I stopped by recently and ordered Combo #11, which comes with two fish tacos, rice, and beans--and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.The fish tacos were perfectly crispy on the outside while staying flaky and tender inside. Each bite was packed with fresh flavors, topped with crisp cabbage, creamy sauce, and a squeeze of lime that brought everything together. The rice and beans were solid, adding to the authentic and satisfying meal.For the price, portion, and quality, this spot is unbeatable. It's the kind of place that keeps you coming back for more. I have been here quite a few times as I frequent this shopping center often. To me, the food is kind of mediocre. I will say that the best day to go is on Taco Tuesday due to the deals.They have a good variety of tacos, but they do seem to run out of items early, especially on Taco Tuesday. I personally do not believe that these are the best fish tacos in the OC. They are good, but honestly, I feel like Holy Mole's and Taco Factory is both better than here. I will say that the taco size and portion are really big, hard to finish any more than about 3 tacos at one sitting. Also, their fish tacos only come fried, no grilled ones which can be a problem for those on a fried food restricted diet or just a personal preference. The Carne Asada was ok, the Al Pastor was a bit greasy to all 4 of us that went. Chicken was dry, overcooked. Beans tasted like out of a can and not fresh.I think that it is worth going to try this place for yourself. I don't think that you will find it to be mind-blowing good, but a decent casual stop if you are in the shopping center anyway. Hope you find this review useful.

Amazing Baja fish tacos! Their salsas are perfectly spicy. Staff was friendly and I'm so happy i found a new local place to support

We came here to see if the fish taco was really a contender for "Best Fish Taco" in Orange County... If it's not the best then it is very, very close to the best... nice crispy deep fried piece of fish in a soft tortilla with a wonderful sauce on top of lettuce and cabbage. Prices are totally reasonable and service is great. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu!

Amazing cozy taco shop. The works greet you like family. Food is top notch and pure to the taste. Will return again to try more of the menu!

This is a good place in old town Tustin. We came here from Laguna and the referral was not a joke. We arrived and the place was clean - I always find that as a good sign. The food was great. Their fish taco is soo good (good batter and not fishy) and the quesadilla is ok (it looks more like a burrito). Thank you for a great service

These are single handedly the best fish tacos i've had from a restaurant outside of Mexico period!!!! All the flavors are so well balanced and delicious I was so happy before and even happier after eating these! Service is fairly standard and the ambiance is that of a traditional mexican restaurant in your neighborhood, so it's really all about the flavor of the food. 10/10 so happy I came here !!!

Los cojitas. Located next to oc good will and the corner donut shop. The tacos are soft and also has crunchy tacos.. sauces are very flavorful.The establishment is a family friendly with outdoor patio seating and also indoor. Friendly service, great Spanish music and good decor vibes. Will return again soon! Get fish tacos and their crunchy, also has soft tacos. With asada is top notch! .The red sauce is superb! Spicy! Also green!

I hate to be that person that walks in 10 minutes before closing but my mom and I wanted one fish taco each and I asked the worker named Elijah if it was ok to order and he said yes. He even allowed us to sit few minutes to eat our tacos. The fish tacos are one of the best here but this review goes to Elijah for outstanding customer service he was very kind to my mom as well. Thank you so much we will be back for sure . Everything was spotless and clean .

I would sacrifice my life for this Taco Shop. This is my favorite place on Earth, if anything happened to it I think I would die. This is the greatest Taco Shop in Orange County and I would duel anyone who disagrees. I love Los Cotijas more than I like myself. The food is perfect, the staff is perfect, the so too is the ambience. I love Los Cotijas.
