Kyoto - generous serving of diced chashu was rich and fatty. mixing in the poached egg created a wonderfully creamy sauce that coated the chewy noodles perfectly. generous portions of scallions and garlic, adding a fresh, aromatic kick.Staff friendly and quick with our order. I prefer going to this location over the one in Costa Mesa bc there is less of a wait. Party of 2 came for dinner at 7PM and was seated right away with no wait. Easy and free parking.

This is where you can find authentic mazemen in OC. It literally means mix mix noodles and I got the chance to try it at Mogu Mogu's newest location in Fullerton.I went with the Deluxe and it came with loads of toppings like spicy minced pork, a poached egg, and more chashu pork. You mix, mix, mix as much as you can and enjoy!Paired it with their Takoyaki which comes in either a crispy or soft shell, or crispy shell in soup! The crispy shell was such a hit for me and I can't wait to be back :)Thanks for reading! ^-^

food: the cheese mazumen is a must! i usually get no greens so my breath doesn't smell as much but the greens do enhance the flavor! they give you a scoop of rice after, don't be scared to ask for another one! if it's your first time i recommend the deluxe with a side of corn :) service: the waiter and waitress that day were uhhh, they were nice but they seemed so out of it, granted it was saturday morning even though it wasn't super busy yet. i think they got more proactive once it started getting more busy!

Have heard good things about MoguMogu, was in the OC so wanted to check it out. So glad we did, loved it! There was a bit of a wait, but the servers were very nice and moved people through quickly, we got a beer while we waited and relaxed. The location is in a strange area, near railroad tracks, seems to be an industrial complex, so don't worry you are in the right spot when you arrive. The is a Mazemen ramen style spot which means it is a soulless noodle, but that does not mean it is flavorless, in fact these bowls are flavor bombs of goodness.Got an order of Shishito peppers to start, always love these and a tall chilled Sapporo on draft, so good. For my main, got the Tokyo, which is spicy minced pork, poached egg, scallions, chives, minced garlic, fish umami, seaweed flakes. Once you get your order you, mix it all together inside the noodles and enjoy. You must get the minced garlic, it makes the dish. I also added some spicy chili sauce to mine and their umami vinegar, perfect! At the end, they bring you a scoop of rice to use to eat the rest of the toppings left at the bottom of the noodles.Enjoy!

So yummy! I love coming here for mazemen, which is a brothless noodle dish. I usually get the Kyoto mazemen, and I love the experience of mixing everything and having all the different flavors come together. Service is awesome!

I loooove mogu mogu so much! I don't typically eat brothy noodles so this is a perfect in between for me. The service is quick and efficient.Plenty of parking- they share a lot with other businesses.

If you haven't had mazesoba before, you gotta try this place! Usually I'm a broth and noodle type of guy, but trying the "no broth" mazesoba was a unique experience worth trying! You have the noodles sitting at the bottom with all the fixing on top (chashu, green onions, garlic, spices, and a poached egg). When you mix everything together it creates a thick and hearty base that'll set you right. This will be included in the Deluxe Mazemen bowl, was a clean bowl club for me for sure. My table was a yap session, once the food came out, silence. We all locked in on our bowls.Came here with my party around opening time, so no wait. Greeted, served, and taken care of the nice man working. Shoutout to him, didn't get his name, but he was running the whole show! Overall- 9.3/10. Mazesoba is awesome, this is a go to spot when I'm visiting in the area. Hoping one day we can get a spot up in Vegas!

Still the amazing place I know it to be. It just hits the fucking spot whenever I am craving some mazemen near campus. Service is still amazing, and the waiters and waitresses are very attentive!

Everything is so delish! We have the deluxe mazemen, which is mixed ramen with pork chashu, soft boiled egg, fish umami, and more mixed together. We also have the California tonkotsu ramen, the broth is very flavorful and creamy. For appetizers we have the Mogu chicken ( so crisp! ) and the agedashi takoyaki, first time trying it and it is soaked like the agedashi tofu. It's soft, chewy and delish! We also have the uji matcha cheesecake for dessert. I think my favorite one is the deluxe mazemen, it mixed a lot of flavors together. Service is friendly and food comes out 10-15 minutes which is great. Recommend this place!

We had to come here twice because it was so good! We have tried the mazemen, popcorn chicken, and the Agedashi takoyaki) .The mazemen had so much umami and flavor. I'd have to say it's my new favorite Japanese food to eat! The takoyaki was second favorite! I never tried takoyaki in a broth before and so glad we decided to try it. The popcorn chicken was also super tasty and had a Korean spice flavor to it. Yum yum yum! Service was on point and coming by often.
