No line! How about that! What in the world? When do you go to Disneyland and not have a line? lol That NEVER happens! lol Well... Except when you come to Mendocino wine Bar! This hidden gem is tucked away behind Wine Country Trattoria and below the Magic Key Terrace. They have a QR code to scan for the menu so you can see what they have, then step right up to order! Pretty great system.

Disney California Adventure HIDDEN GEM!While the other bars in the park often have long lines and minimal selections, Mendocino Wine Bar is tucked away to the left of the Wine Country Trattoria restaurant and offers a wide variety of high-quality wines.Mobile order pick up is available almost immediately, and if you walk up there often isn't a line. There are a few tables available to sit at while you sip, or you can walk around the park with your beverage.

Okay - now you know things are not cheap in the park, but at least there is wine and beer. WOO HOO for this wine bar! This was our second trip to the park, in two years, and I noticed MWB on our first round, and made a point to check it out this time. JORDAN! They have JORDAN chardonnay. It's fantastic. It's also not cheap and appropriately priced, though I don't know who would purchase at $16 a glass. I wanted to order a bottle but they couldn't do it. Great selection of whites, reds and even bubbles! Four adults and two kids wrangled in the corner table by the railing. Adults were finally able to relax our tired legs while kids ate. This is an open patio, so we gathered kids' meals from elsewhere and ate here so we could enjoy the wine. It was perfect. This is absolutely my favorite spot in the park to chill for a bit. Not a lot of kids and a great elevated view. Not private or secluded, but a little out of the fray. I hope they can change the policy to offer bottles of wine if staying on the patio - otherwise, patrons are welcome to take their glasses with them around the park. The line can be long so having to go to the bar for each glass was a pain.

It's nice to know you can get adult beverages @ a kid's place. The line at Cove Bar was too long and there was no guarantee we would be seated by the time the bar was closed. Starving and not wanting to take the chance, we went to Wine Country Trattoria and Mendocino Wine Bar instead.Moscato D'Asti $12.50Samuel Adams $7.25Not sure if I got the pricing right because they didn't give us the receipt. Mr. Adams and Ms. D'Asti had a wonderful time @ Mendocino Terrace. Don't drink and drive even in the park. Set a good example to your kids =P No radiator springs racers after the drink, guys!I didn't have to go to Toy Story Midway Mania! to get my buzz =PWalk around with your alcohol just in California..I meant California Adventure. Once you pass Disneyland you can only carry milk or coffee =PQUICK TIP: NO ANNUAL PASS DISCOUNTS FOR ALCOHOL. I got my favorite wine @ my favorite place on earth with my favorite person. 5 stars!! What a magical place.Mendocino Wine Bar is yummylicious!!

While the patio wine bar at Disney's California Adventure is "disney" priced, you definitely get the benefit of the Disney experience. I know that whatever is on the wine list will be good to excellent, plus a little vino adds to the happy factor. :-) Another plus is that the food at the Wine Country Trattoria next door is pretty good, but I haven't eaten there in a while... I usually just stop by for a glass or two. Gotta love it!

i always considered this wine bar as part of wine country trattoria i had no idea it had a name of its own lol. this is a must stop for me because of a few reasons:1. I LOVE wine2. I have to get my buzz on to deal with these annoying children lol3. it's a great place to relax! it definitely doesn't have the disneyland vibei always get the flights most of the time the port flight! it comes w/ 3 kinds of blue cheese and crackers for $16. you definitely get a wine lesson and the staff is very friendly and helpful. they also have wine by the glass and beers as well!so check this place out you'll enjoy it!!!
