McDonald's

Love this McDonald's for its convenient proximity to the Orange Friendship Club and a friend's house for meeting up. The decor here is very different than most of the other McDonald's I've frequented. I can't provide extensive feedback on the food because the majority of the time what I get here is, yes, their coffee and also their french fries. The decor: They have larger booths than most other locations. So, this is the McDonald's to come to when you're a larger party and want to sit altogether!The front area is clean and well-kept. The staff and manager have consistently been really nice and gave great service. Just as you would expect with McDonald's, they have plenty of free private parking lot. Nice proximity to the 55 Freeway.

Went here today and luckily there was no one in line because the kids were starving! The drive thru line was nice and I could hear the drive thru speaker nice and clear. Their system was down so it took a while for my order to be taken but no matter, the guy was friendly. Got all my items, I wish they had sweet tea but they were out.

Sweet tea great. Fries good with extra salt. Enjoyed fish filet sandwich but cheese a bit of a joke...translucent and only covered part of sandwich. I guess technically it "had cheese." Service to car excellent.

Came through the drive thru today for a quick meal and ordered through the app for the first time. Besides getting a little confused if I actually paid or not, I finally got my voice code to give the magic voice at the drive thru. I was then told to pull up to window #2. There were a couple cars in front of me and unfortunately, the car in front of me was taking a while. Looking in my rear-view mirror, someone at window #1 signally me to back up! There was a car behind me, but they were far enough away able to get within reach of the window and got my food! Great job!!! Sadly, the crispy chicken sandwich was more like a soggy chicken sandwich. I actually thought they gave me a grilled chicken patty, then realized it did have a coating, but just it wasn't very good. Chick-fil-A, Popeye's, and KFC have nothing to worry about. Now, McD's fries still rock regardless so that saved the day.

This is the closest McDonald's to my family and I and I just told my wife "done, never again!" They, more often than not, mess up the simplest of things. Pancake, no syrup and butter. That's like ordering a McChicken and forgetting the chicken... oh wait, that's happened twice. Breakfast burritos, no salsa packets. Coffee, no sugar. The list goes on and on. Never again. I'm over this place.

I got an oatmeal and they forgot to put me my fruit and raisin that come with it disappointed

How do you have employees that refuse counter service? $15+ hour to do nothing. The cashiers response to having to take an order should not be I can help you at the kiosk all orders have to be placed there. How do you pay CASH electronically? You don't. Not everyone pays with plastic.

As expected. Fast ordering and fast service. The food tasted like it should and I have no complaints about any of it.

Put in a mobile order and went through drive thru and they said they couldn't do my mobile order because the girls were off, mind you it's 11:08pm on December 30th 2024 just Incase the owner needs to know who was on shift. They close at 11:30pm. Even the car in front of us was attended to.

We ordered a Mc chicken, we drove home only to find there's no Chicken in the Mc Chicken....they put lettuce and mayo. Nothing else.... Cmon. This was November 19, 2024 at 8:30pm.
