I visited this location twice, first time around I would have given it 3 stars, because customer service was above and beyond, the food quality was subpar (hashbrown, eggs, and coffee). So I decided to give them another shot. As before, the customer service was above and beyond. This time I got Chilaquiles Verdes, which was very good, probably top 10 best breakfast food I ever ate.... It is spicy; for anyone who wants to order. As much as I would like to give it 5 stars, they do need to work on cleaniness, Especially on items that customers touch. For example, the table top sign advertising pancakes and appetisers were sticky.

It was my first time here and I've been hearing great things about it from my fiance, but I did not expect what they'd have. I love this diner layout as it reminds me of the diners from old movies. One of the great things about this place is that it's open 24/7 so if you're getting off work late at night or are hungover then this is a great stop. Normally we order a couple things so we can try more of the menu, but this time my finance advised me not to and I was so confused. Nevertheless I listened to him and realized what he meant. Apparently each entree comes with a salad and a soup of your choice. The portions were insane. The fiancé got clam chowder and I got jambalaya, which I liked both but the clam chowder was so good I ended up constantly stealing from him. The jambalaya was very soupy and light if you're not too hungry. The clam chowder was very creamy and strong on flavor if you're looking to eat heavy. By the time our food came out, I was actually too full to touch. But I didn't come this way to not touch my entree, so I forced myself to take a couple bites. The Alfredo was very creamy and I'm glad that was my choice. It had chicken and mushroom and will make sure you're full. We love Norms

Very poor performance shift leader is very rude and sassy very slow worker and performance poor. Restaurant is empty and yet she had difficulty in checking in with us. No refills we made throughout our dinner and when asked she just stated well you didn't ask for any when it isn't our job to look for the server. Save your money and time if you want a great service definitely don't recommend coming here

Norms is such a good breakfast diner spot for any time of the day! My group and I were lucky to stumble across this 24 hr one close by to where we were. The service was awesome. Alex who was our server helped us with the menu and all our food/service needs. He was very attentive and often checked in on us. A random drunk stranger even came up to our table and started bothering my group. Alex immediately came to our table in less than 20 seconds and handled the situation, escorting them out swiftly and professionally. Will definitely come again for the service, food and space!

I guess you could call this a Denny's type of chain restaurant, with a little local flair. Plenty of seating available, so as I was a solo, I opted for bar seating.I also opted for a lunchtime Breakfast menu order, as follows:T-bone steak and eggs 3/4 lb. cut, juicy and cooked like I ordered, but a little on the thin side. Not too hard to gobble up the whole thing. Eggs (with cheese) were done well, and the hash browns, although burnt, were certainly yummy and hit the spot.Service was on the slow side even though it wasn't busy. For example, they didn't really come around for coffee refills until the end and I had to ask a couple times for water, and wait to order. Overall, good grub, good place, you're in and you're out. There's advertisements on the windows about $5.99 specials, but when you walk in, the little insert menus they give you are only M-Th (we came on a Saturday) I usually don't like giving a 1 star, I will try to find some kind of positive. The restaurant was very dirty and unkept. Refer to picture of booth seat. The food was literally horrible. My husband and I got the Cajun chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry. The sandwich was sooo soggy, they put way too much much mayo and sauce on our sandwich. Look at my picture to see how much bread was left. The side salad I got was horribly wilted. The pancakes (my daughters both got a kids breakfast special) were so dry as well. Just a really bad experience.This solidifies my notion that I do not like Norms and Dennys is better. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location, especially if you have a family with small children, it's in a really bad area. As far as restrooms-- they were VERY MUCH neglected! I hated the fact that my two toddler girls needed to use the restrooms, it was so gross. The manager asked my husband how it was upon paying for our meal, he was honest and told him about the sandwiches and how we were unhappy with pick visit. All he said was next time to let the waitress know he don't like our food.

Great breakfast food!!I came in the morning and ordered a four duces and my partner ordered a sandwich. The food came out hot so it tasted great. The waiter was amazing and so attentive. The staff were sweet. Since we went in the morning there were a lot of families around so that was nice. Would come again!
