This place inside the Food Source located in The Source OC Mall is a good choice for eating in a food court where everyone in your group can eat a variety of different things from many stalls including rice bowls from this place. We tried the salmon plate and the bulgogi plate. The salmon comes with lightly glazed salmon sashimi laid on top of rice bed. Portion is plentiful and the flavor is good. The bulgogi has good taste albeit a bit dry and not the most tender meat but overall it's quite fulfilling and satisfying. The only thing I don't like is the rice being too dry.If you're in the area and there are a lot of people in your group this food court can be a good choice as everyone can choose from whichever vendor then dine together on the big table. The staff does a pretty good job clearing the tables and the wait for the food is not too long but not super fast either. The place is clean and modern with plenty seating area. Ordering is done at the self service kiosk by the entry and it has a combined menu for all the vendors. The machine will spit out your ticket with the number for you to go to the stalls to pickup when your number is announced.

Ordered the LA ribs and raw fish cold noodles. I do not recommend ordering the ribs as they were burnt on the other side. I'm addition, the noodles do not come with scissors, so you will have to eat in small bites to avoid choking on the chewy noodles.

This restaurant is located in the food court on the 3rd floor of the OC Source mall. There is also 4th floor food court. Be warned that all the food court is very overpriced. There are plenty of selection or if you prefer check out all the restaurants they have at the mallPlace is clean and plenty of tables. To order any meal at the food court, you must be purchase at the kiosk by the entry door. Once order is complete, listen for your number to pick up the food at the restaurant you ordered from. I love Korean food, but so many places to choose from. I chose this restaurant. The items at the food court is limited. If you planned to take out, you must order at the counter near the kiosk. There will charge you $1 for the to go order. If you eat in and want the to go container, you will pay $1 which you can buy it from counter. See the video clip. Ordered:BEEF BULGOGI BOWL - with rice. The beef came with cabbage, carrots and clear noodle. The amount is generous. It is not the same flavor as the restaurant. It is more on the lighter side. It is not the best and tasted okay. It came with small daikon side and soup. There is also free hot or cold water machine. I am not certain to try other items next time.

For me the portion was perfect and the sides made it worth the money for me for 20 bucks. There could be more salmon but overall service was quick and amazing. Love the server! Went on a Sunday so it wasn't too crowded and had good seats and the cleaning staff was very prompt in clearing tables. For the meal you get a side of miso soup, the egg and another sauce I don't know? But it also comes with a little bit of wasabi, pickled vegetables and ginger in the white container. All in all I think it was the best menu item I've tried at the source but I may be biased since I love salmon.. it was perfectly balanced and the salad was good, ^^ will be coming back whenever I can.

3.3 starsTo start off, this vendor located in the food court has an interesting set up. Instead of ordering from the individual stalls, everyone is to order with the cashier located at the order counter to the far right of the food court. Also available in that area are self-serve kiosks. Once I ordered, I went to this vendor to pick up my food. My wait time was about 10 minutes. I ordered the spicy cold noodles and thought it was the perfect level of spicy and savory. I can understand why some would think it is bland because when I had the pickled vegetables, the spicy sauce became underwhelming. However, by itself, the noodles were fine. There was a small slice of beef and half an egg...it's not worth writing about. If there's anything I'd suggest to the business, it would be to provide scissors, additional cup of iced broth, and additional side dishes instead of the one pickled burdock side. For $18, I didn't think this meal was worth it...the better price point should have been $13-$14.Also, the food court itself was really hot...like the A/C was off or something. Probably not something that can be helped, but it added to the mediocre experience because of how uncomfortable I felt eating there. With all that said, I'd probably still eat here again if I'm craving a quick spicy cold noodle.

Spicy Cold noodle with Raw Fish: Not that big of a fan of the raw fish, it tasted pickled and it's hard. You can definitely eat all of the fish there's no bone in it just hard cartilage. It's nothing like eating Korean raw crab. The spicy cold noodle is made out of buckwheat noodles that take forever for you to chew and swallow. Personally, I have a habit of eating my noodles fast so I kind of choked on the noodle so take your time to chew. Their noodles are pretty much the standard just like any Korean cold noodle.Tip: When you pick up your dish at the counter, ask to cut it in fourths with scissors. Usually cold Korean buckwheat are easier to eat cut in shorter lengths.

The cold noodles were...fine. They do the job and were nice on a hot day after walking around the mall. Need plenty of vinegar and mustard before being even close to edible. Like everywhere else in the food court, keep an eye on your digital number.

Rip off! Never go there! Save your money!Ordered Beef Bulgogi Bowl for $20. What I received was stir fried cabbage and a couple little pieces of beef with rice - all having no flavor. Total scam!!! Not recommended!Received 1 napkin for 2 people. Asked for a few more and was counted out 2 more little napkins. This food-court based establishment is loud and really annoying with the automated order calling constantly announcing orders ready for pickup. Total cheap rip-off place!Oh, also this shopping mall "The Source OC" is a complete joke! Useless stores. A few K-Pop stores and nothing else. Don't waste your time ever going there.

The Korean spicy cold noodles were pretty good. Wish they put more than one slice of beef though...Especially since it was $18. Pretty expensive for a food court restaurant.Overall, if you want something fast and flavorful, the spicy cold noodles were a good pick!

They could offer complimentary water. When first walking in there's just this stations of water on display but unless you purchase a meal you'll be yelled at for not being a customer so make sure to get your meals at the front first folks!
