Loaded cafe is kind of one of those diner places we're you get good food for good prices . This one was located in Santa Ana in a big shopping center . Parking is super easy so it shouldn't be a problem . They do close pretty early not sure what time just make sure to follow up . The service is ok not the best but not bad . Ambiance is laid back and chill overall if your around the area and want breakfast and brunch check them out y'all!

Seating was fairly quick for a Saturday afternoon.The waitress was attentive in the beginning. The food came out timely but my egg was missing from the Classic breakfast. They brought out two eggs and I thought, "Oh that's nice, they gave extra." However, when I reviewed the check they charged me for the egg that was supposed to come with the meal, that I never received AND for the two eggs that were brought to me after I told them. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and she argued with me. I am not a confrontational person so we just paid the bill and left. Well, that was a weird experience. Needless to say, we'll never go back. Good thing we don't live in the area. The service was not great and neither was the food but the dessert food was decent.I wanted to close this by saying that the man, I think he was the manager, was very nice. I did receive a free crepe by writing this review so I think I'll bump it up to another star instead of one just for him. He seemed extremely busy which is why I didn't further my complaint in-person.

Parking is great, the interior is spacious, and the food is decent. I had the chicken enchilada plate along with the horchata agua fresca on an empty stomach and it was enough to fill me up. There was nothing too special about it, but it got the job done. I might order something else next time, though. We thought they stopped serving Conchas, so I asked the server about it. It turns out they weren't able to serve them to us because it got really busy. The server kindly gave them to us at the end. The booths surrounding us were a bit untidy and had a scraps of food on the ground. Otherwise an all right place.

Came here for brunch and ordered the asada chilaquiles, strawberry krunch pancakes, and coffee trio. The coffee was flavorful like any typical coffee, nothing unique besides it being in a flight. The chilaquiles definitely had a bigger kick than expected. I enjoyed the crunch of the chips and the asada was tender. I wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price. The pancakes were a letdown. They tasted a little dry and needed some more cream or sweetness to imitate the ice cream. Not sure if I'll be back but I do appreciate the Mexican flair to the brunch items!
