Great Food ! , Great Service , Great Ambiance Heat Lamps to keep you warm , respectful, Tv''s playing Sports Give it a lounge type of Vibe , Spacious. I ordered the Chicken Swarma with the Rice , Seasoned. I heard the beef swarma was good too and the wraps and kabobs. I Ordered online while waiting at table the , food came faster that way. Hooka is solid .... Overall the vibe was good , music was international but I heard some international rap songs which I thought was cool. Overall it's a place worth visiting that was respectful to spend your money at. 10/10

Nubia is one of the few places in socal where you can still get a meal and enjoy hookah, which makes it worth considering. The food was good, not amazing, but we enjoyed it. Prices are around $20-$30 per plate and another $30 for hookah, so not the most budget-friendly option, but it's decent.The outside of the place looks a little worn, but inside, the atmosphere is decent. It gets crowded, and the staff is friendly but really busy, so service can feel a bit rushed. The people hanging out were cool, and the overall vibe was relaxed.The Lamoon Nana (lemon mint smoothie), is a must have, it's super refreshing and pairs very well with your meal or hookah.If you're looking for a spot to smoke hookah and have a meal, it's a decent choice!

TLDR; I have been to Nubia twice in the last few years, and both times, the service was extremely poor, the staff was rude, and the food quality has gone down.During my first visit, we had a group of 6 and not everyone was ordering a hookah. Some were just eating dessert or having Chai. After we ordered and our stuff arrived, we were told that there was a minimum spend on Saturday nights and that we would have to leave if we weren't spending more. My friend, who is a regular said that she has come plenty of times and that was not a policy. We later moved to a smaller table and they stopped bothering us about a minimum spend. If the issue was our group of 6 at an 8 person table, they could have just told us and we would have gladly accommodated, instead of threatening to make us leaveThe second time I came, I ordered take out only. The food quality has gone down since the last time I was here unfortunately. And the receipt I signed for was $52 (total). But when I checked my credit card the next day, it rang up as $55, which makes me believe this place has un-honest staff. I saw other folks reviews about inaccurate menu pricing, but the total was changed for how much I was charged after I signed the receipt. Additionally the parking is rough here as it's a very small lot. There is more parking available in the back.

Definitely have to give this a place a full 5 stars! Was in Huntington Beach for a week for a graduation and we all decided to come to Nubia as my cousin knew about this place. Parking can be a little sketch as its not the greatest looking from outside. We were waiting to be seated and was greeted by George who I have to say is so darn friendly and accomodating. This guy reminds me of Fouseytube and has such an amazing personality. Literally see's you as family and make sure you are fully taken care of. He was able to seat our party of 7 comfortably and mind you this is on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. The service here are incredible! The staff really is attentive and makes sures to take care of you and the hookah! The drinks were amazing and came out swiftly. The ambiance was great and packed with no drama, people doing their own thing and socializing. Music was fantastic and place was super clean! Hookah was clean and very good as well! Highly recommend and another shout out to George for being so nice and hospitable! Thank you bro!!

This place is horrible. On the weekends you have to spend 20$ each. They are now charging for everything that they can such as the hose for the hookah. The food is not good I would not recommend but service is pretty good. Karak chai is too sweet and when asked to filter or put less sugar no one listens. There are creepy people staring you down when you walk to the bathroom lol. Then when we left they charged us a 20$ tip so our total was different then what it says on the receipt. Go somewhere else!

If you are an expat specifically and specially from Gulf region do not miss to visit this place. I have been living in LA since 2016 and the only place I know where I can go sit and relax and can enjoy fresh food like chicken kabab, shawarma, Kunafah and most importantly awesome Karak (milk) tea so this is the place. And I am sure For Hookah lovers too because I don't drink hookah. This place has its own special vibe. Excellent customer service.If you want to celebrate cute and inexpensive surprise birthday party please just let the manager know and you can order a slice of cake (or you can bring ) he will arrange a cake with candle and a patent birthday song. I wish I can give this place 10 stars

This is one of the best hookah lounges in California since it offers a great menu and fast service. Special thanks to the very friendly owner of the cafe who is always welcoming his repeat customers. Wonderful atmosphere

Y'all ain't even closing yet and I'm droppin' this 5 STAR REVIEW tonight, boy!!!I discovered this place one day during a usual mundane day of work and for whatever reason it just jumped out at me saying, "Come here with your wife, bro! Come to this side of Anaheim, bro. It's hard to find parking and it's so popular and you get to sit outside, bro. It's cold and outdoors, bro."And literally it was a great experience, probably one of the most memorable "blind" yelp experiences my wife and I have had in awhile.I was joking about being outside because it's covered up and the outside part is where the party is at. There's just something about co-mingling with others in an outside patio with music, TVs, social noise, and hookah, and smoke mixing in with the smell of charcoals in the air. It fondly reminded me of street food/smells in Asia.Anyway, we ordered a 3 combo skewer plate and a kushari (spelling?) plate and kunefe (spelling????) plate and an apple hookah.Our entrees were LITERALLY SO GOOD. And typically my wife and I are not fans of legumes of any sort, but the lentils in the kushari plate were AMAZING. I could go on and on about the food, but tonight I'll keep it succinct and say the food was as good as it looked, yelp and in real life.Service was so friendly and helpful! From the stylishly cool guy, to the helpful waitress, to the coal dudes, everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming!My wife and I always complain about how Anaheim usually sucks, but I speak for both of us when I say we found a new hangout spot tonight :)

Super lit environment! Loved the karak tea. UmmAli was lightly sweet which is exactly what I hoped for. My first time to a hookah place so the smoking and all the smoke around you was not I would look forward to but the tea and the environment and the service were just right. Would revisit when I crave that perfect karak chai

I have been going here for more than 20 years. This place is legendary and will always have a special place in my heart. Food is great, ambiance is great, and they almost are never closed
