We had another fantastic meal at Mona Lisa last night. We judge all other restaurants calamari against theirs and Mona Lisa always takes the top spot. Scott our server was fantastic! It is our favorite Italian restaurant!

This is absolutely the most wonderful Italian join in the city. I don't think I have ever been disappointed after indulging in this gem. I guess this is the closest I'll get to Italy until I become a rich man and fly to Italy myself!!! SO I am glad a place like this exists to keep my dreams and wishes at ease until the one day to come. Anyways. It was Valentine's Day and my sweetie and I ordered a Coccino... I think that was the spelling. It is basically the pescatore but with salmon. We wanted to add linguini in it, and it came out fabulous. The taste is the best out of every Italian dish I know, and with our sweet server's recommendation on a glass a wine, it enhanced it by 10x. Our server was very attentive and sweet! I hope she had a valentine of her own too. And if she doesn't, gentlemen, there is a nice lady on the market! Overall, the food to the ambiance played a special role in making our valentine so good!

Came here around 5pm on a Thursday evening and casually walked in and was seated by the counter right away. Vibe is casual and cozy and lots of Mona Lisa paintings on the wall and an open kitchen right in the center!I'm new to this restaurant so I just ordered the popular items and what they seem to be known for.1. Pollo Marsala2. Rigatoni Mona Lisa 3. Mediterranean Salad They all came out beautifully plated and hot! You can tell it was cooked fresh. But the star of the show was the pollo Marsala; I loved the rich creamy mushroom sauce that it was served with because I've never had before, so that stood out to me the most. I didn't find anything too special about the rigatoni Mona Lisa (it was on the saltier side in my onion) . The salad was seasoned very nicely and tasted super fresh! OH!! & don't skip on the complementary bread!! I forgot to mention how AMAZING the complementary bread is!! ITS literally one the best breads I've had; super toasty with a soft middle that is not too doughy.I would come back to try the other less popular menu.

I would highly recommend Mona Lisa for a cozy dining experience. I have Cioppino never been disappointed in all these past years. I normally would order chippino but this time I ordered Linguini Pescatore. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal after sharing Calamari Fritti and Cozze del Pescadore with my son and two grandsons. My son did order the cioppino and the boys ordered Rigatoni alla Vodka and baked lasagna. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was great and it was nice and quiet inside even though it was busy. Highly recommendedAside:I might suggest some minced garlic to be served with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil that is served with the bread.

Was in the mood for pasta so tried Mona Lisa for the first time. Bread was super light and paired great with the oils and balsamic vinegar dip. Grilled calamari came out warm and tender and well seasoned. Loved my Rigatoni Mona Lisa. Tube pasta topped with cheese and finished in the oven. Almost like a lasagna. The sausage, mushrooms and sauce hit the spot and the olives gave a great twist! Portions are big. Definitely enough for lunch tomorrow. Service was attentive. The restaurant has wine bar seats, elevated counter seats by the open kitchen as well as traditional table seating to give a variety of settings with which to enjoy your meal.

The quality of the food was really good but the service was even more spectacular. My family and I had a great dinner and fairly priced. The portions are huge. The food was delicious with plenty of protein to carb ratio.
