Are you a quesadilla fan, but unimpressed with Miguel's basic cheese quesadilla? You are not alone. I love Miguel's burritos so much. But, sometimes I just want a cheese quesadilla. Something really greasy and cheesy. I found the quesadilla at Miguel's to be pretty underwhelming. Especially for the price. It's one of the worst fast food quesadillas I think I've had. But, I found a pro tip! Order the quesadilla with cheddar and jack cheese. You won't regret it and will be mind blown at how much better it is! The quesadilla will be more filling and have more flavor with both cheeses. It with give you that ooey gooey, cheesy and greasy goodness!

Why do we keep trying this place. It's so hit and miss. We purchased two chicken burritos tonight and they literally disolved as the contents were soak in water from where the shredded chicken was stored in the steam table.No wonder at 7:30PM on Saturday night it's empty.Being an optimist, I really hope it will improve but so far, well, that's not happening.

I was surprised with this place. Went with a friend and was pleasantly surprised, for being a chain the food doesn't taste like a fast food chain store. Had taquitos and a burrito, no complaints at all!

For fast Mexican food I thought it was solid. My 1st trying a Miguel's Jr as I'm not a California native. Work trip to Irvine brought me to the area and I wanted to try this place for their shredded beef tacos. It was delicious and I prefer that over the carne asada street taco. Definitely they give plenty of red sauce which was a great compliment to the meal. I also got the enchilada meal with a taco, a side carne asada street taco, and chips and chunky guacamole. Overall the prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Have you ever been to Miguel's Jr.? I know a lot of my Yelp friends have. Been coming here for many years the first location was the Corona. Far drive but worth it, then boom boom boom they started expanding and opened them up all over Orange County. The excitement when that happened was real lol. Always get the El potato it comes with cheese and shredded beef which is amazing. The guac and chip's delicious, love how the chips are fresh. Ordered chicken tamales and a bean rice and cheese burrito. Loved it all, it was busy that day and lots of people in the drive through. I recommend this location it is clean, and the workers were really friendly and nice, the tables were not clean but it's ok. The food and service more than make up for it. If you haven't tried their food I highly recommend that you do just once. The El Potato burrito to me is the best.Have a beautiful day, share kindness to everyone Aloha

Miguel's Jr is located on Tustin Ave near Katella. It's easy to locate and access. Parking is tricky but plentiful. For convenience, I went to the drive thru today. Two menu boards are up, place your order at the second one. Ordering was easy and the speakers were clear and at a good volume. I was intrigued by the relleno burrito, so I ordered that and a crispy beef taco. Since they were promoting their seasonal pumpkin horchata, I got one of those, too. The burrito is filled with a smallish chile relleno, beans, rice, and cheese. I had higher hopes for this. It was good, but not necessarily crave-worthy. The taco was nice and crispy and the beef was juicy and tender. My favorite of the 2. The pumpkin horchata was like drinking dessert. Very tasty!Not much to say about the ambiance since it WAS drive thru, but I will mention that it was clean and well maintained. The menu boards are modern and easy to figure out and the drive up counter was also modern and clean. The employees I interacted with both at the speaker and at the window were all friendly and efficient. I will say, tho, that the wait in the drive thru was longer than most I've gone through, so keep that in mind if you're in a time crunch. Since the food was decent and the service was great, I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Miguel's Jr. just launched some new stuff!! For the fall... oh my gosh. Their Pumpkin Pie Horchata. Creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of spice! BEST new fall treat hands down!And they've rolled out 3 new bowls, loaded with your choice of meat and all the fresh toppings like guacamole depending on which ones you get. Loved the Enchilada bowl!Go check it all out!

Chili Tamales and Spicy Chicken Tamales are here right now and they are delicious. Love the green sauce. The shredded chicken burrito is my favorite. Nice quiet atmosphere clean and friendly service.

Since my last review, we have been here twice. We noticed the volume has decreased in volume significantly, however, it's still a little too loud when trying to hold conversations. Food is always on point. The employees are super friendly. On average we wait about 10 minutes for our family's food to be ready.

Drove through to grab a burrito, chicken burrito. Grossest burrito I ever attempted to eat. I took a couple bites and couldn't eat anymore. It was sopping wet, dripping water from the chicken all over my pants. The chicken was like mush, like cat food. I should have known better. Many times visiting this restaurant, only to be disappointed by the size of their burritos or the temperature of the food. I will not be returning. Sad, oh well ! How hard is it to make a burrito?! Del Taco can do it, and they do it well. Miguel's Jr needs to learn from them.
