La Super Birria

After a long weekend! La Super Birria hits the spot ! The meat very well done and the consume is bomb! The handmade tortillas are fresh and very tasteful. The salsa they provide also is a good kick on the tacos. I recommend this place 100% ! The service was very well attended and very kind people. The music was enjoyable.

If you're a birria lover like me, you have to try this place. The meat was so tender and melt in your mouth and it was greatly complimented by the sturdy hand made corn tortillas. As I dipped the tacos into the rich consome broth the flavors intensified even more! It was salty, a little spicy, and tangy, basically a flavor explosion in your mouth. It was delicious overall. No complaints

TLDR: Maybe I don't like Birria so while I have zero complaints about LSB, I personally didn't care for this branch of Mexican cuisine. That being said, LSB has a lot of seating, it's clean, friendly, and has a lot to offer. Food quality is good. If you like Birria, maybe this is the best! The food was wholesome and good thanks to the amazing service we got from the chef. It was a rainy day and he went above and beyond with service and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Most definitely coming back. Random stop, but itsywell worth it. I love Birria! && the fact that my daughter wanted seconds was a plus for me. Quesabirria is where it's at. Outta my way, but I'll be back! Update:Went back again yesterday & took the whole family. Great service & the food is fire! The place is clean well kept & very presentable. I will be coming back again & again.

The girl at the front counter was very friendly and had great recommendations! I got the quesabirria taco plate[3 birria tacos with cheese] super delicious! I am very picky with meat quality, and i had zero complaints on this meat. Very tender, and flavorful. The music is a bit loud, but not non-enjoyable.Would definitely recommend!

Best super birria ! Went for lunch and the customer service is top tier i don't usually leave reviews but they went above and beyond to make sure we were okay And checking in !! And the chicharrons is a great touch ! Muchas gracias la birria chingona !

Been a fan of LA Super Birria since discovering the Santa Ana location (when it was still a candy/party store).Every Birria place I visit has to have the same standards as La Super BirriaI've been to the Long Beach location and now am very excited Stanton has finally opened.Quality is the same. Every Birria fan needs to give this place a try.

Had their Quesatacos. 100% recommend super yummy & juicy! also came with consomé. vibes were great too
