Loaded cafe is located in a fairly large shopping center so parking is pretty easy to find. Overall, The staff were super friendly and welcoming when I came in! So that was much appreciated! The ambiance was laid back they close pretty early so I was the only one there I believe they close at 4 during the weekdays but I would call to confirm . The food was on point I ordered a machaca burrito and the quality and the taste were both there . The price point was also reasonable as well. Overall check them out if your around the area !

ALERT CHARGE CARD SURCHARGE RESTAURANT A gf suggested here for a brunch lunch. Thankfully the parking is free and there were plenty of parking spaces in the small shopping center lot. I was kinda excited to eat here and give our business to a locally owned and run business. I got there early for lunch. There were plenty of places to sit. They had me wait 10 minutes before they got one of the several available tables for me. Once there but no warning on their website, they charge extra for not paying cash. Thankfully, I had some with me. Prices are about average for a coffee shop. The juices and frescas all looked good on the menu. The Mexican fare on the menu looked good. We had come wanting eggs. I went with their Classic Breakfast. Our server was nice. She asked me how I wanted my eggs. Fried not scrambled. Sunny side up. Medium. Just please the one thing I didn't want is two eggs hard. Guess what I got? It would have taken half the time we had to fix it. I just took them. Hash browns were nicely crispy. The link sausages run a tad on the small side. Still, good taste. Then the bill came. I'd requested from the start for separate checks and verified they could. 1 check was presented. She fixed it. Then we say the surcharge was already added. When I said I'd paying cash, would she please remove it so my records would show accurately. She then stood and said. "Where's your cash?!". So, apparently, I'm to have offered to pay cash while we were clearly still eating. Trying to eat. I paid cash. Gave her an extra bill to break so I could tip her. She brought me the break of my bill but not my change. Took a bit to get my change. Double check your bill with your phone calculator that tax is on the food. not the food plus surcharge. The pre written suggested tip were based on total food, surcharge, and tax. It's supposed to be on the food only. I won't be returning. For breakfast food and stuff, Farmer Boys is 10x better with friendlier and better service. Go there instead.

Cute ambiance, smaller Denny's vibes. The server was nice, and checked in often. Food was pretty good, I got the chicken guacamole stacker and my husband got the asada omelet chilaquiles. But by far my fave thing was the habanero sriracha sauce they had on the table. Will def be back.

I have been here on many occasions and I usually order their chilaquiles because that sauce that is served on top is very delicious and addicting. Prices are a bit up there for a casual establishment that's comparable to Denny's and Norms, but I've noticed that they now have some affordable daily specials that are quite tasty. Service is good. I get seated or helped out almost right away. I don't wait too long for my order either. I like that this is just a few minutes from where I live.

It was very soothing and calm inside and the AC really worked its magic through the heat wave. The menu was extraordinary ! They have amazing items I need to come back and try. The cake shakes are something I'd heard about on a comedy show, so it was a pleasant surprise to see they serve these here. Never seen anywhere else in Santa Ana. We also got a free warm conchita while we waited ! Jasmine was our server, she was extremely kind and very attentive while we were enjoying our meal. I got the country biscuits and gravy which was so yummy, but the gravy was a little runny/thin for my liking. Everything else was so delicious. I will most definitely be coming back!
