Ngu Binh Restaurant

Been going to Ngu Binh for years now! I refuse to eat bún bò Huế from anywhere else, because Ngu Binh is the best. I've had bún bò from many other places, but nothing compares to Ngu Binh. I must say, I have not had much else from the menu besides the bún bò, but I am sure the other food is as tasty. The bún bò tastes just like the one I had from a street vendor in Huế on a trip! So definitely authentic! The service is very good. I have consistently been quickly seated, and the food comes out very quickly after placing your order.

Loved it!! They have a very limited menu, but what my friend and I each chose was amazing!! I had the Bun Bo Hue and he had a Jackfruit Salad. The people there were concerned if I wanted everything in my soup including the pork blood and I said YES!! lol they were so nice and attentive- they thought the same thing with my friend- with some fermented fish paste- he loved it! My soup was deep and flavorful with a nice side of bean sprouts, banana flower and other greens- very refreshing. I had a peach tea and it was nice and sweet and it also had crystal boba. The place is quiet, small and relaxing. We got there on a Sunday around 12pm and it got a little busy once we were done eating. Quality food! Highly recommend!

On the look out for good Bun Bo Hue. This place was not it. It wasn't bad per se but it was missing something. It was missing the flavor of lemongrass and the shrimp paste. The restaurant had 3 other customers in there an hour before closing so that was a good sign. The banh beo was excellent! The rice cake was tender and moist and the fish sauce was perfect! We had durian shakes and a Thai ice tea. The space is open and wide. There is only one bathroom but it's really spacious.

Food: went here for their bun bo hue, but was disappointed with the lacking in flavor. The waitress recommended a fried mochi kind of dish and it was delicious. Banh xeo is good, topped with the pork skin and shrimp bits. Service: the waitress only spoke Vietnamese good thing my mom was there to help. Ambiance: seem nice and clean

My takeout experience at Ngu Binh was great! I used to come to Ngu Binh, but stopped for a while. Now, I'm back to my favorite place for Bun Bo Hue and Banh Bot Loc! You can only order the large size ($14.95) of Bun Bo Hue for takeout. This is large enough for me and my hubby to share. The only thing that was lacking is the amount of soup, I wish they gave more.The Banh Bot Loc ($13.95) is one of the best I've had and I always get an order of it when I come here. All of my items were packed nicely. The phone order was easy. They answer the phone speaking Vietnamese, but once they hear you speak English, they will adjust and take your order in English.Parking can be a nightmare here, I advise coming earlier in the morning (before 10am) on the weekends.

I came here for dinner one day with family and everyone loved it. The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a beachy vibe to it (as it's known for its seafood). Service is very fast and kind. The menu here has a huge variety of food from rice and noodle dishes to seafood and meat dishes. Everything that we got was delicious!

Went with the large Bun Bo Hue without the pork hock. They did replace that with an extra pork sausage piece. Round noodles were cooked to perfection!Broth was on point.Too bad you there aren't any additional sauces for dipping.

Came for bun bo hue with friends. It's apparently what they are known for. We all enjoyed our food, the service was nice and fast. Great quantity of everything, love how much vegetables they provide. I have nothing bad to say! It was delicious i would come give them a try.

The Bun Bo Hue was on the salty side and needed extra lime to taste okay. The Mi Quang was basic and on the dry side. The shrimps were overcooked. Enjoyed the plenty clean greens such as mint leaves, cabbage , bean sprouts and banana root. The server upsold us on drinks and that pressure is definitely unwanted. The ambiance is relaxing and spacious which is a plus for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.
