Xochilt was an amazing server. Had a large group and handle everything with ease and grace!

We went to Naples for Valentine's with no reservations but was able to put our name down and get a table within 30 mins. We had Brandon as our server. He was great! He kept our drinks filled, brought everything before we even needed to ask, and even kept checking on us. We could see him hurrying around as it was a busy night but he stayed on top of everything. We've been here many times and always had good service but Brandon was exceptional! The food was great as always!

Hello,Margarita Pizza was amazing and Wesler personality and service was immaculate and amazing. We would definitely recommend coming here and having pleasure of having Wesler serve you for lunch or dinner.

I wanted to take our family to at least one classy restaurant before our flight home and this beautiful Italian restaurant fit the bill! We went on their staircase that took us to their lovely dining area with gorgeous chandeliers! Greeted by our sweet server, we placed our order, House-Made Bread, Calamari Fritti, Lasagna Bolognese, Kids Cheese Pizza and Milk(not pictured). The focaccia was incredible, but I didn't realize their dipping sauce was spicy. Hubby said his calamari was really good!! This is my preferred type of lasagna and it was pretty good, our eight month old loved it! The kids meal is VERY generous, they're known for their big wood fire pizzas and our eight year old loved it! You can find this authentic Italian restaurant inside Downtown Disney, hubby loved it and wants to return! Decided to have a few drinks at the bar area. The service and bar tenders were so friendly and attentive!! I can see why they have regulars. In the time of my stay 2 regulars showed up! Bobby and Peter were awesome! I had an espresso martini with baileys and kahlua. It was so smooth and tasty. Couldn't help but have 3 haha. I also had the spinach artichoke dip which was so delicious and cheesy. Loved that it had sun dried tomatoes inside as well! Needless to say I can't wait to go back and sit at the bar and have some great drinks with great people!

The food here was so so good! My family ordered a pepperoni & artichoke pizza, calamari, & the chicken penne pasta. All of the dishes were amazing. Our only complaint was our server Ion. After ordering the pasta & pizza, we were still adding (calamari) to our order when he said "you know that this is too much food" in a judgmental tone. It's different if it was said in a joking manner but it was just very rude & made me uncomfortable! We also planned on taking some leftovers home anyways. Definitely put a damper on our meal & he just seemed kind of judgmental towards us & we almost thought he wasn't gonna let us order the calamari!

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant and frankly will never be coming back. I will also not be recommending this to friends and family. What should've been telling, I ignored. It was a little later in the evening but the place was an absolute ghost town. The pizza was horrible. Our server was atrocious. We ordered 1/2 and 1/2 pizza and it was significantly more then described on the menu. When I asked the waitress about the change in price "she mentioned she doesn't need to go into detail when people are ordering" There was no transparency in pricing.

On the fence about giving this place 3/5 stars, but I decided 4/5. To start, the service was... inconsistent to put it nicely. Our waiter seemed distracted while he was with us, and never checked in us until bringing us the check. However, once he did bring the check, he was extremely talkative and friendly which was very out of the blue and slightly awkward since he had been fairly dismissive of us beforehand. We ordered 2 Pollo alla Parmigiana, a Chicken Cesar, and a Margherita Pizza. The Pollo alla Parmigiana was a little disappointing. For over $30, you get a chicken cutlet smaller than your hand, and maybe a half portion if marinara spaghetti. I wouldn't say the dish was worth the price at all. On the other hand, the Chicken Cesar and Pizza were pretty good. They seemed more reasonably priced for the flavor and quality.Overall, I doubt we will be back again. It's hard to justify the price when the service wasn't great. I'm sure we could easily find better Italian food elsewhere for a much better price and with much better service.

Out of what?!?After walking around downtown Disney, it was time for lunch. We stopped here because this is the only Italian theme restaurant in the area. The first floor has the open wood fire ovens and upstairs is the overflow seating and restrooms. The food was average. We had ordered the carbonara only to find out they were out of bacon. And then when we were given the option to substitute with sausage, they ran out of that. The only thing left was chicken. At that point, I don't know what it's called without bacon. Of course, it didn't taste the same so this gets an average grade. We also got fried calamari and a large carnivoro pizza. Calamari also average. The breading was light but not seasoned. The marinara sauce needed some salt too. Pizza was good. Thin crust and just enough cheese to hold everything together. Overall three stars. The server Israel was fantastic. Very friendly and checking on our needs. Definitely 5 star service from him. This place does accept a DVC discount.

Went to Naples in downtown Disney for dinner, Lauren was our server and was extremely friendly and attentive. Started off with calamari that was delicious and me and my partner both ordered a personal wood fire pizza, both were great! The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and comfortable. Absolutely will be back again when I'm downtown Disney!
