LAN Noodle

ordered takeout for a friend and i bc we were hungry and wanted food ASAP and ended up being able to eat in the restaurant. we were given water, which we weren't expecting but appreciated! we ordered the chili oil wide noodle and the pan fried dumplings, and even though we came a bit later than our pick-up time the bottoms of the dumplings were still crispythe food was sooo good. exactly what i was craving! i even saved the leftover chili oil because it was so good. we also watched how quickly the chefs prepared food and hand-pulled the noodles, and we were impressed. if i'm ever in the area, i will definitely come back!

Came here 7PM on a Saturday and we were able to be seated immediately. Good variety of options, and you can choose what kind of noodles you want with the dishes. The space inside is clean and quite spacious. My favorite was the big chicken plate--had a great kick to it, the chicken was tender, and the wide flat noodles were freshly made with the perfect chew. Slight watch out though--there were some shards of chicken bone in the dish, so chew carefully. The service was fast, food authentic, and portion sizes were large--we ordered three noodle dishes for four people and still had some left over. Plenty of parking in the lot.

I love the wide flat hand-pulled noodles with their spicy beef noodle soup. I've ordered takeout from LAN Noodles several times now and every time the noodle soups are comforting and delicious. You can either call to place your order over the phone or you can place an order through their website. I love the convenience. In the plaza, parking right in front of the restaurant is limited due to the Tesla superchargers. I usually park a little further away and walk over to grab my order. I love that the restaurant packs the noodles and broth separately so the noodles don't get soggy or soak up too much of the broth before we can enjoy it.

Don't think I've ever had Lanzhou style noodles, but it was pretty good.I got the LAN signature noodles, medium spicy, and I asked the lady what's the best cut of noodles and I think she gave me the thicker round cut noodles. It was pretty spicy, but the noodles were chewy and had a good texture on them. You can tell that it was hand pulled noodles. Also contained some tender pieces of beef that were pretty tasty.Lots of different stuff on the menu. I think the signature noodle was pretty good, but a little too spicy for me. I'll try something else next time and it's a really good meal to warm you up on a chilly day.

I love a good noodle soup, especially one with hand-pulled noodles. Lanzhou cuisine is not a cuisine with which I have familiarity, but I wanted to try it as LAN Noodle was raved for their hand-pulled noodles.The space seats 20 people, with tables not too cramped. Staff is nice and friendly. Food comes out relatively fast. I have had their Lan Noodle with wide flat noodles, which was good but I ordered it without spice. Their mustard green beef noodle soup (spicy) was delicious. Their mustard green has a nice pickle flavour, and the soup was delicious, bringing out flavours in the daikon, cilantro, and garlic green.I am a fan and would recommend LAN Noodle.

Genuinely, the noodles are great. They offers various noodle sizes to choose from. The signature Lan noodle was definitely hearty meal on a cold night. The soup was savory, and the slight kick of spice really warms you right up. The tomato egg noodle was also rich in flavor, there was a lot of juice and every strings of noodle is covered with the juice. However, the potato was extremely underwhelming in terms of portion and flavor. The spicy slice potato is simply JUST potato slice mix with spicy sauce, which does not justify the price.The waitress was also very attentative and immediately noticed that we are ready to order before we had the chance to calll her.With that being said, the only reason why I am giving a 3 star is only because the pitcher (water container) is just unsanitary... The cap looks filthy and unwashed.

It was a chilly sprinkling afternoon so my boyfriend and I decided to get some soup. We decided to check out this location of Lan Noodle. The interior looked cleaner and more modern than the Arcadia location. They still have the freshly made hand torn noodles, especially entertaining for the kiddos to watch. We both went with the Combo B ($18.99) which comes with the Signature Lan Noodles, Tea Egg, Soft Drink, and a Veggie Appetizer. My boyfriend went with the thinnest round noodles mild, and I got the wide flat mild. The mild here is still pretty spicy. Be warned! For the veggie sides, we shared the smashed cucumbers and shredded potatoes. The soup was delicious and there was a decent amount of beef slices in the soup. The noodles were made fresh to order, and executed flawlessly. Loooove their noodles. The tea egg had a nice floral note, assuming they used a floral tea soak for the egg. Mhmm... So good. Exactly what I needed for the cold weather. I probably would have sipped even more of the soup if it wasn't so spicy. I really like that the veggie from the combo added a cool crunchy element to the overall meal. The soft drink were canned soda, so we shared one and took the other one home. Service was straightforward, no frills, got the job done. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area craving a quality bowl of noodle soup!

Had the spicy beef noodles and I loved it. It's hard to say which component of the soup was the star when every was great. The service was fast and it was really cool to be able to watch the cooks pulling noodles fresh for your order.

Excellent hand-made noodles. The soup (medium spicy) could have had more depth to the broth but was still very tasty. The big plate chicken was unique and probably our favorite thing we ordered. Sides of shredded potato, pickled cabbage and beef tendon were also good to snack on. Only dish that was a bit disappointing was the chinese burger as the pastry was dry and the meat was not juicy enough to offset it

This place is on the smaller size, but the food here packed tons of flavor. Authentic chinese noodle soups that were both spicy and flavorful. Their popcorn chicken was amazing, it was super crunchy and had amazing flavor as well. Service was quick and the workers were nice and helpful. They don't check up on your table often, but it's enough where ur water is always refilled and flings are taken off the table. There's no music in the store, so most noise is just people talking in the store.
