Norm's Famous Hamburgers

I went there yesterday at 12:00 in the afternoon. I left because they were too busy. My mistake. I went somewhere else to get a breakfast burrito. Wow, not close to as good. Now I know why they are busy. I tried to order on the phone and she did not understand too much background sound. My recommendation is to get a better set of head phones.

This place hasn't changed in decades! Used to cruise Whittier Bl and hang out here. Old school burger joint. Popular charbroiled burgers. Still generous with the servings. Their pastrami is da best. Had a burger today and didn't disappoint. Deducted 1 star because some of the loiterers (homeless) who hang out here

Norms is my go to spot when I want to grab a quick meal and not have to get out of my car. The customer service is always on point, the service team are always friendly, polite, and attentive. The food is very good, fresh, and delicious for fast food. The food is also reasonably priced for the great quality that's being served. I love me some Norms!!

We were hungry and yelped for a good spot to find a range of food options. Stumbled on Norms. Their menu has lots of options but we knew we wanted to try the classics. We ordered a hamburger, cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger. It came right fries and opted for onions rings as well. The burgers were juicy and delicious. Freshly made and just the right size. The fries were nice and onion rings crispy. We got ranch, thousand island and peppers. It was all delicious. Staff was friendly and ordering was quick. The order took a bit but we knew it would if they grill on the spot. The place had plenty of indoor seating available and there was plenty of parking at 5:45pm on a Monday. We'd go back. Very family friendly and good food for sure.

Don't order the fish sandwich hard & dry inside, it's not even a fish pattyThey put 2 fish stripes that had no fish taste, the I ever eaten.

I am in disbelief last night 1/29 I went through the drive thru at Norms Burger got a family pack for my kids and me after a busy sports day, went home bit into my burger after two and a half bites this object cut my the roof of my mouth a gagged and spit it out immediately, it's the clip that holds bread together !!!!!! I was grateful that it was my burger and not my kids burger or that would've been a different story, called my doctor they suggested I go to ER last night , needless to say it was a long night the established was closed when my husband tried calling anyway just beware I will be telling anyone who will listen my story.

Delicious burger! We've tried the , avocado bacon cheeseburger and Western bacon cheeseburgers and they keep us going back.

Bleh, food was not made well. Pastrami was sooo fatty and the bread was almost stale. French fries were cold and stale. Rye bread for a Patti melt? Why the surprise, you should advertise it's on rye bread, yuck! This place is not cheap but it sure tasted like it was. I gave instructions for grilled onions which I did not get, I also asked for no mustard on my pastrami which also did not happen. Never again.

I use to pass buy because of the reputation of this place but about few months ago I was hungry for gyro and I tried it good but few weeks ago I went to get gyro again this time one of best tasting gyro I got I called the owner he explained to me that he is using the real recipe which they serve in Greek festival from church around it was the most authentic gyro I had after santorini visit there food is high quality ingredients and best preparation and very reasonable price this place from improvement to exterior has greek touch of blue trim with white and painted wall decor of clay pots painted blue looks awsoom I believe it is real iconic place in Whittier I drive from Fullerton for there food they do serve maxcican food but every thing is just perfect. I highly recommend this place thank you George for best food and service is just bring me back to Whittier. Trust me most of the time I am undecided but if I hitting towards Whittier that I must stop here .
