broth. This is an all you can eat place with good selection of fresh vegetables, side dishes, and seafood items. There are so many protein options to choose from the menu. The meats were tender and fresh and the broths were flavorful but little on the light side. Staff were friendly and efficient. Spacious, clean and modern interior. This place is similar to Shabuya, you order your choice of meats and get other items buffet style. Perfect place for soup kind of day!
