I know, this is chain restaurant, but been meaning to give it a try. And for chains, I expect "middle of the road" quality and taste, especially for a-typical foods like mediterranean.This place was good, might I say above average? I just did... because I believe it is.I had the chicken plate with rice and hummus. Chicken and rice was well cooked and tasty. Hummus? Mmmmmm... not my favorite, but still good.Go here.

We usually DoorDash from Luna Grill Anaheim once every month or two when we are in the mood for good Mediterranean food but don't feel like going out. I tried something different tonight and ordered the Bistro Beef kabob plate. It was good, but I'll go back to my normal chicken kabob and koobideh kabob plate from now on which is better in my opinion and definitely more filling for just a few dollars more. Their basmati rice is excellent and tied for my favorite with one other place. The pita bread is also very good and I always get a side of tzatziki. The house salad is always nice and fresh although they seem to have started using a prepackaged dressing, perhaps to cut costs. I liked the old snap top plastic container of dressing they used to provide better. My girlfriend always enjoys the grilled salmon plate.

While in town for a business trip we stopped by Luna Grill and it was some of the best food we enjoyed during the trip. You order at the counter and then seat yourself where available. Service is very friendly and the food comes out super quick. The lemon chicken kebab was a bit dry but the flavor was great. The salmon was incredible! I would order the bowl I had over and over again. The restaurant is clean, neat, and offers seating both inside and outside. Enjoy!
