MIAN

Got the pork rib noodle soup for pick up. Was ready by the time I arrived, around 20 minutes. Food was very delicious and not too spicy! Noodles had the perfect texture and the ribs were very tender. Love that they separate the noodles and soup so that you can add the fresh noodles in when you're ready.

This is my favorite Mian location so far (I have been to a few other locations). I feel like their portions are generous (most intestine I have gotten) and the quality has been consistent. I recommend less salty and less oily if you want the cleaner taste of the soup. My favorite are pork ribs, pork belly and intestine noodles soup. Beef was just okay because it was quite chewy and tough last time I got it. I really love the texture of the noodles here. It is nice that you can order through your phone and choose the spice levels or customize your order. The orders come out pretty quick too.The ambiance was great. The place looked new and clean with decent amount of seating. I was surprised that it was pretty empty on a Friday night. Parking or seating has never been an issue. This is my comfort food (quick and hearty noodles soup with a mala kick) and I highly recommend it.

Came for lunch and everyone was pretty hungover. I ordered the pig ear and pig intestines to split, they were very flavorful but too oily for the occasion.I got the beef noodle soup for myself and had a hard time finishing it just because of my torn up insides. It's solid but was just too heavy.Food is good, been here before and will still keep coming back. Just not the day for it.

AMBIANCE - Located towards the end of a plaza, you enter a pretty luxurious feeling restaurant inside with wicker baskets on the wall, mesh light fixtures, warm lighting. There's plenty of parking but I can see it getting busy. FOOD - I ordered their House Beef Noodle Soup with a side of intestines. This was such a warming and hearty bowl of noodles that I loved! The braised beef was soft and perfectly cooked to my liking. The noodles were smooth and delicious, while the broth itself was the highlight for me. It was incredibly flavorful and spicy enough to get a nice kick. I would absolutely order this. The side of intestines was just a recommendation from a friend, and although I loved it, I could've gone without it. Still very tasty!SERVICE - Nice, decent service. No complaints!

Clean and modern Sichuan noodle shop. We came around 7:30pm and they were about to do last call already. We ordered the braised beef noodle soup, zajiang noodles and the gyozas. The zajiang noodles had more of a kick to it and was more flavorful. I'm not a big beef noodle soup girl so it tasted just okay to me. The gyozas were crispy and delicious!

Here's what we ordered and here are my ratings:* Chengdu Zajiang Noodle - $13.00. 4.5 out of 5 stars. The dry noodle did not disappoint and was the star of the show with the fried egg and bok choy on top. I would come back just for this dish alone, and probably will.* House Beef Noodles - $15.00. 3.out of 5 stars. We weren't as big of fans of the beef noodle soup and think there are better options in the Rowland area. The meat was tougher and dryer, and the noodles were overcooked.* Beef in chili sauce. 4 out of 5 stars. This appetizer packs a punch with the chili.* French Fries - rate 4.5 out of 5. This was a surprisingly tasty dish to have on the side. Definitely order it. You won't be disappointed!It was very easy to get a table at this restaurant (no long wait). There is ample parking for all of the restaurants in this complex.

All dishes ordered look great and taste amazing. The steam egg was particularly fantastic.

They don't turn on AC in this restaurant, felt really stuffy and hot. We were sweating. Will not be returning, found a piece of blue nail polish in my broth. Another time we found a piece of plastic bag. There definitely were some toxins and chemicals boiled into the broth. Beef noodle soup had a thick layer of chili oil, very greasy. We had to ask for a small bowl to skim some of it off. Pork Dumplings was alright. Pork filling was pretty small compared to the amount of wrapper.

Didn't know this was a chain till we saw menu, but food was delicious. We ordered various noodle soups and with so much new restaurants popping up everywhere, can easily get lost in the background. I created my own dish from a few different sides including the steamed egg with minced meat which was the STAR imo and added spicy tripe (which is really stomach) and nope go rice. I think it's a great hack if u r on a budget and eating light.

This is the spot for all noodles! There was plenty of parking in the lot and it does separate from the plaza right next to it. There was no line when we came on a weekend during lunch and we got to pick where we wanted to sit. You scan their menu and order directly on your phone. The food came out very quick as well. Fried pork-This was very crispy and the portion was generous. The spicy powder did get to you after awhile! House beef noodle-We ordered a spice level of 3 and it wasn't too spicy. It had a hint of spicy but very tolerable. They gave plenty of meat in the soup as well. The broth was very flavorful! Zhajiang noodle-This was decent and filling too! I believe the yellow things are chickpeas and there was even an egg too! It had a distinct taste but portion was great.
