Mi Pueblo

Mi Pueblo is truly a hidden gem. I had the pollo guisado, and the flavors were so good-- tender chicken with well-cooked potatoes and carrots in a savory and delicious sauce. The rice and refried beans with cheese were a perfect side to go along with the pollo guisado.The servers here are very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their dishes. The server mentioned they serve pollo guisado every Monday and mole plate on Tuesdays and every day of the week they sell something different. I will come back for the mole dish next. If you're looking for some delicious Mexican comfort food this place is a must-try. It was a new experience for me as an asian american, I've tried tacos of course, but this plate really opened my eyes to Mexican cuisine. Tastes like a grandmother lovingly prepared it in her kitchen. Definitely became one of my go-to places!

Alright I've know this own since the beginning and even the last owner. This is the third time getting food at this spot. And I'm going to be completely honest every-time it was not what I expected. This past time literally this morning I ordered a breakest bacon burrito literally just eggs and maybe one piece of bacon burnt eggs at that. The cheese inside wtf was that?? It's like she said "he's white he would eat anything" no no that was not even a decent meal I ate about 20% of the burrito and throw the rest away for the charge of 13 bucks. Size was good but literally just burnt eggs I could have made a ten times better burrito at home. I don't think the own really knows what's going on back there. She might be racist tbh. Three times here and all bad but I see good reviews idk. She even asked me would I like salsa and I said yes of course. Did I get any in my burrito or on the side absolutely not. I'm sorry the owner is a good man. But this lady fuck no replace her ASAP!

I have been by the liquor store a hundred times but never went in. Well today that changed and to my surprise there's a little Mexican deli in there that serves bomb breakfast burritos as well as other Mexican food and sandwiches. I had a sausage and bacon burrito, everything thing in the burrito was excellent, the potatoes tasted like my grandfather use to make them! This is now my go to spot for breakfast burritos. Can't wait to try the rest of there food!

Great food and wonderful service. The green wet burrito combo plate was huge. What sets it apart from others is the made from scratch green sauce. I will be back soon.

Go to spot of choice. Affordable, high quality. Hidden inside the liquor store. Tacos grandes and daily plates are what I get.
