Went back a year later, that hostess nor that manager were there from my previous rating. Everyone else was VERY nice and pleasant. We had Francisco (Frankie) again and he did NOT disappoint. He was fast, continuously checked on us and even continued to refill our drinks. His area was so busy, but he had a great memory on orders and drinks. He is the reason I will continue to go to this location. He is great at what he does, has a playful interaction with customers and overall knows what he is doing. Norms Euclid... Ya'll are lucky to have this guy... He is one of the reasons we will continue to come back.

Norms to me, is family. Been coming to Norms since my high school days in the 90s. We went here after football games. In college, we went to Norns after a fun night clubbing. When I got married, norms Was where we had dinner when we were too busy building up our careers. When we had kids, Norms was where we had pancakes after Mass. We have now come full circle. Our kids come to Norms after football and volleyball games. Our favorites: pancakes, the club sandwich, the porter house, t bone steak, the white fish, the liver and onions (until it left the menu) and of course, the gumbo. Double orders of gumbo, always!

Came in on a Saturday morning .Wait was about 10 minutes , it was chaotic per usual but we got seated right away. We had the most sweetest waitress if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gave it three stars. We both ordered the Four Deuces and two orange juices. It seemed conveniently affordable at the time since we weren't all that hungry at all just wanted a quick bite.Seating arrangements are dirty , tables are quickly wiped and not very clean. Restaurant can was filled with homeless people. Some were lounging and sleeping in the waiting area. I don't see sanitation on the seats at all.The four deuces arrived and it came with 2 bacon, 2 sausage links , eggs and a choice of pancakes or toast. Our orders came out and my husband received everything except myself . I only got the plate with sad sausage links and sad bacon . My husband and I looked at the plate as we were confused why my eggs weren't there or my toast. My husband waited and flagged the waitress and before we said anything she looks down at the plate and was also confused as to why my plate looked very empty..she was quick to fix things but it seems like no one knew how to make a poached egg or toast. As the poached eggs came out it looked promisingly good but it wasn't poached at all they served me eggs that were still raw, my husband didn't want me risking it either considering the eggs looked aged and ill. We've never seen egg to where it's off white along with a grey hue of yellow for the yolk. We tried to eat the sausage but it was inconveniently try and cold to the center, the bacon is soggy and covered in grease. We decided to get the check and it came out to about 40$.It was 9.99 each for the four deuces.About 10$ for the orange juice , let's not talk about how they taxed us 1.99 each to put it towards a fund raiser without telling us. We most likely won't be coming here anymore, the last time we came here was about night time and the food was at least better and mediocre but save yourself a trip and travel to Fullerton where there's better breakfast options for the price you're paying.. My husband ended up taking me to Jack in the Box for something small instead and it was a teriyaki chicken bowl. Service was greatly appreciated and awesome but the food is just risk hazardous and not worth getting sick .We paid 40$ for the only edible thing there and it's overpriced orange juice. We didn't eat at all.

The 5 star is mainly for the staff. They were so nice! My server was one the most welcoming, friendly and attentive people. She went over the top and this seemed to be her norm (no pun intended). Her name totally skips me, which I hate, but in case management see this, I was in around 11am on a Monday and was sat along the windows to the left as you come in the front door. Give her a raise!!

This Norms feels like home. It has that welcoming small town diner vibe. The servers are always so polite and friendly. And the food is quite decent for its price as well. My favorite thing to get is the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. They are not too sweet and the cheesiness has the perfect amount of tang. I will be coming back to this Norms time after time.

I came here on a Saturday night at 8pm and it was about half empty. We had over 20 people for a birthday party and our server, Anik, was very professional and efficient. He got us all seated with drinks and food within 30-ish minutes. He was so fast while being really courteous and remembered all the finer details. Food was hot and everyone was pretty satisfied. Portions are still huge and cooked pretty well. Yes, Norms has increased their prices but what place hasn't in this economy? At least there's plenty of parking and clean bathrooms. Anik made our birthday party a blast and I only hope good things happen to him.

Service was good today by the waiter but at, 11/30/24 8:40 pm when I left, I went to pay for diner it was total of 23.67, I gave the cashier $40 dollar cash, (I went to atm right before this visit) he gives me back $1.33 back, I told him I gave him two $20 dollar bills not a 20, and a 5, he made a big deal about I didn't give him 40, so I just gave him another $20 so I could get change to hook up my waiter, because he did a great job. I went back to my car and saw I only had 2 more $20 dollar bills left and the rest $100's. So I know for a fact he took $60 from me, because I had 5 20's total!!! Watch out for the cashier, young looking kid, prob been scamming like this for a long time!!!! Or just pay with cc, but hopefully you don't get cc info stolen, anyways I wouldn't come here!!!!!!!!

I had the best first experience here at Norms! Came here after a night out with friends and I met the best server, Carol, who was so friendly and took the best care of us! I will definitely come back to see Carol again because her energy was radiating and so warming.
