We spent the last weekend of 2024 at Great Wolf Lodge, rolling with four parents, four small boys, a newborn girl, and a grandma. Dining was not our top priority, and we'd heard going in that the food was bad, even for an indoor water park. I didn't have high expectations for Lodge Wood Fired Grill, and was mostly grateful that we had a place to sit and eat with a party of ten.I believe Lodge is the nice restaurant in Great Wolf Lodge, and the space was pleasant enough, a semi-enclosed area on the lobby floor. Seating was plentiful and service was friendly and fast. The ambiance was the Great Wolf Lodge ambiance, great for kids and families if not entirely relaxing. We got a bottle of cabernet from a list consisting entirely of wines sold at Ralph's. It did what it needed to do.The food was fine, so actually better than expected. I got the Nashville hot fried chicken, and it was edible, with Carolina coleslaw, pickles, and mayo on a brioche bun, with a side of buttermilk ranch. The chicken was crispy and legitimately spicy. Similar reports from the other adults, who had steak frites and the braised short rib bolognese. Nothing great, but all serviceable. The kids fared okay too. Mac and cheese, pasta, chicken tenders, fries. All the major food groups, plus the odd piece of carrot or celery.Would I consider eating at Lodge Wood Fired Grill if I weren't trapped inside Great Wolf Lodge? Of course not. But it was an easy place for dinner, and the food was at least as good as it had to be. I have a feeling I'll be eating there again.

We decided to have one nice dinner during our vacation and came here. The food was delicious! The service was good and everything came out right away. They have quite a few tables but it could get busy. I booked a reservation through Yelp and had no problem being seated right away. The food is on the pricier side but very good. It was definitely a nice place with good food and would definitely eat here again. I shared the chicken and pasta with my sister and both were delicious. The portions are also very big. For the kids they had a great selection which was nice.

Service from Robin was great. She had no issues checking on ingredients for our good allergies. She was so kind that our youngest drew her a picture and gave it to her. Their fries are cooked in a frier all alone in canola oil. Their gluten-free buns contain soy. The girls and ai all had burgers and fries lettuce wrapped. The bartender was making some yummy peach old fashions, and they were good! Pricey, but that's the way it is now. The fries were good and crispy. The hamburgers we decent. No complaints. Service couldn't have been better.

Located at the lobby level of Great Wolf Lodge, this is one of just a few dining choices on the premises. The menu consists of several familiar choices, such as grilled salmon or shrimp, steak & fries, bacon cheeseburger, pasta, salads and ribs among other selections. There's also a section for appetizers and desserts. Drinks include lemonades, mocktails and cocktails. Of course, there's a kid's menu so this place caters to the whole family. Our server was pretty nice, always smiling and took care of our requests quickly. Although I only tried a few items from the menu, the feedback was consistent, everything was good. The nachos were quite heavy but I like the short rib that was smothering all over it. The short rib bolognese pasta was ok. I think they should've stuck with meatballs instead of shredded bbq meat. The butcher's bacon cheeseburger was a hit. It was big, meaty with plenty of bacon and cane with a side of addicting parm garlic fries. After hours of playing in the water park area, you're sure to work up an appetite, and this restaurant will fill your empty belly up.

We decided to stay in the great wolf lodge for dinner. No wait at 7:30p on a Thursday. All dishes came out great. I recommend the hummus, meatball garlic bread, and power green salad. The cauliflowers were cooked in curry and tasted so good! Usually I get raw cauliflower with hummus, so this is a treat. The meatballs are so tender. Service was attentive and friendly. We also had a birthday celebration and got a cupcake on the house!

This is a restaurant located inside Great Wolf, so they appropriately offer a kids' menu and coloring activities to keep children entertained. We visited during the weekend and waited about 10 minutes without a reservation, but we were not bored thanks to the small shows happening around us. The food was affordable and decent in taste, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

The Lodge Wood Fired Grill is a restaurant located in the Great Wolf Lodge. During our family's vacation, we decided to have dinner at the Lodge Wood Fired Grill. We didn't need reservations on a Tuesday evening and were seated immediately. The team member came over and provided us menus. My daughter was supplied with crayons and a paper to color! The ambiance is cool. It has a outdoor theme like you're in a cabin or lodge. A lot of dishes looked great! Ultimately, we decided to order the followingKids Meal:Chocolate Milkshake Kids Spaghetti, meatballs, strawberries and French fries.A Beet Salad Hot ChocolateTomato Pasta with Grilled Chicken and BasilThe chocolate milkshake and the hot chocolate took about 5 minutes to arrive to the table. My daughter did not like the chocolate milkshake. It tasted like a slush, ice and chocolate. Another family that was sitting next us also mentioned the same thing about their chocolate milkshake. The hot chocolate was Swiss Miss with whipped cream on top. I'd recommend not order either drinks. After waiting about 15 minutes, our entrees arrived at the table. The beet salad was not appetizing. The beets were large chunks and there was nothing else added to the salad. The Pasta was pretty good though. The chicken was tender and juicy, but lacked flavor. The pasta had plenty of cheese, and basil added to it. My daughter enjoyed her meal and ate pretty much all of it except for the strawberries. This restaurant is decent if you plan on not leaving the Great Wolf Lodge. It's open late as well. The team member assisting our table was awesome! If you're able to go off the property though, I'd recommend going to other restaurants for a better meal.

The layout of the restaurant is what you would expect for the great wolf lodge. The vegetarian options were lacking and for the dishes that were ordered like the steak weren't cooked right. Best thing was the loaded fries and the desserts.

Decided to eat here instead of leaving the Lodge. We had a very short wait time and the food came out within a reasonable time. For being in a water park atmosphere, the food, service and ambiance was good . I got the oven roasted Chicken and my husband got the braised short rib pasta. We also got a side of fries for the little one as well as a side of Mac and Cheese. The food was a good size and had good flavor. Would not mind eating here again the next time we visit.
