La Machetera

The food truck came again to my place at Eagle Canyon, last night between 5pm and 8pm. They really have great tacos for a reasonable price. I ordered the three taco combo plate which includes 3 tacos, rice and beans for $10.00. I got two chicken and 1 steak. they come ithe onions and silantra on soft rolled tortillas. They really are yum yum.They had good covid safety measures, which it easy to order and get my food. Overall, another good meal. Thx for traveling around to housing communities.

Seriously amazing nachos that are layered perfectly so the chips stay crunchy! I was so impressed with them and the freshly grated cheese that melted the way they are supposed to (verses the pre-shredded processed cheese that separates into a greasy mess). Theirs is where quality ingredients clearly make a huge difference in not just the flavor, but from making the chips soggy and greasy! The chicken taquitoes were so good they didn't even last for a photo! They too were perfectly Golden and had a chicken and cheese filling that made them all the better!Can't wait to enjoy this food truck again!

I've never in my life only had ONE taco for lunch...until today. The 29" machete is no joke. Not only is it enormous it is also DELICIOUS. I'm not really sure how they make that 29" corn tortilla but it's amazing.

A friend and I ate at this food truck when it was parked at the Trademark Brewery last night.He ordered the nachos with chicken and I ordered the california style burrito.My burrito was a decent size, had a good amount of meat and the fries were a great texture. For the price, I wish it was a bit larger, but that's me just reaching. I also wish they offered hot sauces.His nachos were massive. It was definitely something two people could share unless you have a large appetite. The chicken tasted good, and the avocado puree had a nice taste to it, as well. He really enjoyed his nachos.I put up a picture of the menu for reference.

First time here, We ordered a "Mixcoac" Machete which was great one 29 inch machete fed 3 and had left overs! Definitely coming back!

Nice food truck. Was setup outside my apartment complex and I hope they show up again soon. I had the chicken flautas and two carne asada tacos. Flautas were nice and crisp and the chicken had good flavor. Tacos were good as well and were not greasy.I thought about going back out for a second serving.

The food was delicious, I never had this before, drive from downtown LA to this restaurant to try it and it was delicious

This truck came to our complex, so we decided to try them out. They came at 11AM and we decided to have it for dinner. We went out there at 7PM and by that time they were sold out of mostly everything. I'm not a huge fan of Al pastor but since they were sold out of asada, my husband and I shared a Cali burrito with al pastor and an al pastor taco. I was not disappointed! The Cali burrito was so delicious. They had some type of sauce inside that made it super flavorful and juicy. It was not all dried out like some other Cali burritos that I've had in the pass. They had ran out of green salsa and we were lucky enough to get the last red salsa. I love my food spicy and that salsa added just the right amount of spice. I'd definitely recommend this food truck.

I got the taco plate and it had ZERO flavor, no seasoning at all. I got 2 asada and 1 chicken and if my eyes were closed I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell you which one was chicken and which one was asada. Also, they didn't have any salsa on the little ledge either.I mean I know what a street taco is but these things were so tiny they should call them Alley tacos. I got 3 bite sized no flavor tacos and a table spoon of beans and rice and it was only $13.00. What a deal

First time here we ordered the 1/2 LB of barbacoa de borrego came with fresh made tortillas, food is very authentic! Highly recommend!
