La Birria Loca

Delicious!!!!! We got the quesatacos, and birria tacos, and consome! Everything was fresh hot and delicious! I love that the consome wasn't greasy! Good size portions! Next time I'm getting the ramen and pizza!

Great food but hour/location is so unreliable. Second time I drove a long way and they are not there.

I've always heard the best tacos were in Santa Ana and WOOOW they did not disappoint. I first came here with my friend because we were craving birria tacos and the worker was super helpful because we had no idea how to order lol. We ended up getting 3 quesatacos each and sharing a medium consome. The medium consome came with plain tortillas and consome had extra meat in it as well!They have taco tuesday deals that are $10 for 4 soft tacos + consome/drink or $10 for 3 quesatacos + consime/drink. Their taco tuesday deals were SO WORTH IT. I will 100% be back!!

This is a food truck which I 10/10 recommend! Parking is easy since it's parked right next to a Superior Grocers parking lot. The guy running the truck is super nice and gives recommendations. They have quesadillas, tacos, burritos, plates, tortas, ramen, and aguas frescas. Quesataco - so good! Seasoning of the meat was perfect. It wasn't too salty or flavorless. The meat was moist. They drizzle some consome on top of the taco before they give it to you unlike some birria places. The cheese was melts and gooey. delicious!Birria taco - my friend got the birria taco and said it one of his favorites for the same reason I like the quesa tacos.Both tacos came with a green and orange sauce. Orange sauce was more spicy and the green was more tangy. Can't go wrong coming here! If I'm in the area I would definitely come back. There were also other food trucks parked in the area as well.

My favorite quesatacos in Santa Ana! They are absolutely delicious, full of flavor and that green salsa is on point. The service is always fast and friendly.

Omg this place is so good. I had birria a few times already I never liked it too much since the taco shell was always soft or with cheese it was overly salty but the queso taco dorado was perfect the cheese didn't make it too salty. I forgot to order consome since I was using to it sometimes coming with order so make sure to order that even without it the taco was more than juicy and flavorful enough. Full of flavor, not too salty, crispy cheese, and shell. I suddenly understand the birria craze. We had it doordashed from Santa Ana to Irvine it was still crispy and hot. Definely would order again.

I stumbled upon this place because it had five stars and was the closest place to get a quick bite while I waited for the dentist to finish with my girlfriend. I'm so glad I did. I haven't had a taco this good in at least thirty years. I got 4 and I could eat another 4 on a full stomach. I will definitely be back again soon. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so impressed by this food truck I had to do it. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu but I will always get at least one taco with whatever else I try. It reminds me of the taquerias that started opening up back in the 80s and 90s. I gave up the search for a place with food like this along time ago because food this good just doesn't exist anymore. You have to try this place. their tacos are out of this world. If I could give them ten stars I would Thank you for the best tacos in town!

Food was so good! Omg. The tacos were a nice size. I got three tacos durados for under $10. I wished they're we fried harder in more oil. The only think I would say I didn't like is how you have to drive in this warehouse type parking lot to find the truck. Food was A1 though

The food was pretty good! The customer service from the young man that helped us was phenomenal! Great place! Delicious food!
