Great portions of carbs, and meat. Great value at the food court at Brea Mall.Little bit too much salt for my liking. The thirst that comes from eating this food is real. Just make sure you have water handy.

My go to spot whenever I'm at the Brea mall. Only complaint I have is that they are not giving out free water but hopefully it is temporary

They give you great portions for the amount that you pay for. They stack the plate with food and it's plenty to share amongst a few people. I love the sweet and savory teriyaki flavor they use for the meat marination. The meat is always very tender and juicy. They have a simple menu with great options for groups looking to share food. The workers here have always been friendly and helpful towards me and they also offer free samples of their meat in case you want to try it.

Food is good customer service is aweful!Bought a soup and was ghanded ro me WITHOUT any tray. They said they did not provide, speaking of SAFETY! Asked for plastic - which was still difficult because it js PLASTIC with heat, it could tear!Aweful service. The girl served looked unhappy to be there (change job if your not happy with what you do!) & the guy yells at you when ordering.Awful experience!!!!

Bento boxes were better at Nori's than some of the sushi spots we've been to. The ramen was also flavorful, and the pork chasu was tasty. Good job Nori!

Their set-up and menu is like Sarku but not the same. I came here on a busy Saturday afternoon during lunch, but it got busier after I placed my order. I ordered their Chicken Teriyaki plate that came with grilled veggies (cabbage, broccoli and carrots) and steamed rice. I waited for approximately 5-7 minutes since it was grilled to order. The smoke from the grill adds to the ambiance and lives up to their menu items. I thoroughly observed the way the cooks grilled the chicken on all sides and added teriyaki sauce towards the end. I thanked the cooks for grilling our fresh orders. Presentation-wise, don't expect anything too fancy since you'll probably eat your order within the food court. I ate my lunch at the busy food court and I immediately tasted the umami flavor of the grilled teriyaki chicken coated with teriyaki sauce. It was generously portioned with vegetables and rice that I was able to finish the entire plate. On my next visit to Brea Mall, I would honestly like to try their bento boxes and noodles.

This is just what I expected...mall food court is not the greatest. Customer service not very good. Would not give tap water when asked. Pushing to sell bottle water. I ordered the chicken bento box. Comes with rice and the meat portion is good. 3 dumplings and California rolls with no soy sauce or ginger. Seems like this place is struggling when they don't offer water to their customers. I now know there is a big difference when you have fresh CA rolls vs ones that have been made for awhile. Also the broccoli cabbage with carrots did not look appetizing. I could have made this meal at home. Total cost without my water was $17.99. Not worth it in my opinion.. Quality and taste just didn't meet my expectations.

Don't understand the low ratings from this place but from the consistent times I've been here it's always been great. The plate options offer heaping portions. I'd recommend getting half veggie noodles to the plate combo. The food is all delivered piping hot being that you could see when the food is being cooked right in front of you. I'd recommend asking one of the cooks for Teriyaki and hot sauce (These are condiments not offered next to the napkins)

We don't visit the mall as often as we usually do. In the past, Teriyaki Chicken was my sweetheart's go to while I always shopped around. Today I was in a ramen mood so I joined her. I must say my ramen was excellent. Pork Belly with tonkatsu broth and all the usual add ins. Sweetheart's Bento Box was also quite good. Freshly cooked chicken, veggies, rice, dumplings and sushi was good quality.But.......why the 2 star? I looked at other reviews and noticed the same things that marked down this spot by other Yelpers. #1: More than 1 tip jar in addition to the "tip" function on the register (?)#2: Oh, no water cups? I guess they ran out. Oh well. Not! I saw reviews that indicated they have been "out" of water cups since 2023! $3.00 soda should not be required after a $16.00 meal!#3: Some workers friendly and helpful. Some less so.An eating place is as good as its food. But with the choices available a diner likes to have an enjoyable and fair experience. This restaurant could be 4+ stars inside of one day!

If she hates her job so much, she should find a new one. Horrible customer service... food is decent but not worth dealing with her
