had a chance to visit this place while in town over the weekend. it was suggested by a friend whose a local. very glad we took in her suggestion.it was around 11:45 for lunch and it wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. We ordered hummus, bread and the chicken kabob platter with a greek salad to share (we were told the serving sizes were enough to share and if your appetite isn't crazy, you can definitely get away sharing a platter.) the music playing made it feel very pulled together with the style of food we enjoyed. Hope to visit again if we're ever in town.

We're new to the area and found this place based on other Yelp reviews. We decided to order takeout from here for our visiting family, who are all pretty particular about Persian food, and it was a hit. We ordered the family combo for 4 people and were impressed by the generous portion sizes. The koobideh kabob (ground beef) was delicious, the barg kabob (filet) was very tender and juicy, and we all really liked the chicken tender and chicken koobideh as well. The rice portion was extremely large, I felt bad because we wasted so much of it. My only complaint is that the yogurt sides we ordered we were very small, probably meant for 1-2 people, not a family of 8. I wish they would have told me that over the phone so I would've ordered more, or at least offered a larger size for the yogurt sides. Overall their food was delicious and good quality, we will order from here again!

Found this place on yelp as it was near where I was and I had a craving for kabobs. It wasn't too busy since it was a Wednesday early evening and there was ample parking. I walked in and the decor/ambiance was very nice - posh even. Velvet chairs, table cloths and a full liquor bar. Ordered a beef and chicken kobedia kebab plate which came with salad and rice on a plate fit for a king - easily could've fed two or maybe three people. Daniel the owners son who was serving me was very nice and let me hang out while I worked and ate. This place is great and I'd definitely come back.

Best falafel sandwich I've ever had! The flavor and texture of the falafel was perfect. Our server was very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and has an outdoor patio too. A little pricey, but portions are huge. I had the other half of my sandwich for dinner. I will definitely be back to try other dishes on their menu.

M Cafe has good Persian pizza and fries, but needs improvement in ambience and service. Their kabob is average and I don't recommend it.

If you haven't had Persian pizza you're missing out because it might be better than Italian pizza! I came here for my friends birthday party and it was filled with great music, fun dancing, and lots of laughter. It feels like being at a club without being at a club which was perfect for me. The place was full and despite there only being two waiters to address all the people in the restaurant, they deserve a shoutout because they did fantastic and still got everyone's food order correct and within a reasonable time given the circumstances. I would like ownership to consider having more staff so it's not overwhelming for the workers on busy nights. Looking forward to coming back.

Tonight we had dinner at one of the nicest Iranian restaurants in OC! The place is nicely decorated with great service. Nima our server was very attentive and hospitable. The food was truly awesome! I had the koobideh kebab served with rice & roasted tomato and my husband had koobideh & chicken kebab with rice & roasted tomato. For desert we had the most delicious saffron ice cream with pistachios. All through dinner beautiful music was playing. We will definitely be back. I recommend this restaurant to all food lovers! Best deal!!

The kebabs were perfectly grilled, juicy, and tender. Top quality.everything I tried was bursting with authentic flavors.

The food is absolutely amazing, and the service, along with the management, is truly exceptional. We've been loyal customers for several years, and without exaggeration, this place has consistently exceeded our expectations. We love the ambiance too. Highly recommend!
