I took my family on a Saturday (2/8/25) for brunch and it was busy. The host asked us how many in our party and immediately sat us, nice. I thought we'd have to wait.This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are known for their Menudo and Pozole. The menu has a wide variety of options.My wife ordered the eggs Benedict. She ordered the OBrien's potatoes. She asked for the hollandaise sauce to be placed on the side all in all she thought that the breakfast was pretty good.I ordered the Menudo. They have two sizes medium, and large. I ordered the medium to my delight. It had plenty of meat and was not overly spicy. It was accompanied with cilantro and lemon also handmade corn tortillas growing up in Arizona where my parents made Menudo. I felt like I was back there again. Nice!Our daughter order the Chilaquiles eggs with carne Asada. She enjoyed her breakfast and vowed that she would return again.What I liked about this restaurant is that the servers are very attentive and they check on you often. I do plan to visit this restaurant again soon.

The date is 02.15.25 (Saturday evening) and it's 810pm. When it comes down to Family Restaurants, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I just cant get over the service issue. So the reason for the one star is mostly because of the service. In regards to the food, I wouldnt say it was the best but definitely not the worst. When my partner and I arrived, we were seated by the hostesses who was walking and talking to another customer at the same time. As we were walking to the table her voice got louder and louder. And to be told "so like here...or there??" (Talk about rude!) ...so the waitress came fairly quick and took our order; I ordered Eggs Benedict w/Canadian Ham (which she asked, with ham or sausage) and hash browns (which she asked hash browns or o'briens), side order of corned beef hash, and banana nut pancakes. My partner ordered a pastrami sandwich on sourdough with chili cheese fries. As we were waiting for our food, another customer came in (whom I assume is a regular) sat behind us. I would like to point out that there were three tables in the whole restaurant that were occupied. As we were sitting, we noticed the hostess (whom was loud and even using profanity) along with another female waitress entertaining him and sitting at his table. (I don't mind profanity cause everyone uses it BUT I do mind when you're using it loudly in a family restaurant.) So our food came, I got the banana pancakes, side of hash browns, side of corned beef hash and the pastrami sandwich on rye bread. We sent the sandwich back because we wanted it on sourdough. 20 to 25 minutes pass and no sign of our waitress. Then I started to notice the table behind us getting food and even fries! (Not to mention that now, my hash browns are cold..) Then I realized, "wow...I think they forgot the chili cheese fries and my eggs Benedict." Sure enough, they did! When the waitress brought us our bill, we told her she forgot main items to our order (chili cheese fries and eggs benedict" Her response was "ohh...we have a new cook..." then it was "oh I thought the girl who brought you the food brought it all....ughh they're supposed to be helping me"...and "ohh they closed out your tab...".if I'm not mistaken, I believe it's your job as a waitress to come and check if we got everything or if we need anything else! But whom am I to say, I'm just a customer! Probably won't be coming back...so much potential though..

The places has plenty of parking, spacious dining room and the food is decent. Where it falls short is the customer service. Waiters / waitresses come by very seldomly. I've been waiting for 10 min with and empty cup waiting for more coffee. It's 65 degrees in here I can count 7 ppl in here wearing a hoodie over their head because it's so cold despite asking the management to turn on the heater, it's 7:30 and we're cold. A lot of the tables are missing either creamer or sugar which tells me the staff doesn't prep the tables before they open or is too lazy to do it unless the customers complain they need sugar or creamer. I grew up in Norwalk and Rosewoods was a pretty iconic spot. Almost everyone in my family has a story about something one time they were at Rosewoods. I was in the area on my way home from a friend's event and stopped at this new location for a bite. I ordered chilaquiles. I had to send my egg back twice because it wasn't cooked enough. The server was pretty irritated when I could actually get her attention. I wouldn't doubt it if she spit in my food. The rest of the meal just wasn't all that great. I love that they still fill menudo pots, but after my meal I personally don't think I'd be up to trying the menudo. I'm super happy for those who really love this place. Also, parking is a bit of a nightmare.

This place is a popular spot for breakfast foods. There was already a queue when we arrived, but didn't have to wait too long. We ordered one sweet dish and one savory dish to share. We were craving bacon so the quickie combo was a good choice since it came with bacon strips, pancakes and eggs. The machaca and eggs were really good. Both entrees were flavorful, delicious, and definitely satisfied our hunger. Quick, friendly, and very attentive service. Definitely coming back to try their other menu items. They're located near the 605 freeway ramp. Parking kinda sucks since there's construction around their lot, but there are still ample amount of spaces.

Went there with my family and was seated pretty fast. A family member recommended it and was impressed how delicious their pozole was, very authentic and tasty. I will have to go back. The staff were very friendly and the manager was such a nice and thoughtful guy. The places it pretty roomy and seems like a go to for the locals and I can imagine why.

I hoped this place would turn out better given the reviews we have read as well as some tik tok videos we had seen on this restaurant. Here is my list of issues I had with this place...1. Flies in the restaurant.2. I had ordered the carne asada fries with extra guacamole and they had no guacamole (they said they ran out but told us after they made the order). If I had known that I would have ordered something else.3. Food took forever to be prepared and brought out but there was only one other group of two people in the building.4. Vibe was very dead and no one checked on us if we needed anything...no even water.This is a ONE and DONE. NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN NOR AM I RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
