McDonald's

Witnessed 2 older gentleman meeting up having lunch together. One of the employees was so attentive, took the EXTRA step to take one of the gentleman's order at the table. Even checked back with them multiple times. Made it feel like a local chain

Mcdonald's is a huge company, what I experience in one of their restaurants is irrelevant to their existence, but I hate staying quiet. I have to voice my opinion. Yes Starbucks is to some high priced cup of sugar, but when I order my drink online at Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Pete's Coffee or any other place in 10 minutes or less my coffee is on the counter waiting for me to pick up. Mcdonald's coffee is inexpensive something quick to pick up just coffee and cream but yet, they can't get the online order process together. So I am not sure if I'm wrong, but if someone orders online your ordering so by the time you get to the destination your coffee should be ready to go, curbside or counter, why would I have to wait 30 minutes, why do I have to call in and let someone know I'm outside for 30 minutes waiting for coffee and then you pour a cup of coffee and don't even do my order you just give it to me so I can shut the fuck up. What ever P.O.S employee did my order you should find another job, I was calm when I called you the next customer might walk in and get in your face. Come on Mcdonald's get your shit together hire more people that will tend to the online orders separate from your everyday in person shoppers. Times are changing and if you don't change with the times trust and believe you would loose more customers for simple coffee orders to those other expensive coffee shops. Your nasty food willkeep you up float but I'm sure more people are using online ordering than in person and the wait is much longer when you pre order than just standing idle at the drive thru. @Mcdonalds

It was my first time visiting this McDonald's on Chapman Ave. It wasn't very busy, only a car ahead of me. I use my McDonald's App to get the deal of filet o fish meal for $6.50. This includes a medium fry and medium drink. A great deal, for sure. The customer service was good, and the food tasted delicious. I give this location 4 stars . Keep up the great work, guys. Customers really appreciate it.

Drive Thru Experience1. The food was made just as well as the ones made at other location!2. The drive thru starts with a single lane split into two ordering station, and then they merge into a single lane for payment and pickup! The merging made the experience long!3. The staff were friendly!Note: The drive-thru may be long at 11:15 am on a Tuesday!

The coffee is water down,the taste is definitely not I use to get for regular coffee, I guess how they work when they got size mistake. And the coffee is not hot at all.

I arrive and order my coffee and a customer behind me has almost the same thing coffee just 1 number off sugers and screams so she rings me up I also used my McDonald's coffee code .1.09. She calls manager she sees the problem she gets upset ? Excuse me y are u giving ur employee a hard timeFor a simple mistake u don't need to make any rude comments infront of a customer especially one who now wouldn't wanna work for one if that's how she runs. Btw her name is Karina I feel sorry for her employees having to deal with her attitude day to day

I just went to Chapman Mc Donald's in Garden Grove asked for no pickles and extra mustard. Well both cheeseburgers had pickles in them, I have an allergy to pickles but I guess I should check before I bite...Service with the order was good, she even let me give my code at the cash window. PLEASE TELL YOUR FOOD PEOPLE TO READ ORDERS!!! Thank god I have my meds so I don't have a reaction.

McDonald's is unhealthy and that's why it's so cocolastic and fantastical but it always take an hour for my mobile pick up to be ready. Like sir I know all those college students came after me And then they have the audacity to give me so much honey mustard that I can do a 30 degree flip turn into a cartwheel on the beam and birth out Simone biles. There is a new employee, a man at the drive thru, that asks "Do you want to round up to help the kids foundation?" When you say no he responds and say ok I'll take that off. Now what makes a person thinking everyone should say yes, second when you say no what give the right to make that that person feel bad for not helping. Like everyone should be helping? McDonald should change there ways to get donations and not use negativity. Out of our tax money went to USAID, pentagon, homeless and migrants but with corruption it went to other people pockets. I have the right to donate my money to a foundation that I chose, no matter how small or big without being criticize! I'm just buying food and supporting my neighborhood businesses, there's tons of McDonalds and I don't have to be there!

Went to this Mcdonald's and by luck the line was short. I ordered the Chicken Big Mac because I wanted to try the new item and once I got home I received sadly the regular big mac. It even has the Chicken Big Mac label, whats the point of the label if it is not a barrier to avoid mistakes.
