Food is phenomenal.Service to go was quick and friendly. Restaurant is beautiful.Got 16 dishes to-go, to treat my team to lunch for Lunar New Year. They offer such a variety and appetizing dishes that even the least adventurous eaters were taking new bites and going for seconds.

Staff was friendly and our food came out fast. This was a neat find in our community. There were fruit flies in the dining room, hopefully that issue can be resolved.

I was absolutely blown away by this restaurant! I've driven past it for months and never thought to go in until yesterday and first impressions did this place so well. Everything is very aesthetic from the way they incorporate their jade green colors around the restaurant it makes it all look uniform and very neat. I got the hot and sour soup, the spicy garlic and soy edamame, the sweet and sour fish and the fish in chili oil and each dish kept getting better and better. Very rich flavors for even the appetizers too and the tenderness of the fish was cooked perfectly in both entrees. The staff was very respectful and were helpful with a few questions. It can get a little busy towards the later evening so come a bit earlier if you can. Amazing food and will be throwing this place into the going out routine

This restaurant definitely gets my 5 stars! The food is amazingly fresh! It's top quality Chinese food! I recently used them to cater! Wow! Hosted 75 people and everyone loved the food and asked where it was from! Linda their manager is sweet and helpful and made the ordering and pickup process smooth and easy! The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it's so worth the wait for delicious food!

We happened to be in the area and I was craving Chinese food despite knowing that good Asian food in YL may be harder to find. Is Min's good? The short answer is NO, if you truly like authentic Chinese food. But if you want something kind of Panda Express, made more for American tastes, maybe you'll like it. Disclosure: As an SGV girl who worked in China a few years and had parents and family friends that once owned popular Chinese restaurants growing up, yeah, I'm admittedly picky with my Chinese food. The breakdown:* Service (4/5): Our waitress was really friendly and attentive. I liked that she tried to help us with deciding on something our toddler might eat.* Ambiance (3/5): It looked clean and bright in there, with Chinese music playing that reminded me of my parents. Other than that, nothing too special. Located next to a theater with a little courtyard outside, it makes for a nice restaurant for a family or date night.* Food (3/5): It's not authentic Chinese food at all, but taste is okay enough. The first few pages of the menu are all clearly geared towards most of their clientele in the area, which seem to be non-Asians based on our visit that night. It had major Panda Express or Pei Wei vibes. I liked more of the "Traditional" menu items towards the back and ordered from there. The breakdown:* Chicken Corn Soup (1/5) - DO NOT GET THIS. We got this for the toddler mostly, but the moment it came out, it was NOT what I expected. A decent chicken corn soup is thick with egg flowers, plenty of creamed corn and bits, and sliced chicken. It should be a sweet, savory and comforting chowder soup. Instead we got a big bowl of salty, watery stuff with mostly egg flowers and barely any corn. The tiny bits of ground chicken in it were dry and crumbly. Toddler was NOT a fan, and neither were we. We took the leftovers home so I can try to salvage it and make it more palatable. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our time there.* Beef Noodle Soup (2.5/5) - I immediately side-eyed this dish when the waitress dropped it off. I've never seen those thick yellow noodles in my beef noodle soup before, ever, regardless if it's Cantonese, Northern Chinese, Taiwanese, etc. They looked like they belonged in some lo mein or Mongolian noodle stir fry. The noodles were soft and not the kind of chewy I liked. It felt kind of fast-foody. If it was anything that saved the dish a little, it was the broth which tasted more like what it was supposed to (that hongxiao flavor). However, it was on the salty side. The meat was thankfully flavorful on its own meaning it had time to marinate, so that was a little plus but I just didn't love this dish overall.* Tan Tan Noodle (3/5): After the inauthenticity of the two earlier dishes, when this came out, I didn't know what to think. Again, it had the weird lo mein-like noodles that I've never seen on any tan tan/dan dan noodle in the States or abroad, so I kind of left it on the table until I finished the beef noodle with my husband. But I have to say, when we got to this dish and tried it, it was our favorite. The mala (numbing spice) flavor with the ground meat topping was nice. I think if they changed the noodles to the thinner, chewier kind, it would be better.Overall, Min's was okay. I'm giving it 3/5 overall because I know people may like it, but it's more a 2.5 for me due to inauthenticity, the need for taste/ingredient adjustments, and that chicken corn soup which was a major NO for us.

First time for us here and we enjoyed it!Fast and friendly service. We had the kung pao three musketeers with shrimp, chicken and beef. It could have been spiced for me, but very flavorful and did not have a bad after taste. I really liked it! The spring rolls are very tasty and crisp. We also had crispy potstickers. That was amazing and I could have eaten the whole plate alone! Beef noodle soup my friend reported was delicious and led him to a "food coma!" Last cashew nut chicken was perfect amount and taste.

Food is always good and fresh. Staff is always nice. Today we had Tommy he needs to go. He's rude, fast and doesn't care. It was us and 1 other table. They were not busy. I guess nobody told him appetizers come BEFORE the meal not after and he was quick to brush me off and not even apologize. No refills or check ups after our food was delivered and wasn't even offered boxes. I'd go back but he will not be serving me.
