My favorite Korean spicy Chicken- Red sauce. I have been coming to Kyochon (LA location) since 2011. Crispy skin with perfect amount of red sauce, organic so meat and skin is a great ratio. Taste like no other spicy chicken out there, 14 years it's still my #1.BUT IF YOU ORDER RICE, I SUGGEST YOU REQUEST TO HAVE IT ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME WITH YOUR FOOD. This is not the first location where I ordered rice, and it does not arrive with my chicken; even after waiting half hour for my chicken, I had to wait another 10-15min for rice. (Up to 25min at LA location) The rice that I received was rice that either wasn't fully cooked, or it was at the bottom of the rice cooker. At least a quarter of the bowl was inedible. If Kyochon doesn't step up their operations, they are not able to compete with up and coming Korean Fried Chicken spots, like BB.Q. Kyochon's chicken size is getting small while the price is increasing. The reason is they are organic but they don't advertise it. Although I prefer Kyochon, I can spend less and eat more and have a more enjoyable dining experience at BB.Q, while having a nice chat with the workers- something that is nonexistent at Kyochon locations in my 14 year experience.

This is where to get the best Korean fried chicken (KFC). Can you believe that they've been the grand prize winner for KFC for 19 consecutive years?!Their chicken is my favorite ever, especially at their OG location in Rowland. I've actually been going there since I was a kid.THE perfect meal is their signature soy garlic wings that are SO crispy, and kimchi fried rice paired with the fondue cheese balls that are a bit sweet and savory with chocolate and Gorgonzola cheese. AND they just came out with a black secret flavor for fried chicken and the secret is definitely in the sauce ;) It's spicy but so addicting! And starting January 6th, every first Monday of the month will be Kyochon Day where there'll be special promotions, so more reason to visit now! Thanks for reading! ^-^

Kyochon is my all-time favorite place to get chicken wings. I don't know how they fry it but it's different than any other place. It is on the pricier side, but you can't get the flavors anywhere else. They used to only do half-and-half flavors but now you could do different flavors for every batch of eight. I got the 24 piece and was able to do three different flavors. My go to combo is the soy garlic and red wings. But this time, I also did one of their new flavors: black secret. That flavor is ADDICTING. I finish all of those first. This 24 piece combo comes with a small 4 ounce side of pickled radish. If you want more, it's only a dollar for a 16 ounce which is four times more than the small side. I love the huge parking lot here that's shared with a Korean market and a lot of other restaurants and businesses. I've only gotten takeout during the dead hours so I can't really say what the ambience or the service is like.

Had the pleasure of dining in Wednesday night and it was our first time there. We ordered the 24 piece in 3 flavors : the honey, the red hot and the real fried. We got mostly flats for the wings, which in our case, was a great thing. Then we got the add on - of potato wedges and soda. For drinks, we got two bottles of Corona and a pitcher of Modelo draft. Everything was fresh, clean and the manager Bruce was absolutely so helpful and hospitable, constantly looking out for us and checking in. There weren't a lot of people who were dining in but the place is small with only a few tables so large parties should consider. The location of the restaurant is inside the ZION market mall at the very end, in the corner.

I am not Korean but with so many chicken places in this area- this is the only place that delivers for my liking. Love the soy garlic chicken and always perfectly cooked! We are regular customers, we will soon grow wings lol

The chicken was really crispy, and this salsal texture was really interesting because of the rice balls, but it was just way too bland

This is a nice place for Korean fried chicken. I think the red flavor is very delicious, although a bit spicy. Chicken was tender. I had the boneless thigh in a chicken wrap set menu. The sides are worth trying, especially the garlic fried rice and cassava chips. The cheese balls are a little sweet and are great for dessert. The vibe is nice, both inside and outside seating. The server was pretty friendly.

Chicken wings were so good with many different sauces, I loved the Kyochon chicken sauce the best. Prices were very reasonable. Services were great too.

Always amazing.Ok I think this location makes their chicken 10x better than the LA Korea Town location. It tastes WAY more fresh. An absolute perfect amount of sauce is put on. The potato wedges made perfectly. These are truly real Korean style fried chicken.Get the hot ones if you like spicy. They're PERFECT.I mean I can keep going on. But from the moment I walk in I'm already greeted immediately. Staff is very helpful and friendly.Yes the food is made to order, it may take 15-25mins to complete. Have patience. The food is worth it I promise!I will definitely be returning. Staff: helpful and professionalDecor: modern and cleanFood: far above averageBathrooms: very clean

Easily a 5-star place, enjoyed everything about them.Food:Mini tier list incoming:S-tier: bb.q Chicken Convoy and now Kyochon Buena ParkA-tier: Bonchon Convoy, Cross Street Convoy, Golden Chopsticks/MandarinB-tier: Krispy Krunchy ChickenWe could not be more delighted with our meal! The food was made to order so it came out hot and fresh. The mozzarella sticks had a great coat and long cheese pull. The boneless honey wings were a perfect sweet and salty, with such amazing texture from the double fry. Same for the bone-in wings, great crisp with the skin and soft meat inside; the red sauce is actually spicy rather than the sweet-spicy you may find with Korean dishes. We can't forget the huge portions for a good price; we had leftovers for dinner. Despite the ever-increasing chicken spots in San Diego, someone franchise here please!Service:Mr. Kim welcomed us in, took our order giving us ample time and info to choose our food. We chatted a bit while the cooks made the food, so the 15-20 minute wait went by quick. Down to earth dude who had to work New Year's Eve and the New Year day. Applause you my guy. Additionally, the cook staff was very friendly, offering a sample of their chicken strip while we waited.Atmosphere:Not too busy for Tuesday lunch, just a few to-go orders while we dined in. Dog friendly patio was a plus! Clean dining area indoors and out, bathroom included. Chill music as well. Passed the vibe check.
