The chef owner greeted us as soon as we entered which I really appreciated. When we walked in, three booths were taken so that looked promising. However, the first red flag though was the chips and salsa. The salsa came in 2 small containers and were half full. The flavor was great though! It also came with beans which were also really good. But my family, we go through at least 2 trays of chips and about 4 bowls of salsa before our entrees hit the table so we knew that this place would be scarce with the salsa. Not good. We asked for more salsa and a lot of it. The waitress, who was really kind, brought one container. So we got less!Later she brought two more and 2 tiny containers of red salsa. She said they ran out of green salsa. How?! The place wasn't even packed!Second red flag was the menu seemed limited and pasta was on the menu. We came for Mexican food, so we want to see those options and combinations. However, the owner also caters so those dishes may be options to boost catering opportunities. Third red flag, we ordered water, but bussing tables was more important than servicing. I ordered enchiladas, my daughter ordered the filete de pescado, and my husband ordered the birria plate. My enchiladas were delicious! One was shredded beef and the other was cheese. I typically do not like shredded beef anything but this was jammin. The rice and beans were also delicious. My husband enjoyed his dish, but my daughter did not like her fish. She said it was undercooked. In summary, the salsa and food flavors are great (minus the undercooked fish), however, the scarce portions and lack of quality service knocked off two stars.

Open for breakfast. Amazing chips, fish tacos, and chilaquiles. wish they had a table outside since we have a dog but the food is delicious.

Actually just discovered this little gem not too long ago and am glad to have done so. It's super close to my house and they serve pozole and menudo during the week (which is the whole reason I found this spot in the first place)! All the food was delicious, you can tell the chef takes pride in his work. If you dine in, they serve you chips with salsa and DELICIOUS beans.

Best Bean and Cheese burrito! Beans are de la olla, perfect cheese amount, not too little, not too much. Flower tortilla was homemade. Red salsa was perfect.

Great hole in the wall mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Authentic Mexican food, feels like my mom's home cooking. There's no menu, specials are written on wax paper and taped to wall. We had fish tacos, made fresh to order handmade tortillas. 2 sopes also made fresh to order handmade sope! And 2 azteca tacos. Everything was flavored perfectly, it's no gourmet, it's mom's home cooking from the rancho. Will definitely be back, so happy I found this spot.

I ordered the tortitas de camaron and let me tell youuuu! It was DELICIOUS. Wow! Will definitely keep on coming back.

Food it's delicious very good customer service they're always friendly good price ! And the place it's clean if you want to eat there it's nice ! Or if you want to takeout it's good timing! I highly recommend this place!!

Bean and Cheese plus salsa verde and red/orange. Amazing. I'm definitely trying some of the other food listed on menu. The service what on point, I ordered through GrubHub and the time was good, patience is a virtue! Totally recommend this restaurant.

This use to be my go to place for taco Tuesday when I worked near by. We loved the fish tacos and the grilled onions on top of them. Went back this week and man was I surprised. Tacos have shrank significantly. Now they are bite size. Literally one bite and you can fit the whole taco in your mouth. Still great flavor but for the price, it's dent worth it. Won't be going back anymore. Another thing, it's extremely hot in there. Do not recommend eating in.
