My little family & I came here specifically for the soufflé pancakes! My husband opted for the tiramisu, my daughter chose the nutella & I chose the matcha. The wait was about 20-25 minutes. While waiting for our order, my husband ordered a matcha latte for me. The matcha had a strong & rich taste & tasted really yummy. I shall order the pistachio matcha the next time I stop by. It was our first time having these Japanese style soufflé pancakes. The presentation of the soufflé pancakes was beautiful! The pancakes were super light, jiggly & delicious. The texture of the pancakes was a win for me. The fresh fruits that were plated with the souffle were sweet & crisp. The price is a little costly in my opinion, but worth the effort & time it takes to make the souffle pancakes. It's about $16 per pancake order. Service was good. The servers were nice & took their time in making the pancakes

The matcha soufflé was the only thing we ordered. It took about 15 mins to prepare and it was surprisingly very egg heavy. Store was spacious with decent amount of seating, and it was packed on a Sunday afternoon. On this day, most people were there to study.

If you're on the hunt for the fluffiest soufflé pancakes in OC, Nostimo Cafe in Westminster is a must-visit! The pancakes are made fresh to order, worth the 15-minute wait for that soft, jiggly texture! I tried the matcha and tiramisu flavors, and both were light, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.Surprisingly, their matcha drinks are just as impressive! They use premium ceremonial grade matcha with a rich, deep flavor and a thick, creamy foam on top. I loved the pistachio matcha latte, injeolmi matcha, and coconut matcha cloud, all unique and super flavorful. The cafe itself is cozy and perfect for studying or working with comfy tables and free WiFi. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

This cozy yet refined dessert haven offers an array of sweet treats, but the true standout of our visit was the matcha soufflé.Light, airy, and perfectly risen, the soufflé had an ethereal texture that melted in the mouth. The deep, earthy notes of matcha were beautifully balanced--not too bitter, not too sweet--allowing the natural flavors to shine through. Paired with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar or a side of velvety cream, every bite was indulgent yet refreshing. The ambiance added to the experience, with a warm and intimate setting that made it an ideal spot to unwind and savor each bite. Service was attentive, and the attention to detail in the presentation made the dessert even more enjoyable. For those who appreciate a well-crafted soufflé with authentic matcha flavor, this hidden gem is an absolute must-visit!

Came here because I was looking for something sweet to try. The images of the super fluffy pancakes won me over. The cafe is cute and tucked to the side of a very-busy-with-not-a-lot-of-parking-space type of center. We definitely just found parking any where and headed over to the establishment. For good food, I don't mind a little stroll. The establish is modern, simple and neat. Very ig worthy. They even had a Christmas tree up for the holidays. They have drink options and quite a few fluffy pancake options. We were told the pancakes can take up to 20 minutes to make. So if you came for that, be prepared to wait a little. The staff taking our order was very rude. He was consistently on his phone and didn't hear us when we told him what drink we wanted. One of the drinks I picked out, they couldn't make because they ran out of ingredients. I also had to repeat myself on FIVE different occasions just trying to order three drinks and a fluffy pancake. If you're going to be on the phone texting or playing games, please be good at multitasking at the very least. By the time that interaction was over, to be honest I wasn't expecting much from this place. Our drinks came out in a matter of moments, luckily they were delicious and each one had complex flavors. We tried a coffee, tea and mango slush. I then was looking forward to my pancake. Our nutellamisu mousse soufflé pancake came out, it was super jiggly and extra delicious. Even the fresh fruits on the plate were crisp and sweet. Only problem was all the staff went to go in the back and all they had in the front were plastic knives. I had to wait what felt like 10 minutes before someone came out and can ask them for spoons. A pretty solid place for drinks and soufflé pancakes. Unfortunately the service was bad enough I won't be back. Hoping they have better staff the next time someone visits. P.s. they have free wifi.

Was looking for dessert in Westminster area after dinner and stumbled onto Nostimo. The place is popular and seems to be a place that 'the kids' like to hang for free WiFi.We got drinks and the souffle pancakes. Perhaps our expectations were too high but the drinks were alright, the souffle pancakes just didn't hit the spot. Presentation was nice but the flavors and jiggle wasn't there.

Came here since we were down the street and needed to get some work done. I saw on Yelp that there was tons of outlets and tables inside, so we decided to give it a try. Here is what we ordered:Tiramisu Latte: This drink was decent. A bit on the sweeter side, but did taste like tiramisu and I appreciate the heft layer of cream on top!Strawberry Matcha Latte: Not a fan of this drink. Could not pin my finger on it, but the taste was just a bit off for me. The the strawberry made it sweet, but I think it could have been more of a latte. Just very heavy on the matcha and nothing really to balance it.Strawberry Souffle Pancakes: These were very bouncy! I liked that the fresh strawberries did not make it overly sweet. The texture was perfect, but it did have a more eggy taste than I am used to. I wish it came with more whipped cream, as there are 3 huge pancakes, and only a thin layer of the cream on top.Lots of seating and outlets here. We came mid day and did not wait in line or have to fight for a table. It was not very noisy, allowing some quality time to get work done, but the chairs a slightly uncomfortable near the outlets and the drinks were just bleh. Not sure if I would make the drive to come back here, especially if there are other options in the area.

Had a hair appointment for my daughter next door and came 30 mins early, decided to pass time with a drink and decided to give this place a try! The inside is gorgeous, very minimalist and modern. Felt like the perfect place to have coffee and talk. My daughter ordered the strawberry tea (AMAZING) and I ordered the tiramisu coffee and WOW, I literally never want to drink another coffee that isn't this! Best tasting coffee I ever had. Try the tiramisu if you are a coffee/choco lover, you will not be disappointed. They also have soufflé, (tiramisu duh) and other flavors that I now wish I had tried.

I was planning to check out Kei Coffee across the street since they just opened not too long ago and get some work done, but the parking and construction over there was a nightmare, and so I ended up looking at Yelp for a Plan B. Nostimo was nearby and popped up on my radar. Going from a packed full parking lot to plenty of parking and a nearly empty cafe was pretty awesome. Nostimo is tucked near the corner end of the shopping plaza, I recommend parking somewhere in the middle/center of the vast lot, rather than trying to squeeze into one of the tighter spaces in front of the cafe. I was trying to decide between the Avocado Coffee or the TIramisu Coffee - the clerk suggested Avocado if I was looking for something less sweet, Tiramisu if I was looking for something more sweet. Having tried the Avocado Coffee from September just a few blocks down a few days ago, I opted for the Avocado Coffee here to compare. When it came time to pay - I briefly noticed the credit card surcharge of either 10% or 10 cents (?) - can't remember - so I gave her $22 cash. I instantly regretted that when she opened the register, because she barely had enough to make change. I ended up with the change in one 5 dollar bill, and the rest 1s. Not to mention she looked sorta pissed. Like seriously - if you're going to charge a credit card surcharge - be prepared that some customers might pay you in cash to avoid the surcharge - so you need to be sure you have enough cash on hand to make change. Anyway, that sorta left a bad first impression. The drink tasted a bit off, but I didn't think much of it. The avocado smoothie is essentially a blended avocado smoothie with a shot of espresso poured over it. The espresso shot was rather bitter - and after sitting with the avocado for a little bit - didn't manage to balance out the flavors. The avocado portion was okay, but nothing memorable. I actually felt sick a couple hours after - thankfully I didn't finish the drink and had already tossed it when I was halfway through. The plusses: they set the A/C really low in here - probably more noticeable because there weren't as many customers in the store - so it was a bit chilly - but I imagine the cold is appreciated when the place gets more full. The free wifi is very fast. I had no issues catching up to podcasts/news on Youtube. Overall, the card surcharge thing was a bit of a downer. Not sure if it was bad milk or spoiled avocado, but felt a bit queasy an hour or so after the drink. Parking lot can get busy quickly depending on when you go, considering some popular businesses here. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. All things considered, not surprised how empty this spot was compared to Kei - my original destination - just across the street.
