Noodle St

One of my go-to spots for beef noodle soup! I've been many times and I somehow always gravitate towards the spicy beef noodle soup with the knife cut noodles! I feel like the broth has a cleaner and lighter feel versus a mom & pop noodle shop. (But don't get me wrong, I love those too!) The broth still has a very deep flavor to it (:I also really like the qinghai clear cold noodles.As for sides, i recommend the crispy tofu or the lamb skewers.Service is always pretty quick and I've never really had an issue.Make sure to try out the chili crisp they have on the tables

Been visiting this fine establishment since my last post maybe 1 a week. Stir fry - 10/10 highly recommend Veggie soup - still lacks a punch 6/10 Learned quickly that kitchen closes before posted closing time. Heads up.

Fresh ingredients, good flavors and attentive service. Nice staple with a few chains peppered throughout So Cal. Decor is very modern and nice. Highly recommend cucumber salad, scallion pancakes and beef noodles.

One of my favorite franchises! The food is fresh and delicious! Service is top notch and the decor and vibe is amazing! I start with the Beef Roll Pancake! It's soo delicious and filling! I also got the Signature Beef Noodle to share! The portion is huge so that is plenty for 2 people! Soooo good!

Delicious knife cut noodles! You won't find a very extensive menu here. They specialize in knife, cut noodles from China, and they are nice, thick, and chewy. I always go for the tomato egg dish, costing $14, but it comes with a healthy portion and can be split into two meals.The restaurant is located inside a plaza, which has plenty of free parking slots. They can get busy during lunch hours so be prepared to join the Yelp waitlist if you go during that time. In general, the wait was 8 to 15 minutes long.

Noodle St is a consistent and solid noodle place that I regularly suggest to people! I usually get the signature beef noodle soup and the beef rolls to share. The beef rolls are amazing! They are flaky and a great appetizer. The signature beef noodle soup is flavorful and fresh. I love how customizable this place is too and I always get the thickest noodles. They are so chewy and perfect if you like a big noodle! There usually is not a long wait which is great and the service is good! It is located in a nice plaza though if there is a little bit of a wait. Overall, I highly recommend noodle st!

*HALAL FRIENDLY* Yum yum yum!!!Round 2? 3? and I looooved. We, of course, ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle/Rice Soup which was so filling for our group of three! 5/5 as always and will be ordering this every time I come here! Alongside this, we ordered the Beef Roll Pancake. Each pancake piece was pretty big! It was pretty decent and more on the light side for sure -- I'm such a cilantro girlie so trust me when I say this hit the spot for that! It is not particularly flavorful, but if you dip it into the soup of the Spicy Beef Noodle/Rich Soup...yum! 4/5 in its own, but 5/5 dipped into the soup! The service was great as always and I do have to again make note that the portions for these dishes are SO good. The prices are 100% worth it and I'm already craving my next visit!

Nice interior and workers. Beef noodles were presented nicely and had a nice flavored broth. Amount of meat was a bit lacking, but the knife-cut noodles were fantastic, chewy, and bouncy.

This place is pretty good. We started with the fried calamari, which was a good portion and was fried pretty well, though I wish this was served before the noodles instead of at the same time. I also got the spicy beef and tendon noodle soup with knife cut noodles. The noodles were great and very chewy, but my issue with this was that the soup was just a little flat and missing a depth of flavor. Also, they really have to give more meat. I literally had less than 5 chunks of meat in my bowl. However, it was still a solid bowl of beef noodles. I have nothing to complain about the service and the ambiance. I think all in all, this place is not bad.

Bone in rib rice noodle soup hit the spot!!! It came with two huge meaty tender ribs and the most flavorful clear broth! Radish and noodles were cooked to perfection! Didn't look like much but after the first bite I couldn't stop slurping it down!Beef roll was one of the best ones I've had! Exterior was crisp and interior was packed!! I'll definitely be back! YUM
