I went in with little knowledge about Indian food but was told to try the vindaloo and fell in love! The lamb chops are so tender and flavorful also.They will give you recommendations if you want to explore eating Indian food outside of butter chicken lol

We were visiting the Corona Delmar state beach and wanted to try some Indian food. We had tikka masala and tandoori chicken. We didn't like the taste of masala sauce. It was more tomato flavor and felt the meat hard to chew on the both dishes. We enjoyed sitting inside and have our lunch. Food:3/5 Service:3/5

Very friendly service. Came on a sat night and almost every table was full - cozy atmosphere and very friendly service (just had to ask for water refills, wished they were more proactive). Portions were very reasonable. They do have chicken korma even though it's not on the menu. Husband found the potato chaat appetizer too sweet and didn't like it - I appreciated it. Tandoori mix was great, and chicken korma was delicious too.

What a great find that offers an authentic Indian dining experience in a prime location. From the warm greeting by Rahul and Manu to their exceptional service, our visit was delightful with our 11-month-old infant.The chicken and paneer tikka masala were flavorful and perfectly spiced, complemented by the best garlic and butter naan we've ever had. Every dish was a hit, showcasing quality and authenticity.Family-friendly and delicious, this place is a must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers. We can't wait to return!

Absolutely outstanding Indian food! I've traveled extensively in India and Indian food is my top favorite cuisine. Mayur was easily one of the two best and most authentic Indian food experiences I've ever had in the US. You can really taste the quality of the preparation and spices in each dish. I had the channa kabuli, which is somewhat similar to the chana masala that you might get at other Indian restaurants, but blew them all out of the water with the rich sauce and incredible spices. The garlic naan was also presented beautifully; had great texture with a nice butteriness without being oily. They accommodated my mom's request for shrimp in a tikka masala sauce which she loved, and she also enjoyed the unique sweet potato chaat appetizer. My dad raved about the lamb chops. Also have to mention that the service all night was impeccable from the moment we walked in; all of the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Manu was amazing and we really bonded with him over discussions of our travels in India and the food experiences we had there. We learned that the owner of Mayur also owns a restaurant in Delhi's Connaught Place which explains why the quality of the food is so authentic to what we experienced in India. Mayur also has a nicely decorated ambiance and there is a cool window to the kitchen where you can see the chef making naan. Overall amazing experience and can't wait to go back!

Let me tell you. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food and flavor was beyond delicious. I preferred the lamb chops and garlic non. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly with so much flavor. The also brought out a side of curry sauce for me to dip my lamb into and talk about an explosion of flavor. This may be the best Indian I've ever had. So much flavor, just do yourself a favor and come here. Service was very friendly and lovely

You're going to love this chaat! Sweet potatoes, tamarind, herbs, perfection in every bite. I felt like I time traveled back to New Delhi. Chicken Tika and of course the Palak paneer. The cheese was so fresh and delicious. The server was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back to CDM to get more. I'm actually starting to get hungry again from writing this review. I don't think there was one grain of rice left when I was done. It's a romantic spot so I'd suggest it for Valentine's Day or a first date. Perfect, quiet spot where you can dine by candlelight. I hope someone invites me to go back.

Incredible, fresh Indian food! We came on Christmas Day and tried the Sweet Potato Chaat, Saag Paneer, and Tikka Masala. Prices are high but this far superior to your average strip mall Indian food. I was blown away by the Sweet Potato Chaat. The tamarind chutney on the sweet potatoes had such an incredible, sweet and fragrantly spiced flavor.The restaurant is fresh and clean and very intimate. Service is very friendly, if slow, but that was probably because of the holiday. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I was actually here attending a corporate event years ago & it's a beautiful space with delicious food. However, yesterday my friend & I popped in for a cup of chai & it was their hospitality that completely blew me away. They were so kind & generous, the chai was delicious & left my friend & I feeling super happy & fulfilled so, thank you!

I thought I wasn't into Indian cuisine until I came to Mayur, now I am obsessed. The whole staff is incredibly nice, they are a big family and they make you feel like you are part of them. Everytime me and my boyfriend go we are treated with such love! Apart from this, the food is STUPID GOOD. Everything gives me a Ratatouille moment with fireworks and everything. Highly recommend it, it is such a cozy spot for a first date or for a millionth date. Lots of love to Anju, Vij, Janvi and the whole team.
